[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for a couple weeks, it seems quiet and keeps everything cold. It’s not the fridge I really wanted, but after waiting 5 months I decided to try the LG instead of waiting and waiting. I wish this had a separate pad for ice and water, half the time I do look and end up getting the one I didn’t want. The water comes out nice and strong so no waiting. The fridge I was waiting on had a metered dispenser, so if I need exactly 3/4 cup of water, that is what I got. I could also leave a large cup and get 2 cups of h2o without having to stand there. This fridge does have lots of room! The folding/sliding half shelf is great for tall wine bottles. The deli shelves have hidden handle on the bottom but I keep grabbing the white top, more retraining for me. The deli draws and big deli platter drawer seem a bit flimsy, I’m always worried I am going to break it. The freezer is nice with 2 drawers, makes it easy to find things.

I love my new LG refrigerator it has an excellent design and features. The Ice maker complete in the door help to free up some extra space and the door shelves are easy to see and spacious. No wasted space. I think the double freezer drawer will help keep things colder you only have open half of the freezer. I have not tried the WIFI yet. The display shows the temperature setting but I also wish I could see what the current temperature is that was very important on my last refrig as it was failing and alert me to a problem.

Refrigerator is 2 months old and waiting for the fourth time the Repair tech is coming to try to fix the issue. It appears that this product is a lemon and should be replaced, but we have to jump through hoops To get all the repair appointments and lost food which is unacceptable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator seems so much bigger on the inside than the space it fills. I thought we were going to need a separate beverage refrigerator but not with an excess of 28 cubic feet of space that this one has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. We were debating between this LG and the similar model from Samsung. We decided to go with LG because we feel is more reliable than Samsung since they have been in this market for so many years, also the build quality seems to be way better in all aspects. I'm very happy with the huge capacity, there is plenty of room for everything you may need. The only thing I will like better is the ice maker capacity to be bigger. We are a family of 5 and the ice maker can't keep it up with the demand so i have been getting ice bags from my grocery store more often than before with My old fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered on Nov. 13. I have had nothing but trouble with this. Two technicians came out and could not fix it. The refrigerator itself became a freezer. I am 84 years old and this has become a real problem. Threw about lettuce, fruit, tomatoes because they were frozen. I had to pick another lg refrigerator which I really did not want. It will be delivered this Tuesday Dec.7. Hope this one will work.

The ice maker is a part of the door so it does not take any shelf space from food storage. It has both water and air filter. No need for baking soda boxes. We love the water and ice dispenser. This refrigerator is quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has turned out to be a great purchase. It took a bit to get used to as we always had a side by side fridge in the past. I like the adjustable shelves and drawers, and there’s plenty of storage space.
