There are many useful features in my refrigerator. With exception of compressor that broke within two years I have no complaints. But, the LG customer support helped me with the issue, they sent technician free of charge and he replaced the broken part. Taking away one star for compressor issue only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about a month and a half. It replaced an 11 year old Samsung that was nominally the same cu. ft. rating. What has surprised us is that this LG, primarily we think due to the slim ice maker on the door, has much more useable space than the Samsung did. Our Samsung always used to seem full and crowded. Now the LG seems spacious, almost empty with the same amount of stuff in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this product is performing extremely well. The black stainless exterior is great, fingerprints hardly ever appear. The ice maker produced ice in less than 24 hours. We had a large group of family for thanksgiving weekend and they used all the ice. I used the ThinQ app and activated the ice plus feature and left it on while we had guests. I think the ice maker did pretty well to keep up with the ice usage. The thing I noticed was that I could not even hear the refrigerator run even when I got a notice on my app that maximum cooling had been activated, probably because there was a lot of door openings and food added from the meal. The space in the freezer and refrigerator was amazing. I noticed that a lot of people used the water dispenser and that it had very good pressure and volume to fill water bottles. I like the feature of the fresh air filter, it seems to help with odors in the fridge. The lighting is bright and a clean white glow. I like the app for my phone and iPad that controls the fridge and monitors energy use and door openings. There is also a self diagnosis feature on the app.

After our reviews of all available brands that fits our space, we locked ourselves with this model and brand. I must say it has been fantastic. Very quite operation, plenty of space, it seems much more then 28.6 cubic feet. It does allow you to rearrange shelves to accommodate your style of managing space. Absolutely thrilled that we bought LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love everything about this refrigerator we love the way the shelve can go front or back if we have larger items we push the shelve back for room the door shelves are wide enough to put milk in or 2 liters in and the height is great for ketchup bottles there is so much room for everything we love the 2 door freezer we keep meats and veggies in one and sweets in the other love the pans that come in freezer we will make extra ice and store in pan for partys i like having my meat away from other items so they go in the other pan never had an icemaker but love it also my husband uses it everyday i can not say enough about this refrigerator but we love it there is so much room and it is so beautiful i smile every time i look at it and we thought the price was great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG fridge one year ago. After 6 months of usage, all kinds of issues started showing up. The icemaker stopped working and has been changed twice. The freezer stopped working and all food items melted and LG said they will change the compressor. I had to buy a backup chest freezer to keep the food while waiting for repair. The display panel locked showing CLE code....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were expecting a little more room, but it works good for us. We have two issues with this unit. First is that if you open the one of French doors and close it, it does not close all the way and you have to push it closed the second time. If you dont do this, it will start beeping at you. For some reason, it does not close very easily. Maybe it could be adjusted? The second issues are that the ice maker is small and does not keep up when you have company over. We have a backup freg and plan to get the ice maker working for back up. We love the look of it and everything else.
