[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French doors do not close properly. It is most likely an adjustment of the fit that is off. However, we have been trying to get it addressed for over a month and have not had success. Other issues: There is not a light in the bottom freezer drawer, so the darkest one is indeed the darkest. The shelves are adjustable but because of the design where the sides are held by bumps on the refrigerator wall, the shelves cannot be moved left or right, just up or down. And there are only about 3 settings. The shelf design is cheap and poor. Likewise, the drawers in the refrigerator (3) are poorly fit and so are loose and do not seal when closed. They are also only opened by gripping on the bottom of the front panel, not the middle or top as seems more comfortable. On the plus side, it is working. It is bright and well lit in the refrigerator, there is a lot of room with more room in the door than we are used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the features and space in this refrigerator. The ice maker is a little on the small side but I can just plan ahead for more ice. However the mullion between the two doors no longer functions properly after only six months. It appears that maybe there is a spring in it which I can only assume is broken. As long as I remember to push the mullion back into place after it closing the door the refrigerator works properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this refrigerator in service 11/2019, we have had three service calls to fix. One to replace the door seal between the doors. We now have required a second service call to fix the door seal and a defrosting error problem

The water/ice dispenser provides all the ice and water we can consume. This fridge has more space than out last one and allows us to keep our items arranged in an orderly fashion. Easy to find what you need when you need it, great for foodies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge barely made it one year and the compressor gave our. Pretty disappointed since we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully the Tech was very knowledgeable and not in a rush. He took his time to make sure all issues were resolved.

She likes the capacity and the color, but is not interested in the wi-fi function. Haven't had it very long, but it is working excellently. Hopefully it will last for many years. The only thing somewhat negative is that the open door alarm is not very loud.

I would like the water pressure to be a little stronger and the place you set the glass to fill is a little small but other than that very happy with the performance so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my old side-by-side, this frig has loads of space. Love the full width drawer in the frig compartment for meats. Like the double freezer drawers. I can open the top one with all my breakfast and lunch items and not need to open the lower drawer with my frozen meats and vegetables. The sliding shelf is handy for gallons of milk and juice. They will fit in the door shelf, but it is easier for me to lift it when it is on the shelf. Glad we chose to get this feature.
