[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] September sale allowed me to redo my kitchen in Black Stainless Steel. New fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher from LG all in BSS. Love the large water, ice dispenser which allows a pitcher to be used rather than a glass at a time. Internal lighting is easy to see bright, so much better than the old one bulb style units. Only, not so much, problem is small narrow ice compartment clumps up near the top causing no dispensing of ice at times, especially when not used frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Repair man took 189 for new filters. I was told there would be no other charge and initial deposit would be refunded back as it was only a temp hold. 3 weeks later they charge my CC for the initial deposit again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I got along this long without my LG fridge -- I have all LG appliances and they have been wonderful! I can't stay out of the kitchen just to look at it! It's so roomy and beautiful!

I bought this Refrigerator 2 months ago and still have not been able to use the freezer, as it arrived broken. Customer service has been terrible and the technician that has come out has been even worse. The door has never been able to properly shut and ice builds up in both freezer draws. I would not recommend buying this product or any product from LG Electronics in the future.

It was manufactured in 2017 LG knows that the compressors are bad and these machines should have done a recall but instead they are punishing the consumers horrible, horrible company with horrible horrible appliances.

Fridge works well but water dispenser paddle kept getting stuck and soaking whomever was using it to fill up water. One morning I came downstairs and it was dispensing water all over our kitchen floors which created damage. We have not used the water dispenser again and shut off the water to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about a month ago. Very spacious, quiet, makes ice quickly and has operated flawlessly. Very pleased with our purchase and would recommend to a friend. No finger prints, that makes it even nicer.

This is due to size of course and the smart design of racks, drawers and shelves within. I am a little concerned with the ice maker section. I have been having problems with the ice melting together in the bin. Am currently trying different temperatures to solve the problem. Like the two freezer drawer feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 years ago. Everything is great except for the defrost on the lower freezer drawer. It freezes shut so when it is finally pulled open huge chuncks of ice break off.. Have called and tried all the suggested fixes-defrost, change the temperature settings, 36 degrees 37 degrees, 35 degrees, 34 degrees, 32 degrees. each time defrosting and restarting. Have been trying for over a week to activate my extended warrenty.. I have talked to so many reps(each one polite) but there is so much red tape to accomplish.. I think I finally have the necessary information-waiting to geta service appoint with my assigned claim number. I cannot call, I have to wait for a email response-waiting 4 days now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in Oct. The surface not showing fingerprints is awesome. The doors and drawers are great except the one long drawer in the refrigerator section means you have to open both doors to open it. I wish it would be two short drawers.
