We bought the refrigerator in 2022. I like that it doesn't show fingerprints like some of the older stainless steel refrigerators. Very small ice maker which we knew when we bought it and can accept but the water filter doesn't filter out calcium so we have white flakes in the ice and water. The repair man who replaced the compressor, under warrantee, suggested to dump the ice each day into a bin or bag and store in freezer and to clean inside the ice/water dispenser daily. Those actions have helped a lot to alleviate the white flakes down the front of the refrigerator.

They delivered another fridge on 06/02/18 and it has the same dent in the same location (unbelievable). Going to live with it and the WiFi works on this one. Now it’s time to enjoy it

We shop around at different places to find a refrigerator that fits our needs and LG was the one. We looking for a stove and dishwasher in the future and I will be checking out LG. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model because I wanted a large refrigerator with easy to reach and open 2-drawer freezer. I love the ease of accessing all items in the refrigerator and the light weight of the two drawers for the freezer definitely takes the strain off my back. Also the ice maker is small and doesn't take up a lot of room on the door. This model gave me just what I wanted! I love my LG! Note - the Wi-fi set up doesn't work as described in paperwork. We are still without the wi-fi capability.

It served us fairly well but petered out, which I guess is a typical lifespan for a refrigerator these days. I looked at other brands but LG had the best warranty that I could find. Refrigerators are very technologically sophisticated now and need specialized service.

I bought this refrigerator almost 2 weeks ago to replace the same model that I bought in 2012. They have changed a few features...some I like and some I wish they had not changed. But overall the performance of the refrigerator still stands tall and I'm glad we were able to get it so quickly as the other one died.

This is my second French-door refrigerator. My first one had a single, deep freezer drawer, something I wanted to avoid, if possible, when making this purchase after a long-distance move. The double freezer drawers are a great feature, and the separators within the drawers make storage by category simple. The ice maker is small, but the option to make ice quickly for 24 hours allows us to keep up with demand as needed. The split shelves help me minimize space for tall storage. One shelf section can slide back to make temporary space for extra taller items. I would prefer a butter storage flap in the door and a deli tray that has a top with a flap that can lift up while only one door is open; however, these are minor details that do detract. This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned, and it is quiet!

Love the cubed ice (main reason I bought it, I hate credentials shaped ice) The only issue I have is I can't get the ice tray in the lower freezer out to clean. I'm sure there is a way but I haven't figured it out yet. Also, haven't used the wifi portion of the unit yet. Don't really see a need for it has of now.
