Bought it a month ago to replace my 11 year old LG frig. Very happy with it except for ice maker. Ice is filled with air bubbles causing them to melt quickly in a drink. You need to fill the glass with ice and then poor in the juice which results in a watered down drink. Followed customer support suggestions to no avail.

Since I was mostly happy with the other LG appliances that I owned, I figured I would give it a shot. In May 2022 it stopped cooling completely. After 15 minutes on the phone with LG support and a visit from an LG tech 2 days later, I had a new compressor and condenser and it's working great again. And those parts were under warranty, so the replacement was free. All things considered, I'm happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the amount of space inside the fridge. The bottom drawer in the main compartment is such a bonus. Plus being able to slide a shelf out of the way is also very nice. Having two drawers for the freezer helps keep everything organized too.

The ice machine on the door clears it out and honestly it works great. Fits in the place and is so quiet. It’s like opening the doors to narnia every time I want a snack. Seriously very impressive for the price!

It was not the original refrigerator I purchased but the first one was delivered damaged and the wait to get a replacement was 3 months. I ended up "settling" for this product as it was one of the few that could be delivered in a timely manner. It was a blessing in disguise! I absolutely love this refrigerator! My favorite feature is the two-drawer freezer. It's so nice to be able to organize my items for quick use and not have to dig through a deeper space. The refrigerator is very spacious and allows me to adjust the shelves. I originally didn't want a dispenser but again, I'm so glad to have it as the filtered water is readily available as well as crushed or cubed ice. I couldn't be more pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

Large refrigerator section…door with ice - you can use whole door since ice component is hidden within door. Freezer drawers great for separation of food…water/ice dispenser big for pitcher.
