[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frigidaire/freezer for our kitchen and my wife was instantly in love with it. It has a lot of space and makes it very easy for my. Also the freezer drawer makes it easy to store and find everything. We have other LG appliances in our home in Florida and in our 2nd home in China. The only bad part was that we didn't bought it earlier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago from last month and the ice maker started developing a water leak at about the time its one year warranty had expired. After inspecting where the leak was coming from, I saw that the ice tray had cracked underneath caused by the twisting motion when the ice is released into the bin. When the water refills, it drips into the bin causing the ice cubes to solidify on one side while most of water drips out onto the floor, too. The new ice maker is going to set me back about $150.... no labor cost because I will replace it myself thanks to a YouTube tutorial. Otherwise the refrigerator has been pretty reliable with regards to overall performance.

My husband and I chose this refrigerator for the style and the price. We have enjoyed this product except for the ice maker. The ice maker is very small, we use more ice than other couples it seems. I love the ease of getting large trays in and out with the French doors. The freezer drawers are very handy for the grandkids to get ice cream when they are here. The compressor went out, but LG replaced it very quickly with only one phone call. It was nice to see they stand by their products. I also have the LG washer and dryer!

I love the extra freezer space and pull out humidity control drawer. Only problem so far is a low humming noise coming from the motor. Did not notice until after the first 3 weeks. We have a warranty so we will keep eye on the noise coming from the motor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It has everything I wanted the way I wanted it. It keeps all of my produce fresh and deli products at easy access. The right amount of ice made and loving having crushed ice.

We purchased our LG fridge about five years ago. It has always been pretty noisy, but we just put up with it. Then it completely quit cooling, so we had to call for service. Ended up being the compressor, which was covered under the 10 year warranty. It is so much quieter now and hubby is much happier! Apparently they have had issues with the original compressor and if we had known, we would have called much sooner.

We got this fridge 5 years ago. Here are the pros and cons of this fridge. Pros: Great size for a family of five. Freezer drawers at the bottom provides easy access on frozen items, especially having 2 drawers instead of only 1 deep drawer. Cons: Ice makers started leaking water after 1 years, so we stopped using it. Compressor went out this year (2023) right before Thanksgiving. The diagnosing tool on their LG app is useless, because the fridge is completely broken and it still said no issue was detected. New fridge doesn't last as long as they are used to anymore.

We decided to go with LG because we feel is more reliable than Samsung since they have been in this market for so many years, also the build quality seems to be way better in all aspects. I'm very happy with the huge capacity, there is plenty of room for everything you may need. The only thing I will like better is the ice maker capacity to be bigger. We are a family of 5 and the ice maker can't keep it up with the demand so i have been getting ice bags from my grocery store more often than before with My old fridge.

We purchased this to replace another refrigerator that lasted less than 6 years, even though it was expensive. Very happy with the LG. Everything works as expected. The thinQ feature is an unexpected bonus. Plenty of room for the food that we commonly use. It maintains its temperature! Ice maker/dispenser works flawlessly.

This LG was purchased to replace an eight year old side-by-side from another manufacturer. The LG is super quiet and very energy efficient. It provides expansive storage options on shelves and on doors. So far it has maintained perfect temperature in fridge and freezer compartments. Only thing missing is a tray for the in-door water and ice dispenser.
