[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality, features, and storage are second to none. It is quiet, and provides enough ice for a family of four. The efficient storage layout for ease of use such as organizing, and retrieving fresh as well as frozen foods is the best I have ever seen. The two door freezer option works extremely well for our needs, and does not sacrifice storage of fresh foods in the refrigerated section. I highly recommend this LG 28 cubic feet model for a standard size kitchen.

Purchased this refrigerator 8 months ago. Within 6 months the ice maker stopped producing ice which causes the water dispenser to also stop working. Then, the 2 bottom freezers quit working. A technician was sent out & had to order both a new compressor/motor & ice maker. The parts are on BACKORDER with no information on when they will arrive. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT PURCHASE this overpriced, defective, piece of junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self closing drawers are great. Might it be possible to make the French doors self closing? The fresh air filter is a nice feature but installing and removing is hard especially for senior citizens

I wanted a French Door refrain/freezer but many of the designs were not practical for us....we have no children, no need for getting drinks or snacks without opening refrigerator. I like the 2 door freezer as I keep things that we use more often in the top/smaller one. Also like the additional ice bin to be able to store ice there when I might need extra on hand when entertaining, etc. Definitely like the black stainless which does not fingerprint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially bought this refrigerator in June. That refrigerator had a major issue with condensation running down the side of it onto our floor. LG was was very hard to deal with. We ended up contacting the attorney generals office before making any headway at all. Even then LG was not helpful. Once Lowes found out about our problem they were great. They replaced our refrigerator pretty quickly. We so liked the design of this refrigerator we took a chance and replaced the faulty one with the same model. It was November before we got the new one. Hopefully we do not run into the same problem next summer. So, in short we love the layout and look of the refrigerator. We dislike the way LG treats its customers. We loved the way Lowes took over and resolved the problem. One thing of note about the refrigerator the dark stainless steel will scratch easily so be careful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. Very spacious French Door. Sleek ice maker. The dual freezer is very useful. Easy to sort items by draws. Foldable middle shelf is useful for taller items. Vegetables drawers are nice well. Quite deep. Cons: Need to close door very gently otherwise shuts with a Big Bang. Milk shelves Not adjustable. The center dairy tray could have been split into two as well. Need to now open both doors to open it.

This refrigerator died at five years five months (five months after the expiration of its service plan). This was the second LG refrigerator I bought-the first lasted four years! Silly me for thinking that the second would last longer than the first.

I really like the refrigerator however it was extremely, extremely difficult to get through a regular door size. They had to take the doors off, and I had to take the door off the hinges in the house. Also, the icemaker leaves a little bit to be desired. And my one big ripe is the fact that they don’t have a small river removable shelf that goes on the outside of the refrigerator door when getting ice or water. It splashes down and it goes onto the other two freezer drawers. But yes, I do like it.
