[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 17-year old 2 door fridge went out. I had been looking at 4-door units for some time and the LG had the features I was looking for. Price wise, I decided against the quick entry door, and wish I had for convenience sake. But, this model is great. I have much more space, and it is easy to organize. Exceeds all my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about 4 years - I use it for a lot of my longer term storage of food, like wines and bottled water. The two freezer drawers are nice and big and very useful. This is what I really like. I don't have water connected to it, but again, it's the way I use it. I did have a recent warranty issue with the compressor and after working through the process, it got repaired and works like great.

Water and ice dispenser through the door. You can get even crushed ice etc type without opening your fridge. It alarms you if by mistake you fridge left open. I love this product and recommend it to anyone.

Had service come out and adjust/align the doors but its still vibrating. Now we are seeing that the freezer is not cold enough - moved the ice cream to the bottom drawer, in back, per the Tech's instructions - still soft, not good!

From the abundant space, alarm when the door is left open, sliding shelf for use with tall item storage - more handy & advanced features than I can even list. And the app is awesome! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the features, shelving, and easy access, but find myself occasionally annoyed by the linear compressor vibration noise. If items inside are too close, the vibration also sometimes causes them to chatter against one another, adding further to the vibration noise.

Bought this three years ago we’re great at first all of a sudden totally quit waited three months for them to fix it living out of a cooler until I finally got fed up and bought a another fridge when they did come to fix it it was freezing things in the refrigerator and then completely fine things in the freezer major fluctuation in temperature

We bought this over two weeks now and are very happy so far. Hums quietly, water and ice flowing nicely. We love the ergonomic design. The Thin Q app and connection was a breeze. My wife left the door open for just a bit too long and a pop-up appear on my computer. I was pleasantly surprised. Also outstanding were the delivery and installation. The guys were efficient. Wow!

We love this fridge! Love the amount of space. So much more than what we were used to! Love that the one side can adjust if you need to put something taller in there. Love the deli drawer also so I’m not using the produce bins for lunch meat/cheese etc. storage isn’t a ton for a family of 5 in the freezer drawers but a lot of people have larger freezers outdoors I know
