I wasn't sure if I was going to like this fridge, I had previously ordered a Samsung online and was told I would have to wait two months before it would arrive. I couldn't wait that long for a refrigerator, so I went to the store I ordered the Samsung from and the salesman showed me this fridge. It was so much nicer, WiFi enabled, and the black stainless...sold!!! The best part is that it was in my house by the end of the week. I have a big family (6 people) and we haven't even filled the fridge yet. There's always ice, water taste great, love having two separate freezers, and no fingerprints all over.

This fridge has broken 3 times now in the 2.5 years that we’ve owned it. Every time we lose $200-$300 worth of groceries and have to live out of a cooler or go to the store daily for a week or two until it’s repaired. I would not buy a toaster from LG let alone another major appliance.

We love this fridge! Love the amount of space. So much more than what we were used to! Love that the one side can adjust if you need to put something taller in there. Love the deli drawer also so I’m not using the produce bins for lunch meat/cheese etc. storage isn’t a ton for a family of 5 in the freezer drawers but a lot of people have larger freezers outdoors I know

It was repaired under warranty and is now just fine except the ice maker keeps hanging up, the ice sticks together, It did that before the repair as well

We have been very pleased with the refrigerator's operation. However I do have 2 concerns with it. I haven't been able to link with my phone. There are only a couple of paragraphs in manual, and is very hard to understand. I had an expectation of knowing the temperature inside the fridge. Instead there is a display of the set point temperature. While it's nice to know what the temp is set to, it is much more important to know the interior temp of refrigerator at any given time, especially when you load it up from shopping. We would not have known our old fridge had a problem, but for its display telling us things weren't at proper temp. We like the small space ice maker, and the interior lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge four weeks ago and am so glad with the purchase. I love the French door feature with the freezer on the bottom. Fridge seems to have more room and love that everything is at eye level. I would strongly recommend this fridge!

The ice maker shaves ice even tho it should be cubed making a mess on the floor when dispensing. Ice maker had to be reset twice due to malfunctioning. The water comes out so fast it sprays outside your glass all over the fridge and floor. Moisture and mold inside the water filter cover. The compressor went out ruining the well stocked fridge and both freezer bins.

It was posted on the refrigerator in the PC Richards when I called them to ask why we didn’t receive the card they said it was from the manufacturer.
