[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge barely made it one year and the compressor gave our. Pretty disappointed since we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully the Tech was very knowledgeable and not in a rush. He took his time to make sure all issues were resolved.

Surprisingly my family of 4 have not run out of ice which was my biggest concern with the size of the ice maker! Fridge looks great and is very quiet! I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase! I’m a big fan!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator on March 6, 2021 and received it on March 30, 2021. Three months later, the ice maker stopped working and then the freezer would only go down to just a few degrees below freezing. Parts have been ordered but it's not scheduled to be repaired until July 15, about 3 weeks later. Today is July 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago. It's so quiet compared to my old machine and leaves the glasses sparkling. For my use, the racks could be more flexible. They are great if you use tons of saucers, flat bowls, and plates, not so great when you have large size pans, blows, pots. There are two rows (one upper and one lower) that fold down, but an extra row on each level would be helpful and add flexibility. Otherwise, I love it and am happy with the purchase.

I love my new LG refrigerator it has an excellent design and features. The Ice maker complete in the door help to free up some extra space and the door shelves are easy to see and spacious. No wasted space. I think the double freezer drawer will help keep things colder you only have open half of the freezer. I have not tried the WIFI yet. The display shows the temperature setting but I also wish I could see what the current temperature is that was very important on my last refrig as it was failing and alert me to a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It replaces an 8+ year old LG fridge. Design is simple and nice shelf configuration. Ice maker is improved but would like electronics to indicate actual temps - not just the settings. Would help to avoid food loss as happened with old unit

My fridge was referred to me by people who have the same model, so I spent the large amount to get it. It didn’t last 2 yrs! The bottom freezer drawer keeps frosting & icing up and it’s difficult to pull open & close the drawer. I will say that LG is trying to repair it! Still! A fridge that cost that much shouldn’t breakdown that quick!

Small but makes just enough for what we need. Love the space, double doors, 2 door compartment freezer storage and the LED lighting! Thanks!!

Making ice is NOT a forte of this refrig. There is no way to easily access ice without dispensing it with great noise and variable stopping. The doors and drawers, especially, vary in how they close or stay open. one doesn't close by itself, another closes forcefully. Is it at all possible to regulate each???? The design of the interior drawers makes it difficult to tell which, top or bottom is what you grasp to open the drawer. Terrible design.

I bought this refrigerator in June 2018. Four times failed, starting from 2019 (first failure) until 2022 (three times). In 2019, wrest was forming around the freezer area. In 2022 three times compressor failed. I think the ice maker and water dispenser is the problem area, so it should be a design problem.
