[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and are absolutely in love with it. It has so much storage and has room for all of our food and drinks. The ice maker is a little small, but it doesn't take up any space in the fridge. It makes ice very quickly and dispenses it without spewing the ice all over the floor like our previous refrigerator did. The dispenser area fits every glass and water bottle that we have.

Plenty of room (28 cu ft), adjustable shelves for versatility, wide mouth external water/cubes/crushed ice dispenser and dual freezer drawers. Haven’t used the Smart app function yet. Black stainless steel finish looks great!

Love the big freezer drawers, lots of space in the fridge. You can fit anything in there including pizza boxes. Unfortunately, it's not built to last. Less than 4 years and the compressor died. We got it repaired under warranty but now I worry about how much longer it will last,

Now I have much more space in the refrigerator section, but in the freezer section I have less space than in my older side by side. The other difference is the small reservoir of ice. If you have some friends over you probably will need to buy ice. The outside coat is print proof and easy to clean. It really just works if your hands are clean and dry. I constantly cleaning the doors. The material of the water dispenser is not promising a long life, even with just 3 months of use ( I will upload the photo). Overall I am happy with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a huge upgrade in size for us, almost didn't fit in our fridge cubby, and we love it. Only a couple complaints. Freezer space has unused space due to the dual drawers, but then that makes for excellent freezer airflow (freezes fast). Wish I didn't have to open both doors to access the crisper drawers. Wish doors didn't have to be closed for the ice/water dispenser to function. That all said, the space, access, lighting, filtering, ease of use, ease of cleaning, layout, and silent running all make up for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG fridge. Just last month the compressor went out. The fridge before that same issue. Seems like the compressors are not built to last. We had a company replace this compressor. I'm not optimistic it will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perhaps we can't cram as much into this model as our old side-by-side, but what we do put in, we can SEE and ACCESS, thus better utilizing both fresh foods and frozen foods. And aside from the icemaker, I hardly ever hear the thing run, which is Very important in today's predominantly popular 'Open Concept' floorplans.
