I have had this refrigerator since July and still unable to use the water dispenser. The repairman was out 3 times already trying various ways to fix the problem. Had my water tested and the person thinks the "tubing in the frig was never cured." I have replaced the water line with a Pex line (LG recommendation). Replaced the filter (LG recommendation). Even had the valves replaced (LG recommendation). Problem still not solved. The freezer and refrigerator work great, however. Love having 2 drawers instead of one big drawer trying to make things work with a top tray.

Everything is pretty amazing since we switched from a old style stand up double refrigerator. There is so much room inside the fridge for bottled water, groceries, condiments, and 4 gallons of milk. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A decent refrigerator. I've monitored the temperatures inside with my own thermometer. Fridge is set for 0° and 34° (a tad cooler than factory setting). Fridge reading from thermometer was +/- 2°, but right produce drawer showed +4. Freezer was +/- 3° (-3 to +3°). I like the room inside - ample space! Well lit, too. Ice maker is doing great. Not noticeably noisy. I'm very happy with it, but I've had it for less than a month. Things I don't like are the large pull out party tray/ drawer. If you have a couple parties a week, I suppose it'd be good. But it requires both doors to be open to access anything inside. It's a minor irritation. Right door tends to stay a little open while left door wants to slam shut. Perhaps adjustments can eliminate that. Freezer compartment bottom shelf has no light. Lowe's screwed up delivery by not delivering it on scheduled day, even though it had been on the schedule for a week. Then delivered late afternoon the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fine but need another shelf to push back as only one does in order to fit more taller food or beverage items; Side shelves should be taller as well as items fall when opening doors. Hard to see some of the features - need more backlighting. It appears to have less storage than anticipated but can push items further back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great running fridge. Very convenient features, especially the dual freezer drawers and a but for dumping ice from the room-saver ice maker. It is very quiet. It could do a better job at cooling water. Also ice clumps a lot. After about an hour I finally was able to connect the LG to my phone and was able set power savers that seem to reduce the amount of defrost. (We live in the desert. Very dry. We don't fight any humidity.

My LG French door refrigerator is sooo spacious with the most convenient see through drawers and shelves that can be adjusted to suit your lifestyle preferences. The 2 pull out freezer drawers make storing and finding frozen items so convenient. The water & ice dispenser on the exterior is also a welcome convenience not offered in previous appliances (that’s how long it’s been since I purchased a brand new refrigerator!) Thank you LG, life is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took us a while to get it with back orders and initial shipment damaged, but worth the wait! Very spacious, easy to use. Adjustable shelves are convenient. I like the convenience of the freezer shelves being split- things are not stacked on top of each other and are easier to find. Easy to clean. Customer service was helpful and responsive when needed. A little pricey, but again, worth it!
