Adjustable shelves are convenient. I like the convenience of the freezer shelves being split- things are not stacked on top of each other and are easier to find. Easy to clean. Customer service was helpful and responsive when needed. A little pricey, but again, worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my fridge 3 weeks or so now and I love the fact we got 3cu ft more for basically the same size (it's actually a bit shorter). I love the ice maker being right behind the door in the refrigerator section. I love that the ice bin is smaller than standard ice maker compartments because we threw out lots of ice in our older one for taste reasons but it does make the left door heavier so watch the slamming door. I love the retracting shelf for things like milk jugs. I do wish the door shelves were adjustable but they are great sized. It takes some adjustment from side by side to french but we are happy and the wifi controls are cool. I do have a complaint though, when I registered my fridge and opened an LG account they showed OLED TVs so now I'm contemplating replacing my TV. LG makes great stuff. PS the smoked stainless or black stainless is good looking too and fingerprints really are easily cleaned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 5 months. It started making a loud grinding noise after 2 months, which doesn't make us very happy. I had to have a service guy out here yesterday to see if something is wrong with it. I also had an LG washer and dryer that were lemons and had to get a full refund. In general, I think LG appliances suck.

I have had this refrigerator for roughly 3 years now. While there are a few things I wish it did a little better, for the most part it has been a good experience. The weakest aspect is the smart app is actually pretty dumb. This is a real shame given its price point. Smart functions were a big selling point for the premium price and they are borderline useless. It should at the bare minimum be able to do things like monitor the internal temp and give you mobile warnings if say the temp rises over a certain point or if the door is accidentally left open. I had an issue where the compressor completely failed and got absolutely nothing, not even from the diagnostics tool of any indication that something was wrong. At least when I contacted LG through the app for service, they were very quick to respond and sent someone to repair it right away. On the plus side, this does have some of the best space management of any fridge I have used, and I really like how it looks. The ice maker does get a little jammed up once in a while, but that seems par for the course across all brands. However the design of having it in the door makes it take up so much less space inside the fridge compared to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that I was not happy with is that the ice maker does not drop to the ice holder in the drawer. We assumed when we saw the holder in the freezer that the ice would drop into it. Nope, you have to take the small door holder and remove this to fill the ice holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG four years ago and have loved the spaciousness, freezer drawers, large-size inside shelves where you can fit larger items and the black stainless finish. We did have a compressor go out after four years but LG covered the cost for a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few seeks ago, and I am really happy with it. It cools wonderfully, and I love the configuration. The ice maker does a wonderful job although I was nervous in the beginning because it did not seem to make ice. The next morning, the container was full of ice. It holds much more than my old 28 Cu. ft. Samsung because everything is so organized. The only thing I would say is a negative is that the door with the ice maker in it tends to slam. It may just be me because I had to use pressure to get the old one's door closed.

I bought this fridge a month ago and for now it looks great, no issues at all with temp or ice. I like the openness of the refrigerator section and the design of the shelves. The feature of ice in the door was very important for me. The only thing I am having to get used to is that I cannot stand long items in the freezer ( I am used to a side by side refrigerators) , they will fall unless squeezed in-between items. Other than this, I like the two separate freezer doors, because you can compartmentalize items this way. I do not use the wifi setting of the fridge, so I wish there was an option without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third frig in ten years, and this one is a keeper. Arrived before the holidays; interior space was endlessly flexible and ample. Water was clean, clear, and quick. Ice features simple and worked brilliantly. Overall operation is quiet. Bottom freezers are easy to open and can be organized to prioritize the upper drawer for frequent use items. Wow, tall items can stand…and the slide-back shelf was perfect for larger items. And how about the ease of cleaning this exterior? Thanks for such a modern, useful, lovely appliance.
