Product was delivered 10/27/2023, so we have only had it for two days. Easy to keep clean, we love the design. The only issue I have noticed is the lack of flexibility of setting up the shelves. It can be challenging to set them up in a way which meets our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 4 door French door refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. It is 28 cubic ft. I love my refrigerator. The only thing I was disappointed with is the shelves on your left door. The shelves are to narrow to fit any large bottles such as mayonnaise. So you have to store it on the wide top shelf on the left door so you can’t store juice etc. You have a bottom shelf on the right door where I can store my two gallons of milk. Other than that I love my frig. It produces a lot of ice and is very quiet. Thank you for letting me write a review of my beautiful LG 28cubic foot frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge through Costco. It's a very good looking fridge, but more importantly, it works well. There is plenty of space thanks to the compact in-door ice maker. I really like that there are 2 freezer compartments because I can better organize frozen foods/meats without having to dig through a huge pile. It connects to an app on my phone, but I'm not sure how useful that will be. Although it has a stainless steel finish, you can stick magnets to the door.

Most of the space seems well-designed, though I do wish the freezer drawers and the store-and-serve drawer in the fridge had adjustable or removable dividers to help keep contents organized.

After researching many brands and models, we found this one. This is our first LG Refrigerator. It is awesome! We love the shelving and drawer space inside. The added freezer drawer in the front makes it easier to grab everyday items. We love the convince of getting inside the ice maker. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. The two freezer drawers are why I purchased this one. Lots of space and the black smudge proof finish are awesome. But I am concerned about the ice maker. It broke after two weeks and I never thought about checking out the type of ice maker it had before I purchased it. The ice maker twists the tray instead of just pushing the ice out. Now I may always have issues with it and it's too late to go backwards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 1/2 years ago sorry we bought stainless steel. scratches easily. Ice dispenser ice goes all over. Wife was reading in living room and hears water running from water dispenser. water all over kitchen. had to shut water feed off no other way to stop it.

I bought the refrigerator about 5.5 years ago and the compressor went out. I did not purchase an extended warranty but to my surprise compressors are covered for 10 years. I was so thankful all I had to pay for was the labor. The LG help desk was so kind and helpful the techs they referred to come out to our home was amazing. I will forever stand behind LG products and I am so thankful we still have our refrigerator that we love so much! Thanks LG for the great customer service and standing behind your product for 10 years! I’m so thankful!

I bought this fridge in late 2020, as stated in the title of this review, I have already had the ice maker stop working and now it has a coolant leak error. This started to happen in early '22. with the CL error in May. Needless to say there is no one to fix our problem until June 17th. A month and a half with no fridge is really hard on a family of six. There is only so long one can live out of a dorm fridge and a cooler.

So far, my wife and I like the spacious top spaces, smooth doors, freezer drawers, and other fancy features (air refresher, ...). We give 4 stars because of the two down-sides. One is that the freezer space is a bit small (maybe even smaller than our old refrigerator). The other one is that the water dispenses quite slow so that it takes a while to get a full bottle of water. This can be frustrating particularly when you want to use the water for cook.
