[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This my first LG Appliance purchase I am very pleased with the design of the French Door exterior and the versatile interior shelf and drawer features. The refrigerator adds greatly to the look of my kitchen. The refrigerator unit and ice maker operate with very little noise.

I like the slim ice maker in the door. It allows more space for smaller items in the shelves in front of it.

Compressor went down and I lost a lot of food. But technician and customer service was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for a little over a month. So far so good. Really needed to get a better measure on depth, sticks out a few inches more that previous fridge. But I even measured more than bit could imagine, yet it still was more than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had it die about 14 months after getting it. We had the compressor replaced and it now rattled loud enough to wake my kids. Supposedly someone is coming to fix but that hasn’t happened. We have had NOTHING but problems with it.

EVEN RIGHT NOW IT'S HAS BEEN WORKING FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE IT STOPPED COOLING. STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED. VERY FRUSTRATED ABOUT THE USE OF THIS APPLIANCE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge a couple weeks ago and we love it. People complained about the water not being cold but It is. Not enough ice? Use the tray in the freezer for extra and appreciate the extra fridge space. The door open alert is pretty fast but at least I’m learning to close it sooner than before. Only thing I don’t like is the freezer drawers close on their own so you have to have one hand holding it open while you move stuff or load it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as my dream refrigerator for my first new house and it was delivered about a month ago. The ice maker has never worked. They are suppose to be replacing the refrigerator since it was brand new and never worked from day one. The rain has delayed replacement, we have had heavy rainfall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this Fridge in 2018 and overall it has been wonderful. With two months to spare on the warranty the compressor broke and had to be replaced. LG did great with the warranty and even reimbursed me for a mini-fridge for the two week duration of not having the primary rridge. Apart from that one hiccup, the fridge does exactly what it is supposed to do and does it great.
