I really love the look of this one and the smudge resistant finish is a big plus. Very easy to keep clean. Love all the features and now I just need to purchase the range to finish my look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has amazing space. Temperature is consistent throughout. Water dispenser has great pressure and we love crushed ice. I love the organization of the two freezer drawers but the freezer is on the smaller side. I read the reviews mentioning this and decided to go for it anyway. We have another freezer in the basement so it works for us but if this will be your only freezer, be cautious. Plenty of room for daily items and some storage just not stocking up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator after having owned another LG fridge for 10 years but for some reason this one has had over six issues where it stopped cooling, would not push cold air from freezer to upper fridge or the ice maker. Have had LG technicians out to repair it and now am having another issue with the same fridge again. Now it is being placed on an outside agency to repair it. At what point would LG consider this fridge a lemon and replace it for the customer. I own over four LG appliances and after this experience not sure if will be getting LG appliances in the future.

Shelves are terrible! There is nowhere you can put a standard size (8 inches tall) water bottle upright without extra empty shelf supports between them. Top and bottom shelves to first support (biggest gaps) are 7.5 inches. So for an extra 1/2 inch you have to give up 2.5 of the 3 inches between each support. Also, each shelf bracket has to have an empty shelf support between so the closest you can get the shelves is approximately 6 inches...not really because there is a lip you have to maneuver under and top of shelf to top of shelf is nearly 6 inches...but not quite. Salsa, pickles, jams....many condiments....6.5 inches so another 2.5 inches wasted. The fruit and vegetable drawers are poorly designed. You have to open both doors to open a drawer beyond a couple inches because they meet in the middle and run into the other door. The long drawer in the bottom isn't bad but it is SO SHALLOW, approximately 3 inches deep. That accommodates stacking 2-3 packages of sliced cheese or a blister pack of deli meat. This refrigerator is obviously not designed for the American market and American products. Final complaint is the water in door is not cold. I don't know how it can be only 3 degrees cooler than the water coming out of my faucet when the lines are INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR. I don't expect a huge reservoir but I do expect to be able to fill a glass with COLD water when the lines haven't been used in an hour or two.

We love the roominess, the inside layout of drawers, and all the space in the doors and the ability to move shelves as we like. It’s super quiet too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG refrigerator as part of a set. This is our first experience with a French door model. The refrigerator portion is much more spacious than our previous traditional model while the freezer section is a little smaller than our previous model. The ice maker is much more compact than our previous model while the ice is preferable in shape and size. The display of temperatures on the control panel is very cool and spot on with an independent thermometer!

Chilled our drinks while we worked on our remodel and kept our lunches cold after only cooling for an hour and a half. I can’t wait to see the whole kitchen put together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge 8 months ago, so I've had some time to use it. I'm happy to report we haven't had any problems with it! I have plenty of space, and I'm glad I opted for the dual freezer drawers over the dual fridge drawers. The pros: lots of space, easily fit pizzas or other food in the freezer, divider in the freezer is handy, and I LOVE the container for extra ice cubes in the freezer, the fridge keeps food evenly cool (no freezing on the top, or warmth on the bottom), the door ajar alarm is a great reminder, the ice maker in the door is awesome (frees up a lot of room!). Its quiet and stylish, too! Cons: maybe this should just be considered a wish list! So, the ice maker does not make enough ice to keep up with our sports family of 6. The ice tray in the freezer to hold extra ice is handy, but the maker still has problems producing enough ice. Separate water and ice dispensers would be nice. Measuring notice for amount of water dispensed would be helpful, too. No matter how we try to "level" the appliance, the upper freezer drawer refuses to stay open on its own and is always closing. Its hard to fill up the ice holder when I'm holding the ice bucket with 2 hands and using my knee to keep the drawer open to dump the ice in. The water dispenser "drips" just a tiny bit after filling up a glass. Its not a big deal, but I hate having to wipe it up all the time so I don't get stains. All in all its a good refrigerator and I recommend it! Now I'm just hoping to get some longevity out of it! All in all, we love this refrigerator.

I bought this about a month ago. It has the features I like and has plenty of room to place items that may be wide or tall. The doors have additional cooling and if I accidentally leave the door open I receive a notification on my phone. It also has functions to tell me when filters need to be changed.

We're amazed at how much additional space we have, even though the two refrigerators have the same number of cubic feet. Never would we purchase another side-by-side!
