[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The french doors are terribly made. The rest of the fridge is amazing. The lefr door is extra heavy and if ur not holding on to it it slams shut and the flap doesnt deploy right and im sure is going to break. Ive had the fridge a few weeks and it already has issues. The ice cubes are cute but tiny and thankfully they had a spot in the freezer to keep more bc that tiny resivior holds close to nothing. A lot of money for a sub par product. Sad because the company name used to mean something. Sad thats now gone.

Bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and so far all seems to be working fine. Both the refrigerator and freezer seem to be keeping the set temperature. The refrigerator is very quiet and the icemaker and water dispenser work as expected. Only issue we have is that the second shelf the one that can be open/close to allow for tall items when closed it doesn't stay closed all the way. from time to time it opens or slide back 1/2 way. I will contact LG to see if we can get a replacement part

The double drawers of the freezer are especially convenient when compared with our old single drawer freezer. No digging through layers of frozen items, stored long term, to get to daily use items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge 1 and a half years ago and it already needs repairs. The freezer fan went out leaving it not keeping things cool. At the time of purchase I bought 3 other LG appliances. So far we needed our oven and fridge fixed. I would think twice about purchasing an LG appliance.

We have been very pleased with the refrigerator's operation. However I do have 2 concerns with it. I haven't been able to link with my phone. There are only a couple of paragraphs in manual, and is very hard to understand. I had an expectation of knowing the temperature inside the fridge. Instead there is a display of the set point temperature. While it's nice to know what the temp is set to, it is much more important to know the interior temp of refrigerator at any given time, especially when you load it up from shopping. We would not have known our old fridge had a problem, but for its display telling us things weren't at proper temp. We like the small space ice maker, and the interior lighting.

It has been working well, but it has less space than I realized in both fridge and freezer drawers. Icemaker was not connected because our tap water here is terrible.

At first the warning that you have left the door open too long I thought might be not needed. However my husband does need that feature. If we had designed a frig just for us, this would have been it.

The water and ice cubes are the best, very clean tasting and the two freezer compartments make it very easy to to get to the frozen foods that you need more readily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, LG provides more usable refrigerator space than any other brand we looked at. I can't believe that no other company can come up with an ice maker nearly as space efficient as LG. Samsung's in-door ice maker takes a huge amount of fridge space in comparison and don't get me started about Whirlpool. Sure it doesn't have the ice storage others do, but I like keeping my refrigerator capacity. We like the freezer configuration on this unit. We replaced an older LG (Kenmore Elite) with a single bottom freezer door. While that had numerous internal slide out drawers. It was quite an effort pull out and access them. Accessing items in the top freezer drawer is so much easier to access and the bottom drawer is easier to pull out as well. Just hoping that LG has worked out the kinks on the compressor. The 5 years parts AND labor on that system gives some piece of mind, but really should be 10 years.
