[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in Aug 2018 because it fit perfectly in the space that I had and was available at the time of purchase. Since I was mostly happy with the other LG appliances that I owned, I figured I would give it a shot. In May 2022 it stopped cooling completely. After 15 minutes on the phone with LG support and a visit from an LG tech 2 days later, I had a new compressor and condenser and it's working great again. And those parts were under warranty, so the replacement was free. All things considered, I'm happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge through Costco. It's a very good looking fridge, but more importantly, it works well. There is plenty of space thanks to the compact in-door ice maker. I really like that there are 2 freezer compartments because I can better organize frozen foods/meats without having to dig through a huge pile. It connects to an app on my phone, but I'm not sure how useful that will be. Although it has a stainless steel finish, you can stick magnets to the door.

Wife was reading in living room and hears water running from water dispenser. water all over kitchen. had to shut water feed off no other way to stop it.

I love this refrigerator. The two freezer drawers are why I purchased this one. Lots of space and the black smudge proof finish are awesome. But I am concerned about the ice maker. It broke after two weeks and I never thought about checking out the type of ice maker it had before I purchased it. The ice maker twists the tray instead of just pushing the ice out. Now I may always have issues with it and it's too late to go backwards.

Temp display is not actual temp in unit- only "Target Setting". You need thermometer to verify for frig and freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the fridge for 6 months now, but in the first month I had a cooling issue, and it took around 4 months to get fixed, and we were already out of summer, and the other thing is that the color for the water and ice release is already faded out.

I bought the refrigerator about 5.5 years ago and the compressor went out. I did not purchase an extended warranty but to my surprise compressors are covered for 10 years. I was so thankful all I had to pay for was the labor. The LG help desk was so kind and helpful the techs they referred to come out to our home was amazing. I will forever stand behind LG products and I am so thankful we still have our refrigerator that we love so much! Thanks LG for the great customer service and standing behind your product for 10 years! I’m so thankful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago and had to put in a new compressor after 4 years. also the ice maker sometimes get clogged and you need to free the cubes, The wifi aspect is good as it informs me of different items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for awhile now. It works well -- except for the mullion on the french door. The mullion is the small flap that opens and closes on the left french door to seal the doors. The mullion has a small button that engages with the refrigerator and opens the mullion to close the door. Ours has consistently misaligned and keeps the door from closing properly. We have had repair guy out more than once for the issue. In fact, he was here two weeks ago and we still experience the issue. We have to be extra cautious to make sure the door is closed properly and even manually flip open the mullion to close the door.
