So far, my wife and I like the spacious top spaces, smooth doors, freezer drawers, and other fancy features (air refresher, ...). We give 4 stars because of the two down-sides. One is that the freezer space is a bit small (maybe even smaller than our old refrigerator). The other one is that the water dispenses quite slow so that it takes a while to get a full bottle of water. This can be frustrating particularly when you want to use the water for cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this product is performing extremely well. The black stainless exterior is great, fingerprints hardly ever appear. The ice maker produced ice in less than 24 hours. We had a large group of family for thanksgiving weekend and they used all the ice. I used the ThinQ app and activated the ice plus feature and left it on while we had guests. I think the ice maker did pretty well to keep up with the ice usage. The thing I noticed was that I could not even hear the refrigerator run even when I got a notice on my app that maximum cooling had been activated, probably because there was a lot of door openings and food added from the meal. The space in the freezer and refrigerator was amazing. I noticed that a lot of people used the water dispenser and that it had very good pressure and volume to fill water bottles. I like the feature of the fresh air filter, it seems to help with odors in the fridge. The lighting is bright and a clean white glow. I like the app for my phone and iPad that controls the fridge and monitors energy use and door openings. There is also a self diagnosis feature on the app.

The door open warning chime goes off way to early and is annoying. I'd make it so you could change the time on the chime. Also the doors slam shut it would be nice if the drawers and doors had a feature to slowly shut them, much like cabinets do...Other than that we love the size and the features.

I was given the appropriate initial set of water filter and ice maker instructions. This appliance works wonderfully. There is plenty of room for food items. The 2-drawer freezer compartments are great. I can see every in the freezer without having to move items around. It purrs like a kitten. This was a great find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 4 door French door refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. It is 28 cubic ft. I love my refrigerator. The only thing I was disappointed with is the shelves on your left door. The shelves are to narrow to fit any large bottles such as mayonnaise. So you have to store it on the wide top shelf on the left door so you can’t store juice etc. You have a bottom shelf on the right door where I can store my two gallons of milk. Other than that I love my frig. It produces a lot of ice and is very quiet. Thank you for letting me write a review of my beautiful LG 28cubic foot frig.

Being able to move shelves around to make items fit is amazing! The lighting in the fridge is fantastic! Being able to find what I need right away is a huge plus. And I love the door alarm!! My guy has the worst habit of not closing the fridge doors all the way and having the alarms that let him know is amazing! I never walk into the kitchen to the fridge doors not fully closed and finding that one of our sneaky cats has found his way in there anymore lol (no cats were ever harmed! lol). And the freezer!! Having a dual door freezer is absolutely incredible! I have back issues so having a higher up freezer for everyday items is so helpful! I also am very happy with the water and ice dispenser! Is beautiful and elegant looking and the water pressure is awesome! I also really like the ice cubes it makes! Thanks for making such a great product! Couldn’t be more thrilled about it :)

We shop around at different places to find a refrigerator that fits our needs and LG was the one. We looking for a stove and dishwasher in the future and I will be checking out LG. Most of the space seems well-designed, though I do wish the freezer drawers and the store-and-serve drawer in the fridge had adjustable or removable dividers to help keep contents organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 8 months after purchase the ice machine was on the Fritz and we would find thawed popsicles and food in the freezer drawers. The lg technician came out and immediately replaced the compressor. At least customer service was decent
