[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 10 year old side by side, this fridge has so much more space, my wife absolutely loves it, and takes it as a personal challenge to fill it up. We love the double freezer drawers, makes it very easy to organize our freezer items. The ice maker is small and doesn't hold much ice, but there is a sliding container I the top freezer drawer to store excess ice for parties. The water dispenser shoots water put pretty forcefully, so watch for splashes. Overall it was a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had ours for a little over a year, and love everything about it, except for the following: One clear plastic door shelf just above the ice maker in the left door has cracked twice. Never over-filled or over-loaded the door mounted shelves, yet this one seems to be just a weak link. Also, the ice maker/water dispenser in the door stopped working with a error code "1F E", which has something to do with ice build up in the ice maker. Did a power cycle of the refrigerator, and it cleared the error code and the ice maker/water dispenser began working again. Finally, the "Glide N Serve" drawer requires both doors to be open in order to slide the drawer out. It would have been better to split the Glide N Serve drawer into two separate drawers, similarly to the fruit and vegetable drawers, which either drawer can be opened when that sides' door is opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge in June. This is during the pandemic and appliances are hard to get. By November, the ice maker is broken. The compressor needs to be replaced. And I think the sealing ? Needs to be replaced. The problem is being worked on but it has been a couple weeks. It looks like about another week still...

My 22 year old fridge was making worrisome noises so I needed a new one. This one is so different and up to date. It is easier to organize, the ice and water function is faster, the open door reminder is great and the refrigeration/freeze temperatures are perfect. I prefer this to the side by side arrangement I had before. I am happy.

I has great flexibility in shelf space and a lot of drawer space. Would be 5 star but the feet adjustments and door levelers were sooo difficult to move that u was worried about stripping the threads. I never did get the front right foot down but I was finally able to get the doors level after calling customer support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator - Has amazing storage features - Double door refrigerated compartment allows to store large refrigerated items or to open only one door if item is stored on one side. Double freezer drawers allow for ease o removin frozen items without having to dig through layers of frozen items. Definitely enough storage in freezer and refrigerator for a family. Ultimate in storage and organization.Would definitely purchase again and refer to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had this unit for a year and have enjoyed storage and openness of fridge and storage options. Freezer, however, if overfilled, or if something blocks the vents (like a plastic bag or stored item) will cause ice to accumulate on coils-and the whole unit will freeze up and require thawing-when this happens the fridge stops cooling because ice blocks the passage of air from the freezer to the fridge. I like LG products generally (have multiple fridges and lg washer and dryer) but am not a fan of this design. If I were to do over I would get the bottom freezer with one large drawer as opposed to two separate ones. Easier to control contents and don't have to worry about things falling behind the drawers. Drawers not closing properly or completely cause the same issue.
