It was posted on the refrigerator in the PC Richards when I called them to ask why we didn’t receive the card they said it was from the manufacturer. We do love the features of this unit ,it did take getting used to . Still can’t believe how much space is available inside

However, LG provided top notch, no cost service for the repair and exceeded my expectations. Will continue purchasing LG products because they stand behind them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG 4 Door French Refrigerator I loved my first one but when I sold it the new buyers wanted it in the deal. As soon as I got in my new home I purchased the LG kitchen suite with the same 4 door French Refrigerator that I had before. I have never had a better and quieter refrigerator and I have had several different brands before. The LG Refrigerator keeps foods fresher far longer than any other brand. The 2 bottom freezers are perfect for me I keep all my frozen juices and breakfast foods in the top and bigger items in the bottom. I would recommend this brand to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the cold water dispenser. Delivers 51 degree water after 24 hours of soak time with a fridge temp of 35 degrees. Understand the 8 oz of supposed cold water. This is a design flaw and could easily be corrected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for two and a half years now. Overall, we are pretty satisfied. We had an issue with a component that burnt out due to dust collection in the back--had to have the component replaced. The tech said we need to vacuum out the dust at least once a year. Seems strange to have to do that. We love how the water and ice dispenser is set up. It's pretty convenient. The two drawer freezer is something that we wish we had thought about more. I would have chosen a unit with just one freezer drawer, plus one with an ice maker in the freezer. We didn't think we would need an ice maker in the lower freezer, but now we know we would. Again, overall it's been a nice fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about a week or two now and the fridge is quite and nice. I'm not a big fan the shelves not being able to switch sides. I'm used to having certain products in certain areas getting used to the switch. Have not been able to connect it to the wifi. Not a big deal to me there. I think it makes ice quickly. The filters seem pretty easy to change. I like and dislike the idea of having a fresh air filter to help keep smells out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happier with this refrigerator than I would have imagined. The small freezer compartment works perfectly for me & my husband. We put our "everyday" items there for smoothies and keep the ice container full for scooping into water bottles. The ice dispenser (on front of refrig) is pretty wimpy but I had read that & was prepared. The shelving and storage space in the refrigerator is perfect. We do find milk doesn't get cold enough for us in the door space but does so inside the fridge.
