[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the fridge for a month now and works great. You can barely hear it running that's how quiet it is. Space inside is roomy for a family of 5. Ice cubes are smaller than the previous fridge but that's not a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the fridge for 6 months now, but in the first month I had a cooling issue, and it took around 4 months to get fixed, and we were already out of summer, and the other thing is that the color for the water and ice release is already faded out.

Couple little things though; The light inside sometimes does not come on, but short while later does. Thought it was possibly during often or extended door opening and closing. Had frost build in one of freezer drawers. Noticed that seal was not touching in that area. Fiddled with drawer and have peaked at it often since and seems to be sealing properly now. Early on had a noise like fan or something like that spinning and dinging off something. Could make noise worse or disappear by pulling or pushing on upper front of fridge. Have not heard it in week or two now. Leveled fridge during the time this noise was coming and going.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought his fridge 7 months ago. The shelves on the doors can hold all my condiments and more. The overall design maximizes the useable space inside. Lighting make is bright and easy to see everything inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you "I love it", I have 2 young adults and with the other it wasn't big enough now with the double freezer I have my own drawer and they have there own. Enough room for everybody. No complaints all good. We each have a shelf and I love how the one goes back so we can put tall items in as well. It was a time getting it in the house had to have a 2nd crew bring it in 1st didn't want to to mess with any of it. Had to wait another day spoiled food. But the 2nd crew knew what they were doing . Very Happy Mom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I love the space that it has the slide in drawer allowing for taller bowls. The space in the door holds so much. This is the first fridge I did not have to take out a shelf to get all my foos in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 8 months after purchase the ice machine was on the Fritz and we would find thawed popsicles and food in the freezer drawers. The lg technician came out and immediately replaced the compressor. At least customer service was decent

What we like: Spacious, quiet, efficient space organization in refrigerator and the two freezer drawers. For us, the ice compartment being in the door and not using precious refrigerator space was big plus. For families needing a lot of ice, it may be an issue. Suggestion for improvement: the temperature represents set temperatures and no option for internal temperature. Knowing internal temperature would have been nice to have, recognizing that it will not be accurate as actual temperature is not being measured.

The best feature is the the ice maker does not take up a whole door or half shelf. A single drawer is usually sufficient for refrigerator. I would have wanted the second drawer to be flex temperature. I am not sure what to do with the lowest drawer as it gets stuck if the doors are not open all the way. Could have added that to the fruit and veggies basket. Although 28 cu. ft. means there is sufficient space for most of the stuff

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this fridge, I had previously ordered a Samsung online and was told I would have to wait two months before it would arrive. I couldn't wait that long for a refrigerator, so I went to the store I ordered the Samsung from and the salesman showed me this fridge. It was so much nicer, WiFi enabled, and the black stainless...sold!!! The best part is that it was in my house by the end of the week. I have a big family (6 people) and we haven't even filled the fridge yet. There's always ice, water taste great, love having two separate freezers, and no fingerprints all over.
