Will try once again when I have time. A lot of my problems stem from extremely slow internet service. A problem when living in rural America.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some things I love about my new refrigerator: It is configured well. The ice maker does not intrude on any interior space.The shelves on the right door are deep and hold a lot. There is flexibility in how you might want to set up the shelves. It has a deep well where you get the in-door water. I can fill my coffee carafe, and it fits right in there, and I can rest it on the bottom of the well. It's beautiful! I love the two freezer drawers. I keep meat in the bottom one, and veggies and ice cream in the top one. It saves me money when I only have to open PART of the freezer. It's perfect!

I've had this fridge for about 9 months now and it's great. I've noticed, though, that the button to make extra ice sometimes doesn't work if I use it too much. When making ice ahead of time for a party, I can't make extra ice for a few days in a row. It just won't work. Not sure why?

Bought this three years ago we’re great at first all of a sudden totally quit waited three months for them to fix it living out of a cooler until I finally got fed up and bought a another fridge when they did come to fix it it was freezing things in the refrigerator and then completely fine things in the freezer major fluctuation in temperature

I lobe this refrigerator. My only complaint is that the freezer section has a little less room than my last refrigerator that was the same size, was when you open the bottom drawer, there is no light. We love it though it is so quiet and I love the fact that fingerprints do not show on the surface. It is also wonderful to have the ice on the door. It leaves a lot more room in the refrigerator section.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the features and space in this refrigerator. The ice maker is a little on the small side but I can just plan ahead for more ice. However the mullion between the two doors no longer functions properly after only six months. It appears that maybe there is a spring in it which I can only assume is broken. As long as I remember to push the mullion back into place after it closing the door the refrigerator works properly.

The ice maker is inside the door so there is even more space inside. The two drawer bottom freezer is very roomy. Water and ice door dispenser works very nicely. All the extra features are the bomb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying all the room that I have available. For me it is a little hard to reach the upper shelves - I'm short. Enjoy having more of what I need available for cooking meals. Love the quiet ice maker. LG makes great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of a 28 cu ft. LG French door unit we bought 5 years ago. The second compressor died and a warranty repair wasn't possible because the first replacement resulted in some copper lines being too short for another repair. $2500 refrigerator lasted 5 years. The old unit had two icemakers, but the new one just has one. I hope it wasn't a mistake buying another LG. Keeping our fingers crossed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this model delivered and installed about 2 months ago. So far have been extremely pleased with its design and performance. Having the ice maker unit in the door effectively opens up a lot of shelf space that we did not have in our last 4 door french door unit. I really like the size and depth of the storage bins in the door which makes it easy to store larger drink containers in the door without sacrificing shelf space. The flexible meat/deli drawer is the right depth to keep lunchmeats/cheeses at our fingertips. The freezer drawers are very accessible and easy to organize and use. I like the thoughtfulness of having an extra ice storage bin in the top freezer drawer. The only performance issue I have encountered is occasionally ( twice thus far) the ice maker will jam however it is very easy to open the ice maker, clear the jam and return to normal operations. While being skeptical of the Wi-Fi capability I’m actually glad I connected to our network and enjoy receiving the month status report. Our experience thus far has been outstanding and would recommend this product.
