[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. It is so nice to have one that runs ALL the timeAND always makes ice. The fact it actually makes the ice ON the door is amazing! Our house is only 6 years old and from the time we walked in the door, it was broken, for one reason or another! The color is black stainless. We have already decided to replace our other appliances with LG in the same color. If they work like this new fridge, we would be stupid not too!

I had to remove a cabinet above the refrigerator to make it fit and am so glad I did! The amount of room I have with this model is amazing and I love the 2 freezer compartments.

We have had this refrigerator less than a year. We have called no less then 12 times for a service tech. They have been to our house no less than 4 times. The ice maker is the worst!!! It is the smallest which i didn’t have a problem with but we can not get it to fill no more than a 1/4 full even without using any of it for 48 hours. Save some money and a lot of hassle with repairs and having to take time off work to meet techs and buy something else!!!!

It is really close to the same model as our previous, with improvements. We love the 2 drawer bottom freezer. We no longer have to dig for items, and we are much less likely to forget what we have. It seems to store just as much. This refrigerator seems to be easier to organize. So far, everything is fantastic. We don't need all the other fancy features offered by higher priced refrigerators as there are just the 2 of us.

We like the two freezer drawers--the upper drawer for more commonly used food items and the lower one for more long-term storage. The lighting in the compartments is very good.

My new LG Refrigerator was delivered to my home about four weeks ago. It does everything it was intended to do... In addition, while operating, it's VERY quiet...After I learn how to use the WIFI it wouldn't surprise me if I'll later be able to sit alone in the kitchen and discuss world events with my new LG......Thanks LG for being a new family member. ....Your very cool...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad we made this purchase. Our old refrigerator still worked, but showed years of wear and tear, so decided to take the plunge. We have never had a French door style or exterior water and icemaker before. We were hesitate about the water and ice feature, but everyone in the house absolutely loves this convenience. I am so glad we went for the 4 door model, with the 2 freezer drawers, keeps everything more organized. This model is sleek and modern looking, but very functional.

Inner liner cracking after 6 month’s after I purchased this refrigerator contacted lg to have it repaired and was left with 4 additional holes some off wight caulking and 2 1 by 1 square pieces of white tape the refrigerator is no longer sanitary because it cannot be kept clean and now I’m being blamed for the cracks last I checked I have never worked for lg and I did not drop anything so I recommended you never buy anything from lg as they don’t stand behind their products what a waste of 3 grand replacement denied and I just wanted the thing fixed
