There are not enough words that I can say how happy we are. In having this not only beautiful product but it's durability and excellent performance. I would greatly recommend in purchasing this product. It's new features are much better than our other one. Trust me you'll be extremely happy and satisfied in it's performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to get more space - and this fit the bill! It takes up less space than our older fridge, but the layout inside is much larger and meets our families needs. I love the large drawer inside the fridge so you can see things better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the fridge for a month now and works great. You can barely hear it running that's how quiet it is. Space inside is roomy for a family of 5. Ice cubes are smaller than the previous fridge but that's not a deal breaker.

This is my second French-door refrigerator. My first one had a single, deep freezer drawer, something I wanted to avoid, if possible, when making this purchase after a long-distance move. The double freezer drawers are a great feature, and the separators within the drawers make storage by category simple. The ice maker is small, but the option to make ice quickly for 24 hours allows us to keep up with demand as needed. The split shelves help me minimize space for tall storage. One shelf section can slide back to make temporary space for extra taller items. I would prefer a butter storage flap in the door and a deli tray that has a top with a flap that can lift up while only one door is open; however, these are minor details that do detract. This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned, and it is quiet!

The only down side would be that I like the milk cooler area in my old one, I could have up graded on this one but didn’t realize I would miss it. In all this has been great!

Product was delivered 10/27/2023, so we have only had it for two days. Easy to keep clean, we love the design. The only issue I have noticed is the lack of flexibility of setting up the shelves. It can be challenging to set them up in a way which meets our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our fridge for over a month. We love it. The interior is very spacious and I can see everything. The crisper drawers are much larger than they look. Access to ice maker is one of the best features because just a flip of a latch is all that is required to enter the ice compartment. The freezer space is wonderful. If there is a suggestion to be made, we would suggest that the top freezer drawer be a convertible drawer for use as a freezer or refrigerator compartment. The water dispenser is awesome. It is so easy to clean and doesn't have nor need a cumbersome water catch tray at the bottom. We love the metal water dispenser nozzle. As a finally note, the front of the refrigerator is really beautiful! When next to all sorts of other fridges in a showroom, it is easy to miss how attractive it is, since features steal the show, but once it was delivered, we were blown away by how beautiful the exterior really is! Purchase this model--you won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG fridge one year ago. After 6 months of usage, all kinds of issues started showing up. The icemaker stopped working and has been changed twice. The freezer stopped working and all food items melted and LG said they will change the compressor. I had to buy a backup chest freezer to keep the food while waiting for repair. The display panel locked showing CLE code....

I’ve had this refrigerator for less than a month and it’s okay. The refrigerator section is very big. I’m disappointed in the freezer. It’s smaller than I thought it would be but the worst part is that the freezer doors don’t stay open on their own, you have to hold the door open with your hand so you can never use both hands to access what’s in the freezer. This happens for both freezer doors. You open them and they just slide shut right away. I’ve had technicians out twice to try to fix it but it can’t be fixed. Not so good if you have something to put in the freezer that you need two hands to hold.
