I did a lot of shopping and comparing products and prices before making my purchase and am thoroughly happy with this product. The dual ice maker is great. The insta-view door is a great feature but I don't use it as much as I thought. I still would buy it again though. The only thing I would like to see is stainless on the sides of lime the front.. but in my case it will be concealed into a built in cabinetry.The deal was great and the customer service was excellent I would definitely recommend the LG French door refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one about 3 weeks ago to replace my unreliable/troubling Samsung refrigerator. It has all basic functions I need. The only drawback is the bottom freezer has no lightning. Hope this will be a reliable one that can last for years

Our last refrigerator lasted 16 years and it was a side by side. We had been wanting a French door refrigerator but weren't sure about issues we had heard about with the ice maker in the door. After talking with our salesman and a repair man we decided on this LG refrigerator. It is quiet and has lots of room. My only reason for giving it the 4 stars is that the ice maker has a small reservoir meaning fewer ice cubes. We tend to go through a lot of ice and water in our house. Not a huge issue, we just need to remember to dump the ice maker ice into the storage container in the freezer when we have extra so that we can continue to generate more ice for our family.

To its credit, and because it was still under warranty, LG replaced the compressor and installed new software to make it work better. In the one month since then, the appliance has worked well. But we had to live for several weeks without use of the refrigerator, which was not pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frigidaire/freezer for our kitchen and my wife was instantly in love with it. It has a lot of space and makes it very easy for my. Also the freezer drawer makes it easy to store and find everything. We have other LG appliances in our home in Florida and in our 2nd home in China. The only bad part was that we didn't bought it earlier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the configuration of the fridge and the freezers. The fridge is very easy to use. However, their placement of the internal air vents is a major problem. They didn't put the internal vents on the side of the fridge, they put them on the bottom... where any drips of spills in the fridge will leak into... then gum up the vent, and prevent the air from flowing... which then freezes the motor... and then the motor turns off... and then my entire fridge full of food melted and destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of food. The design of the vents is a major issue and it I had to do it over again, I would have purchased a different fridge.

I like the LGs ice maker more than the S brand. They have a white seal that gets scuffed up and turns black in the store displays. No such seal needed on the LG. Little details like this can be seen throughout. Looked at dishwashers this weekend and found the same things. LG designs things much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great running fridge. Very convenient features, especially the dual freezer drawers and a but for dumping ice from the room-saver ice maker. It is very quiet. It could do a better job at cooling water. Also ice clumps a lot. After about an hour I finally was able to connect the LG to my phone and was able set power savers that seem to reduce the amount of defrost. (We live in the desert. Very dry. We don't fight any humidity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and have been so happy! Until there is a LG that creates pellet ice, this ice is next best thing! I love the second freezer drawer too. The water flow is the best Ive ever used from a door! The only minor issue I'd say is that I wish the drawers inside the fridge opened from a top grab rather than a bottom grab. Otherwise, all great!!
