I bought this in August. I like the layout of the fridge. I do not like how hard the ice side of the refrigerator door closes. It is very rough. I also do not like that one of the freezer draws has to be constantly checked for sealing after I saw a large accumulation of ice around the door and food. I've contacted LG to have this addressed and received no contact back.

Many features like bells chime when you leave it open and wifi capable. Large area to store all your food. Two separate freezer bins. No fingerprints. It is just what we wanted. Thank you LG for a great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed the fridge until 9 months into it the circuit board goes back. Waited a couple days for service to arrive, then they order the board and get it installed only for it to fail within hours of them leaving. So, another call and order placed for circuit board and heating element. Estimated a day or so for parts to come in. Still waiting on heating element and now telling me two more days for first available appointment to install heating element (that is supposed to arrive today) and circuit board. That will be 2 days short of 2 weeks without a fridge. Not what I would expect from a somewhat high end "new" fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit less than 3 years ago and last month the compressor failed. LG honored the 5 year warranty and had a local appliance repairman install an updated compressor. This is a very common problem, (the repairman who services lightly populated central western Colorado has replaced over 150 in the last 2 years). We were told by the repairman that this model as well as 19 other LG refrigerators with the Inverter Linear compressor had a high failure rate and were slapped with a class action law suit to replace them as they failed. Be aware of this problem if considering any LG refrigerator. Again, LG had the problem resolved within 3 days, so that speaks to the lawsuit results. We also bought a LG dishwasher at the same time and it is now having problems shutting off in the middle of the cycle. Stay tuned as we contact LG about another malfunctioning appliance.

Have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and I am very pleased. I love the freezer drawers instead of shelves. I can’t believe how much difference that detail makes! This fridge is very roomy so I can keep it organized. I can’t believe the difference a French door makes but I wish I had bought it sooner. The only thing I’m having to get used to is having somewhat less ice. Having ice maker completely in the door makes the ice bin a little smaller than I have been used to. It’s minor but I thought I would mention. Overall I love it!

There is so much space in the refrigerator and we love that we can easily move shelves to fit our needs. We also love the freezer drawers, we can find everything we need very easily!

We took advantage of the LG rebate and bought a set! My favorite feature by far is the beverage center. 10/10 would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have suffered by no cooling event in last 4 years. The refrigerator have caused bad compressor issue more than three times. I was so angry at first. However, A/S was good. They compensated good amount of refund to buy a new refrigerator. Thus, my review for this model is 1 start. However, LG customer service was 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for over a year now and can honestly say it has been a disappointing experience. Firstly when the unit arrived we noticed that the vegetable bins had a gap between the top shelf and front of the vegetable bin which cause the produce to dry out. Apparently this is part of the design. Secondly the ice maker started to fail and had to be replaced. Then a few days later the freezer condensers decided to go out the week before Thanksgiving. Needless to say we can not recommend this product.
