Bought this in June 2018 and the compressor went out. After doing some research online, I found several people with the same issue. LG is aware of this issue but when you call customer service they immediately tell you it is out of warranty. They have actually extended it 5 years due to the faulty compressor but will not tell customers. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I am now 4 days without a refrigerator and I had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. I am beyond angry at this point and will never buy another LG product again based not only on their bad product but their equally bad customer service.

We've had this refrigerator for about a month and we absolutely love it! The first french door refrigerator I've ever had, and it's amazing. Plenty of space, crystal clear water that tastes amazing and cubed/crushed ice at is the perfect size. Having the freezer at the bottom really makes a difference...allowing us to see everything in the fridge. This is our first LG product, and I'd definitely buy again.

Only thing i see missing is a Drip Tray to catch water , when some one has over filled glass of water. It gets all over on floor. Our previous refrigerator had drip tray which saved lots of cleaning floor.

Our tap water where we live is not good tasting always bought bottle water, not anymore, the filter system has made it so we can now drink water without buying it.

I had to call an appliance repair man it was past warranty and now I’m spending several hundred dollars trying to fix this. Very disappointing.

Each drawer is easy to open, shows the contents very well, and appears to be keeping the foods very fresh. The outside is easy to clean whenever I see any dirt spots. We have had many compliments on the style, color, and usability of our LG Frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago. It has great features, lots of interior room, and the water tray is one piece and easy to clean. I have no complaints about the refrigerator itself except it states it is fingerprint proof. Even if your hands are slightly damp from holding a cold glass, fingerprints remain on this refrigerator and I am constantly wiping this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for almost two weeks, it’s beautiful, runs quietly, and I find the ice supply to be great unlike other reviewers. My only issue is that it doesn't seem to get cold enough. I waited the minimum 24-48 hours, I have checked the air flow, doors for leaks, leveling, all the items as directed in the service guide, and still its only hovering between 38 and 40 when set at 34. If set above 34 it hovers around 40-44. The temperature doesn't seem to recover quickly after door opening and I have filled it to some extent so that the air wasn't whooshing out every time the door was opened. How can I fix this?.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love all the storage compartments. All others had normal size shelves on right and very very shallow ones on left. These shelves on right side are much deeper than all others(can fit much more than milk and juice) and on left where all others are way way way too narrow and shallow Maybe could fit a pack of shredded cheese and that’s all. This one holds condiments ketchup etc. Also like the smaller square ice cubes. Much easier to fill water bottle. Most cubes go in bottle and not scattered on floor. Trying to find something in a regular freezer side by side. These freezer drawers are perfect to keep food organized and easy to find
