[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks now, and it’s working out great. The double drawers of the freezer are especially convenient when compared with our old single drawer freezer. No digging through layers of frozen items, stored long term, to get to daily use items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French doors do not close properly. It is most likely an adjustment of the fit that is off. However, we have been trying to get it addressed for over a month and have not had success. Other issues: There is not a light in the bottom freezer drawer, so the darkest one is indeed the darkest. The shelves are adjustable but because of the design where the sides are held by bumps on the refrigerator wall, the shelves cannot be moved left or right, just up or down. And there are only about 3 settings. The shelf design is cheap and poor. Likewise, the drawers in the refrigerator (3) are poorly fit and so are loose and do not seal when closed. They are also only opened by gripping on the bottom of the front panel, not the middle or top as seems more comfortable. On the plus side, it is working. It is bright and well lit in the refrigerator, there is a lot of room with more room in the door than we are used to.

However, LG provided top notch, no cost service for the repair and exceeded my expectations. Will continue purchasing LG products because they stand behind them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the space. With the ice maker in the door, it leaves so much added usable space. The door shelves are deep and can easily keep large/tall items in them. The deli tray is large and makes it easy to see and find the items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an updated model of the refrigerator that it replaced and I love it just as much, if not more! I didn't start out looking for the same refrigerator, but after checking the features, price, reviews, etc., it was a no brainer choice. Still has the great french doors with no divider that can handle the biggest pizza and the two freezer draws that mean no more frost-bitten hands digging to the bottom. The bottom of the drawer is almost on the top! The water & ice dispenser in the door is an improvement over my previous one; more intuitive. The only change I would like to see is a bigger ice bin. Iced tea season is almost here and that means lot's of iced drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted no fingerprints on stainless steel, instant icewater, ice cubes, crushed ice. This fabulous refrigerator gave me all that plus double drawer freezer, and easy to change water and air filters. We are partners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator 2.5 years and love it - the French door design allows you to open one side independent of the other so that you don't "heat up" the fridge as fast when you're deciding what you want to eat. There are loads of drawers too ... handy for fresh veggies, lunch meat and long things like celery. Plus, I store open packages of rice and nuts in the fridge. The freezer has 2 drawers with dividers do that you can organize - meat, fish, veggies and snacks. The only downfall is the condenser that went out this month. Repair service was wonderful and got us up and running and enjoying the fridge again. Customer service was A++! So even through the condenser failing, LG was supportive and on our side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for two months and the overall experience with the refrigerator has been very good. Would like to have had the lettering light up on the water ice selection, and a divider in the wide lower drawer of the refrigerator compartment.

We upgraded our fridge and it by far the most coldest and quiet fridge. We love all the features except one- there’s no light in the bottom freezer drawer. Love all the extra space in the fridge with the ice maker in the door. Since the ice maker is in the door it should come either a LG scoop for ur ice container in the bottom drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy overall with the refrigerator, however I feel there are a few design flaws. Both doors must be opened to gain access to the deli drawer. It should be split into two drawers. Also, in order to open the veggie drawer on the right, both doors have to be opened. Should have designed the left drawer a little larger and the right one a little smaller in order for easier access.
