Ice and water work great, fingerprintless front finish is amazing (though NOT magnetic, so good opportunity for that stuff to go elsewhere!) Layout of drawers is perfect for our needs - family of 2 humans, a cat and dog (they have their own shelf for their goodies.)

EVEN RIGHT NOW IT'S HAS BEEN WORKING FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE IT STOPPED COOLING. STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED. VERY FRUSTRATED ABOUT THE USE OF THIS APPLIANCE.

I am very thankful for the 5 year warranty from LG but we are still waiting on repairs took a week for A&E to come out and tell us he had to order 5 parts week later on 2 parts have come in so far waiting on remaining parts. Now two weeks with no fridge and food that ruined is not a good thing. We thought we would love this refrigerator. I am sorry to write a bad review. But this has been a bad experience with still a broken fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge a approx. six months ago and love it. I love the quality as well as the non finger print finish. Soap and water and the fridge looks great. Only thing is around all the handles the finish as already begun to wear off and makes the fridge look old and worn. I had called as soon as I saw this and LG ordered all new doors, they are being replaced tomorrow so I am looking forward to having them look good again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as my dream refrigerator for my first new house and it was delivered about a month ago. The ice maker has never worked. They are suppose to be replacing the refrigerator since it was brand new and never worked from day one. The rain has delayed replacement, we have had heavy rainfall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been living with the fridge for about 2 months. It looks great and works well overall. For the price, I still think it was a great deal, but here are things I would have the product development people at LG think about: 1) The full width drawer is super annoying. To have to open both doors to get out a slice of cheese or whatever makes no sense. 2) There is no enclosed butter section on the doors, and the top door shelf is annoyingly high for the shorter members in my family due to the deep lip. 3) The water that comes out of the front door dispenser is really warm, you absolutely have to add ice. 4) The sides of the fridge are bowed out in the middle, so if you have a tight cabinet space you might be in trouble. There is a good 1/2" difference in width between the top or bottom and the middle, specifically worse toward the back of the fridge. I almost couldn't get in in. 5) Ice machine capacity is limited and if you are constantly filling water jugs like our active family you will quickly run out. 6) Height adjustment of all shelves, interior and door, are way too limited, and a milk jug fits fine but a standard bottle of wine with a stopper does not. 7) Also, if you care about the wifi connection, it's only 2.4GHz, annoying with my modern mesh routers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frigidaire/freezer for our kitchen and my wife was instantly in love with it. It has a lot of space and makes it very easy for my. Also the freezer drawer makes it easy to store and find everything. We have other LG appliances in our home in Florida and in our 2nd home in China. The only bad part was that we didn't bought it earlier.

Part refrigerator as I was moving into a new home at first everything was well then we constantly started having trouble with the icemaker not either making ice dropping ice. The features are great but like I said, icemaker is lacking in capacity and very rarely works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 17 year old refrigerator gave out on us and my wife wanted to go with a four door french model. She likes the capacity and the color, but is not interested in the wi-fi function. Haven't had it very long, but it is working excellently. Hopefully it will last for many years. The only thing somewhat negative is that the open door alarm is not very loud.
