[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrig. for a month. I'd had a side by side, so it took some getting used to, but now I love it. The double freezer works out well. Sometimes I open just one of the refrig. doors and sometimes I have to open them both, and I'm learning.

I like the size of this refrig and I like the convenience of ice and water on the door. It has all the features I wanted. I will recommend this one to my friends if they are in need of a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is about a month old so far its great . fridge temp is 4 degrees low, but manual says internal temp and door reading could be off, they are. Installers from H D were a bit suspect but I am good mechanically so no problem . I am trying to find out , with no luck if you don't close door all the way is their an alarm? Call me 5 years from now to see if it lasts that long!

The look and capacity on this is great, but the double freezer drawers thawed and then the fridge got dicey. Aww lost a huge shopping trip+. Authorized compressor replacement didn’t solve the problem, and while the compressor was covered, the expensive service was not. Neither was the expensive appliance, which was unsupported beyond the mfr’s warranty. I googled a known compressor failure (or line clog) in some LGs only after the fact. Had to buy another new fridge after a short two years. Such a shame. Usually great brand—all of our home appliances are LG! VERY disappointed in this.

But the compressor failure and the wait to have it replaced were really bad. 4 out of town guests at the same time was fun too. Now I know the compressor failure is widespread, but that doesn't make okay. Hope the rest of my LG appliances do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe how large this fridge in inside. It is actually smaller than our previous model, but it so well designed it seems a lot larger! The even temperature is amazing, even on the door and it keeps the milk icy cold, just the way I like it.

The ice maker is inside the door so there is even more space inside. The two drawer bottom freezer is very roomy. Water and ice door dispenser works very nicely. All the extra features are the bomb.

It was not the original refrigerator I purchased but the first one was delivered damaged and the wait to get a replacement was 3 months. I ended up "settling" for this product as it was one of the few that could be delivered in a timely manner. It was a blessing in disguise! I absolutely love this refrigerator! My favorite feature is the two-drawer freezer. It's so nice to be able to organize my items for quick use and not have to dig through a deeper space. The refrigerator is very spacious and allows me to adjust the shelves. I originally didn't want a dispenser but again, I'm so glad to have it as the filtered water is readily available as well as crushed or cubed ice. I couldn't be more pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted black stainless and found this to be a good option. It was also recommended. We've owned this fridge for approx. 2 yrs now. We have had 2 problems that required service. The first one happened while under manufacturers warranty. The 2nd was outside the manufacturers 1 yr limited warranty. Luckily, we had the extended warranty. That said, I find it sad and ridiculous that a unit like this has had multiple problems so early in its life. And had we not spent extra money, it would have cost us more to repair. I will add that I do not care for how the door slams. This was not the case when we looked at the floor model. I am told, due to the extra weight from items in the door compartments, its the way it is. This is more of an annoyance. We purchased a complete set of LG kitchen appliances and have had repair problems with 3 of the 4 appliances. It has been a struggle getting them repaired and I've lost interest in LG products. They also have a technology in the appliances called LG ThinQ, which is supposed to diagnose your appliances. I've yet to have this work when I've had issues with the appliances. It is completely useless and I see it only as a marketing scheme that plays on consumers piece of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this fridge for two yrs. So enough time to really see it’s features. First of I’d say I do love the fridge! However I would advise you to get the warranty. I had to have the compressor replaced just after two years and it was still covered under manufactures warranty but I did get Geek Squad also. Tech says this units compressor is known for going out, it’s quite common so all the features and cooling is awesome but beware of the compressor issue. Replaced compressor with no issues with a warranty. Would still purchase again!
