Bought a year ago and am very happy. We like all the features. Love that it shows when the filters need changing. The water filtration system is top notch, delicious water. It suits our family of 5 well with its size. We have only good things to say about our first LG refrigerator. Hope it lasts us a very long time. We just purchased more LG products due to liking this one so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG is the best rated of all refrigerators with the ice maker in the door. This feature alone gives me extra room in my refrigerator. Even if the ice maker jams, it is super easy to fix (just make sure the water line isn't kinked). The vegetable and fruit bins are huge, as is the deli tray. Because of the size, we never seem to fill the refrigerator or freezer no matter how many sales my husband manages to find. I'm really happy with my LG and would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had little less than one month. Interior space is fantastic. Seems like I cannot fill it up. We are a family of four. Love the shelves on exterior of ice maker for extra space on door. Water line simple to hook up and water and ice are fantastic. Like the shape of the little cubes. This is the most quiet refrigerator I have ever owned. Only thing that is audible is the ice dropping from nice maker. Double drawer is convenient, but I would like a light in the bottom drawer area. Top drawer is lit, but lower area is difficult to see. Also, switching the button from water to ice typically takes requires me to push the button twice. Small issue, appears that the first push wakes up the unit, then the second actually allows selection. This unit will not for for through 36" door without removal of fridge and freezer doors. No issue if you are having an installer move your fridge, but there are a number of electrical connections that have to be unplugged and a water tune, which I could not figure out. This is only applicable for the few DIY installers. These quirks are minimal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the French door model Model LMXS28626S/02 in December or 2019 and we started having problems with it in early July 2024. LG is known to have serious compressor problems and we decided to buy a new refrigerator, different brand, as we just didn't want the unknown factor in our lives. Last few weeks unit was frosting up and temperature was varying greatly. As far as the design and features of the unit, we loved it. I was very disappointed that the LG cooling system was inferior and problematic.

When our last referigerator died we were in a bind to buy something in stock. This was it. Initially looked to be great and seems to work just fine. However, the shelf frames are plastic and only slide in on one side. They leave very little room for flexibility and stability. Also, there is no cover to hide the black rubber foot adjusters in the front. Just really expected more quality for this price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in September 2020. Got it in my kitchen mid October and I still haven't been able to connect it to wifi. Not sure if there are more features when operated through the app and wifi? Currently I have been disappointed with the ice maker. It has an extra tray for extra ice but does not produce extra ice. The water dispenser does not dispense cold water. It is room temperature. It also makes crazy, loud, disturbing noises all the time and especially at night!. So there are a few things I'm not satisfied with. Over all, I like the frig.

Both the refrigerator and the freezer portion have a great amount of space. My only complaint is the ice maker. I tend to use a lot of ice daily in my water and if anyone else is using it consistently throughout the day or if we have a party it can’t always keep up. It does have the Ice Plus feature which helps, but we have had to purchase bagged once or twice during the holidays when company was present. Overall, it was a great purchase and I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this LG for only a month or so, but loving it thus far. The price was good, easy to install and use, quiet, and effective. Love the double-door freezers, which was a major selling point b/c they really cut down on items being lost at the bottom of one drawer. My only annoyance is that the left door seems to slam shut b/c it is so heavy with all the ice-making equipment in it. I try to be careful in closing, but it doesn't take much for it to slam. But I'd gladly buy it all over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator in July after researching many different appliances. It was the perfect refrigerator. Lots of room and easy to store fruit and vegetables. Sadly the coolant in the freezer was not working and after several attempts to repair the refrigerator it was deemed defective. Finding a repair person to work on this unit was challenging. LG made good and refunded us the price of the unit. Much as I love this refrigerator I am leery to replace it with the same type. I realize it could just be a "lemon" and another one could be perfectly fine.
