My 22 year old fridge was making worrisome noises so I needed a new one. This one is so different and up to date. It is easier to organize, the ice and water function is faster, the open door reminder is great and the refrigeration/freeze temperatures are perfect. I prefer this to the side by side arrangement I had before. I am happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new refrigerator for less than 2 weeks, but can't say enough about the spacious fridge. I had family home for Thanksgiving and I had 7 gallons of milk, 2 orange juice, 2 big jars of tea, 2 liters of soda...all on the main shelves...and still space for everything else. I love the 2 freezer drawers. The only downfall being you have to lay frozen pizzas down and stack things on top of them. In a deeper freezer you can stand them up against the sides. Still getting used to it, but I like it! The only other thing I've noticed, with the ice maker right on the door, it seems kind of loud every time it drops ice. And the ice capacity is rather small. But I knew that ahead of time. You just have to plan ahead and dump the ice into the freezer drawer to stockpile if you plan on using a bunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this French door LG for our kitchen remodel after seeing my sister's LG and also our contractors. I love the split freezer drawers, which we use to store smaller frozen items that we open frequently and extra ice cubes from the ice maker before entertaining. Everything about this fridge is excellent. It's super quiet and we'll lit up with LED lights. I love the smaller ice cubes and the locking feature for toddlers. The fingerprints are invisible on the stainless steel. You will love this LG.

This refrigerator died at five years five months (five months after the expiration of its service plan). This was the second LG refrigerator I bought-the first lasted four years! Silly me for thinking that the second would last longer than the first.

We purchased our LG fridge about five years ago. It has always been pretty noisy, but we just put up with it. Then it completely quit cooling, so we had to call for service. Ended up being the compressor, which was covered under the 10 year warranty. It is so much quieter now and hubby is much happier! Apparently they have had issues with the original compressor and if we had known, we would have called much sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for about two months now, and the water and ice still have that bad taste to it. I have followed the manufacturer's instructions about running 2.5 gallons through the system times 4 and emptied the ice bin times 4 but it still tastes bad. It's getting better but they need to change the instructions or fix the reason for the terrible taste. Water coming from my faucet is good.

Being able to move shelves around to make items fit is amazing! The lighting in the fridge is fantastic! Being able to find what I need right away is a huge plus. And I love the door alarm!! My guy has the worst habit of not closing the fridge doors all the way and having the alarms that let him know is amazing! I never walk into the kitchen to the fridge doors not fully closed and finding that one of our sneaky cats has found his way in there anymore lol (no cats were ever harmed! lol). And the freezer!! Having a dual door freezer is absolutely incredible! I have back issues so having a higher up freezer for everyday items is so helpful! I also am very happy with the water and ice dispenser! Is beautiful and elegant looking and the water pressure is awesome! I also really like the ice cubes it makes! Thanks for making such a great product! Couldn’t be more thrilled about it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large freezer drawers, large ice and water dispenser. The only draw back, is the deli drawer is full width, so both doors have to be opened. Also, the right vegetable drawer can not be opened fully without opening both doors also. Bit of a design flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and got it home to find out that it was not cooling so after 1 month, I had it repaired and I am impressed with the performance, the ease of having a first class fridge that the doors are at eye level, ample storage for fridge items. Having eye level and ample space in the fridge is a food saver. The crushed ice maker, cold water and cubed ice maker id definitely a plus. Freezer space is small but very nice and handy as you do not need to dig to get to the items as in a larger top loading freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this fridge due to the smooth functioning drawers and the versatile layout. We appreciate the large pullout deli drawer. Our only wish would be to have a fold-up top so that you could access it without opening the double doors. All in all, we really love the fridge.
