[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for awhile now. It works well -- except for the mullion on the french door. The mullion is the small flap that opens and closes on the left french door to seal the doors. The mullion has a small button that engages with the refrigerator and opens the mullion to close the door. Ours has consistently misaligned and keeps the door from closing properly. We have had repair guy out more than once for the issue. In fact, he was here two weeks ago and we still experience the issue. We have to be extra cautious to make sure the door is closed properly and even manually flip open the mullion to close the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love everything about this refrigerator we love the way the shelve can go front or back if we have larger items we push the shelve back for room the door shelves are wide enough to put milk in or 2 liters in and the height is great for ketchup bottles there is so much room for everything we love the 2 door freezer we keep meats and veggies in one and sweets in the other love the pans that come in freezer we will make extra ice and store in pan for partys i like having my meat away from other items so they go in the other pan never had an icemaker but love it also my husband uses it everyday i can not say enough about this refrigerator but we love it there is so much room and it is so beautiful i smile every time i look at it and we thought the price was great

So far, my wife and I like the spacious top spaces, smooth doors, freezer drawers, and other fancy features (air refresher, ...). We give 4 stars because of the two down-sides. One is that the freezer space is a bit small (maybe even smaller than our old refrigerator). The other one is that the water dispenses quite slow so that it takes a while to get a full bottle of water. This can be frustrating particularly when you want to use the water for cook.

Product was delivered 10/27/2023, so we have only had it for two days. Easy to keep clean, we love the design. The only issue I have noticed is the lack of flexibility of setting up the shelves. It can be challenging to set them up in a way which meets our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to get more space - and this fit the bill! It takes up less space than our older fridge, but the layout inside is much larger and meets our families needs. I love the large drawer inside the fridge so you can see things better.

After researching many brands and models, we found this one. This is our first LG Refrigerator. It is awesome! We love the shelving and drawer space inside. The added freezer drawer in the front makes it easier to grab everyday items. We love the convince of getting inside the ice maker. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker - Ice in tray freezes into a glob and has to be emptied by hand. When it dies work, it sprays ice pieces in the glass and on the floor. Water from the refrigerator has a slight taste of oil. I don't drink it. Otherwise the refrigerator works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It replaces an 8+ year old LG fridge. Design is simple and nice shelf configuration. Ice maker is improved but would like electronics to indicate actual temps - not just the settings. Would help to avoid food loss as happened with old unit

We bought the refrigerator in 2022. I like that it doesn't show fingerprints like some of the older stainless steel refrigerators. Very small ice maker which we knew when we bought it and can accept but the water filter doesn't filter out calcium so we have white flakes in the ice and water. The repair man who replaced the compressor, under warrantee, suggested to dump the ice each day into a bin or bag and store in freezer and to clean inside the ice/water dispenser daily. Those actions have helped a lot to alleviate the white flakes down the front of the refrigerator.

The ice maker is a part of the door so it does not take any shelf space from food storage. It has both water and air filter. No need for baking soda boxes. We love the water and ice dispenser. This refrigerator is quiet.
