We bought our new LG refrigerator to replace our 14 year old one that recently conked out. Love to black satin steel finish and the overall size of it. We have an LG washer/dryer set that we purchased about 12 years ago and they've been great, so we thought why not try one of their refrigerators. We're glad we did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it several months ago. Had to look up how to turn off the icemaker and realized I had not sent in my registration. It has been working well, but it has less space than I realized in both fridge and freezer drawers. Icemaker was not connected because our tap water here is terrible.

I love my new refrigerator! I can reach everything easily including two freezer drawers that pull out. The in-door water and ice both cubes and crushed fill a glass quickly. The large door sections hold milk and other tall things and I don't have to reach up to a high shelf to lift these things out above my head. The deli section has a convenient pull-out drawer that makes things easy to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With almost a month of useage, the following observations: Ice cube storage way too small. Both doors should have cam hinges that slowly but completely close the doors by themselves---not with a bang the present ones do when not guided by hand. Full width drawer should have 2 slider bottoms and a split drawer door to allow access with only one outside door open but still allow full drawer to be accessible when both doors are open. Add some door alert when ice compartment is empty and a ice refill cycle has started but ice is not yet available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a bad start to using the refrigerator. The only change I would make is a better leveling system. With uneven floors I need leveling on all four corners of the unit. With only leveling units on the front, I can’t get a true level. Right side is low, and I have to put a wedge under the right side rear to make it level. You should consider adding leveling on the back side.

I had a longer review when I wrote one before, but after about 8 months, the fridge stopped cooling. Had a part replaced but it did not help the fridge---still stays around 50 or 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The freezer compartments are at about zero. Since the part was replaced, the ice maker has not made ice. Another 2-3 weeks has to go by before a part will be replaced again. In total, I will be without the fridge for about 2 months.

We bought this two weeks ago, and am very disappointed with lg. We paid a lot of money for this very nice refrigerator that has some cosmetic damage on the ice dispenser plate. They say we are just stuck with it!!! What a stinken company to do business with. I do not recommend them,and never will because they do not make their customers happy! I didn't damage the refrigerator. Terrible customer service.

We’ve had this fridge about 3 mos. It’s everything you could want in convenience, functionality, sleekness. everything in the refrigerator section is easy to see and at my fingertips. The freezer holds more than my top mount and is also easily accessible. Glad we purchased LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful and very spacious. I have just a few issues with it. The ice cubes are very small and have a tendency to stick together when the bin gets filled up. I would also like a light in the bottom freezer like the one in the top freezer. Another feature that is a small problem is the stationary plastic shield on top of the slide out deli drawer. It restricts being able to easily fit items in the drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I PURCHASED THIS FRIDGE IN 2018 BUT AFTER THREE YEARS THE FRIDGE STOPPED COOLING. I CONTACTED LG CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY QUICK RESPONSE. THEY SENT A MECHANIC, WHO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR. HE EVEN SHOWED UP TWO DAYS AFTER JUST TO INQUIRE IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. THE FRIDGE IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND COOLING EFFICIENTLY. SO FAR SO GOOD. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
