I bought this 4 years 4 months ago & it's been a headache. It suddenly stopped cooling or freezing (the compressor went out), everything in the freezer melted, & I had enough so replaced with another brand. I have many LG products but will never buy an LG refrigerator again. Previous to this, there were 2 instances where I replaced the water filter & the connection went bad, flooding my fridge as I went to purge the line. I had to replace the line twice! The drop down shelf is annoying; it drops down all by itself sending anything on the shelf flying. I had to jam tiedowns under the shelf to stabilize & turned it into a stationary shelf. I don't know if all LG fridges are this bad or I just bought a lemon, but I'm done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had for almost a year now and there is nothing bad I can say. This fridge keeps food at the proper temp, gives the best drinking water and ice. The double freezer is great, and roomy, as is the inside of fridge, too. I love the drawer inside where I keep my cheeses, and smaller everyday items. Also the veggies and fruits stay fresh longer in these drawers. There is plenty of space even on the doors. Oh I also love the shelf that stays expanded...or can slide in if I have a tall item to place. Overall, I am extremely satisficed and would highly recommend this fridge to anyone

The smaller ice dispenser is great for not taking up the needed space in the interior. Its smaller size is not a problem have never ran out of ice. The water filter and air filter is very easy to replace. The black stainless exterior is very easy to keep clean.

First of all you only have one little section to be able to store tall items such as a pitcher of tea. This is a pain. And the ice maker gets stuck quite a bit but overall a decent refrigerator.

I feel we made a great decision with this LG. It is so quiet we never here it running, even in our open kitchen. It's beautiful and was the last appliance needed to update our kitchen. We haven't had one issue. There has been plenty of ice, the compartment is out of site and sealed and stays clean and doesn't drop ice like our old ice maker did. The shelves are wide enough to hold cookie sheets, and the flexible shelf is tall enough to hold dishes on a pedestal. The black stainless goes well with regular stainless too, and shows less fingerprints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG fridge over a year. The amount of things we can fit in it are amazing. We have a family of 5 and are constantly buying food. The bottom fridge drawer is perfect for little hands to reach snack. The fruit and veggie drawers capacity is great! The adjustable self has been handy. My only issue is every now and again it makes a whistling/gear sound. Ready through the manual it says its when the fridge is too full and there isnt enough air to circulate through. I usually end up moving things around and it stops.

Very happy with our purchase! This refrigerator is very spacious! Freezer is split into two doors which also gave us more room for our frozen items. We love how fast the water fills our flask and dual ice maker was also an added bonus. Definitely would recommend this purchase!

We purchased the refrigerator in July 2018. Refrigerator left door latch design is faulty. The left door will not close properly unless you manually pull the latch out and glide the latch into the slot in the door. If you close the left door it just bangs against the refrigerator. I'm annoyed every time I close the door or hear someone else try and close the door.

I like this refrigerator, but I can't find in the manual or on the LG website the part number for air filter which needs to be replace every 6 months. I tried the Chabot, which gave me air purifiers. Website for support is no help, Can't even find refrigerator model number to enter into the e-mail template for customer service.
