Has what we were looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerators with a microwave and range about two/half years ago. Every thing was going will for about 5 months and it stated making loud noise which was fixed 2month later it stared again was fixed 5 moths later same thing a compressor was replaced . Well six month later freezer section was not working and took five days to get it fixed. Two weeks later the loud noise was back and they came and fixed it again. At this point all is good and happy that it is working "well".

Great Refrigerator, reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about a month. We have loved it so far. Plenty of room and well built. This the second one we have bought. We had to give up the first one when we sold the house. This was our first purchase for the new home.

Recall NEEDED on Refrigerator Model: LMXS28626S

We purchased our beautiful LG refrigerator model LMXS28626S brand new in February 2020 and started having problems with it in December 2022. We called the customer service line and they walked us through steps to resolve the issue, but it was temporary. The problem: the ice starts dispensing on its own automatically causing a flood on our kitchen floor. We unplugged the unit and turn off the ice maker. When we turned it back on, the ice features and water would not dispense. The LG customer support line told us to unplug it for 5 minutes, turn the ice Dispenser off and back on "while keeping the left door open," press and hold the lock button, then close the door. Keep it closed for exactly 1 hour without use and then unlock the fridge. Unfortunately, it was a temporarily solution. This happened several times and now, the water and ice Dispenser does not work at all. Why hasn't there been a recall on this model? This is apparently a well known issue and has caused nothing but headaches for us. MODEL LMXS28626S

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge just over a year ago and we are very happy. There is plenty of space and we love the 2 freezer drawers that accommodate everything we put in it. The one drawback is that the ice dispenser is not that big. We don't use much ice normally, so for everyday use it's fine. If you are having people over you will need to by a bag of ice. But, overall this is a great product and we would buy it again.

Beautiful unit that made all my family jealous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took longer to receive due to a retailer mess up but I received my unit today (along with my entire kitchen suite) and it’s working perfectly! Chilled our drinks while we worked on our remodel and kept our lunches cold after only cooling for an hour and a half. I can’t wait to see the whole kitchen put together!

Roomy appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator in July after researching many different appliances. It was the perfect refrigerator. Lots of room and easy to store fruit and vegetables. Sadly the coolant in the freezer was not working and after several attempts to repair the refrigerator it was deemed defective. Finding a repair person to work on this unit was challenging. LG made good and refunded us the price of the unit. Much as I love this refrigerator I am leery to replace it with the same type. I realize it could just be a "lemon" and another one could be perfectly fine.

Perfect refrigerator!

We love the roominess, the inside layout of drawers, and all the space in the doors and the ability to move shelves as we like. It’s super quiet too.

Awesome fridge!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can you be in love with a fridge? Yes - this is the best! Slim ice maker ideal...leaving lots of space. I cook and entertain a lot. Haven’t even used my extra basement fridge for overflow - no need. Plenty of room. I use the Glide and Serve drawer for wine for parties. No need for ice bucket on counter for entertaining. Easy slide out of small top freezer drawer for ice access - and ice cream!

Worst refrigerator ever!!!!

We have had this refrigerator less than a year. We have called no less then 12 times for a service tech. They have been to our house no less than 4 times. The ice maker is the worst!!! It is the smallest which i didn’t have a problem with but we can not get it to fill no more than a 1/4 full even without using any of it for 48 hours. Save some money and a lot of hassle with repairs and having to take time off work to meet techs and buy something else!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very glad that I purchased my LG refrigerator; the reasons that I did not give it an excellent rating is because the bottom drawer does not have a light and it’s difficult to see in the second bottom drawer! There is no special place for my eggs once purchase from the store; so I leave them in the store bought tray. Other than those two things I love my new refrigerator! The design is sleek and beautiful; and so glad that it is smudge proof! Great space inside the refrigerator and I love the fact that I am able to drink the water because of the purifier. I truly am enjoying my LG refrigerator and can’t wait to receive my LG stove in March 1921! Yes Iwould recommend it highly to anyone!
