[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on black Friday(great savings!), I have had it in my home for about 2 weeks now, and I am absolutely in love with this unit! It is beautiful, quiet, and has great storage capabilities. Door shelves are pretty large, and are strong enough to fill (reasonably), and I love the deli tray sized slider drawer. Also the water filter has worked wonders on my previously undrinkable well water! The freezer has ample space too and I really enjoy the split (2 drawer) freezer. It allows for better organization, lets me put the more frequently used items in the (more easily accessible, less need to bend over) top drawer, and you don't have to sacrifice any freezer storage space for the convenience! In short, I could not be any happier with my purchase!

Inner liner cracking after 6 month’s after I purchased this refrigerator contacted lg to have it repaired and was left with 4 additional holes some off wight caulking and 2 1 by 1 square pieces of white tape the refrigerator is no longer sanitary because it cannot be kept clean and now I’m being blamed for the cracks last I checked I have never worked for lg and I did not drop anything so I recommended you never buy anything from lg as they don’t stand behind their products what a waste of 3 grand replacement denied and I just wanted the thing fixed

I bought this model 6 moths ago, and so far we had the ice maker replaced twice, the motherboard replaced once. The compressor and cooling coil were replaced just last. Now the refrigerator is not cooling properly. This simply very, very poorly built and it is sham as it's very poor quality product. Think 10 times before buying this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about a month ago to replace our previous one that was failing. It is really close to the same model as our previous, with improvements. We love the 2 drawer bottom freezer. We no longer have to dig for items, and we are much less likely to forget what we have. It seems to store just as much. This refrigerator seems to be easier to organize. So far, everything is fantastic. We don't need all the other fancy features offered by higher priced refrigerators as there are just the 2 of us.

We had an older side by side and if anything got put in the back of the fridge you would never find it. Not with this one plenty of room and when you open the doors you can see everything that's inside. The finish is great to clean finger prints off damp rag is all you need. Its a very large frigde plenty of room for everything. My only complaint is that it's loud when running I dont remember my 15yr old Kenmore being as loud when the fridge was running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have narrowed our purchase down to this fridge but I still have reservations about the ice maker, size of ice cubes, # of cubes etc. Seems awfully small storage in the door and I'm aware of the storage in the freezer compartment but that seems a bit awkward....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 2drawer freezer. I can locate everything easily. If I could change anything it would be the deli drawer. I would split it in two so that you could open 1 outside doir to get to items in it.

Our tap water where we live is not good tasting always bought bottle water, not anymore, the filter system has made it so we can now drink water without buying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had my LG refrigerator for 5 months. We looked for the perfect refrigerator for a month. For the price they cost, we wanted to be happy. We bought another brand and were so disappointed with the way shelves couldn't be adjusted, the small room on the doors, and the ice and water dispenser. We returned it! We looked again and and decided on this French door LG. The shelves adjust for all size items. Love the double freezer drawer. We use a lot of ice and don't have to open the whole freezer. One of the best parts is it is fingerprint resistant. With little grandchildren this is wonderful! The best purchase we've made in years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the refrigerator in general. One of the bottom freezer draws works but it could be colder. The ice maker makes ice but there is a problem with the board so it does not auto drop ice into the bin. I have to do a manual reset to get ice to drop.
