1st unit delivered DOA. Fridge & freezer stayed at 40 degrees, never colder. It was returned. 2nd unit came but ice maker installed incorrectly, water dispenser not working, door defroster not working, sidewall insulation missing so OUTSIDE of fridge covered in condensation. 2nd unit returned also.

It is now February 14th and I am still without a refrigerator. First we had to wait for parts now the repairman. Never again will I buy LG brand of anything.

It’s gorgeous, fits perfectly in our galley kitchen and has so many amazing features like the peak energy saver and ice plus functions. I love the ThinQ app and the roominess of this fridge. It’s quiet and when I walk by, I literally can check my hair in the mirror like surface of the slate colored doors!!

There are only 2 authorized LG repair companies in our area, and we’re advised we might wait 2 weeks if we need service. Fortunately, LG has great reputation for reliability, and we have a second refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason we bought this unit is the two drawer freezer. It is leasier to open just the smaller upper drawer and not have to dig into a very deep drawer for smaller items.Also keep extra ice cubes there for easy access. The only negative is the difference of door closing resistence of the two doors. The right door needs a small push to close while the left one has no such resistance and can slam easily and noisily. I think the extra weight of the ice maker in the left door makes it much heavier so it closes faster. Also I miss having a butter dish compartment in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few seeks ago, and I am really happy with it. It cools wonderfully, and I love the configuration. The ice maker does a wonderful job although I was nervous in the beginning because it did not seem to make ice. The next morning, the container was full of ice. It holds much more than my old 28 Cu. ft. Samsung because everything is so organized. The only thing I would say is a negative is that the door with the ice maker in it tends to slam. It may just be me because I had to use pressure to get the old one's door closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this fridge 2 months ago and have been pleased by its capacity - shelf space, door space, and freezer space - and by its sleek, simple look. While this is a great fridge, it does have a few deficiencies. First, the left hand door slams shut with a rather violent thud if you don’t guide it closed. This is a result of the ice maker being in the door and how heavy that door becomes when full of ice. We like the ice maker in the door because it allows for a large fridge interior with symmetric shelving, but that door needs more resistance on the hinge. Secondly, you can’t dispense ice or water while either of the 2 doors are open. Lastly, the water dispenser could be a bit faster. Overall it’s a great fridge.

Love that the entire fridge allows for storage. The ice/water dispenser is within the door and do not cut into the fridge space. The double freezer drawer option works great for several needs. The only thing I'd change is for the deli drawer to be split like the fruit/veggie crispers are so you don't have to open both doors to access.

We’ve had the refrigerator for two weeks and we’re pleasantly surprised. The shelving and drawers in the refrigerator portion are well thought out. Plus, we really like the additional freezer drawer for the items we frequently use. The finish is beautiful too and appreciate no fingerprints. Nice workmanship.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only negatives are that the doors sometimes close hard and the ice and water dispencer use the same switch. So if you don't look before using, you may end up with water in your drink. Positively like the two drawer setup for the freezer.
