My new LG Refrigerator was delivered to my home about four weeks ago. It does everything it was intended to do... In addition, while operating, it's VERY quiet...After I learn how to use the WIFI it wouldn't surprise me if I'll later be able to sit alone in the kitchen and discuss world events with my new LG......Thanks LG for being a new family member. ....Your very cool...

It’s not so tall I can’t reach any thing on top and it’s deep enough to hold all my groceries and still have room. The depth of the doors is a plus for gallon size beverage containers with room for a few more smaller containers too. WiFi on a fridge!?! Who knew this feature is something I wanted and needed all along!

Inner liner cracking after 6 month’s after I purchased this refrigerator contacted lg to have it repaired and was left with 4 additional holes some off wight caulking and 2 1 by 1 square pieces of white tape the refrigerator is no longer sanitary because it cannot be kept clean and now I’m being blamed for the cracks last I checked I have never worked for lg and I did not drop anything so I recommended you never buy anything from lg as they don’t stand behind their products what a waste of 3 grand replacement denied and I just wanted the thing fixed

Reliable Cooling: The fridge and freezer maintain consistent temperatures, which is essential for preserving our food, particularly during the hot summer months. Cons: Poor Lighting: The LED lights only illuminate the top shelf, making it challenging to see items below when the top shelf is full. Inaccurate Thermostat: While the fridge maintains constant temperatures, the thermostat isn't accurate, requiring us to use a separate thermometer. Space Wastage: The water dispenser takes up a significant portion of the left door, and the extra drawer in the freezer seems wasteful of space. Subpar Water Filtration: The water filter leaves much to be desired, prompting us to use a separate water filtration system. The water dispenser and ice maker feel like unnecessary features, taking up valuable fridge space. Final Thoughts: Overall, the LG fridge meets most of our family's needs, but there are areas for improvement. Better lighting and more efficient space utilization would make a significant difference. Additionally, addressing the water filtration system would enhance the overall user experience. Despite its flaws, the LG fridge remains a reliable option for families seeking a spacious and functional appliance for their kitchen. Note: The left drawer serves us well for storing various items like jam, butter, and small yogurts, adding some versatility to the fridge's storage options.

This is the most wonderful refrigerator I have ever had. With the freezer on the bottom, the top doors open wide allowing very large things to go in. The two freezer drawers make dividing meat from other things I freeze easy. If I ever have to buy another refrigerator, I will buy this again.

I bought this refrigerator and loved the freezer drawers, etc. After two years, the ice machine stopped functioning. After just less than 5 years, the compressor dies. I had a lot of food that had to be thrown out because it was more than a week before it could be fixed. Fortunately, it was just before the expiration of the warranty; so, I did not have to pay for the repair. I really like the model; I just wish it didn't break down.
