My husband and l purchased this fridge 4 years ago. Love the style of the freezers on the bottom and all the functions, especially the smug resistance stainless steel. Wipe with a microfiber cloth and shines like new. However the compressor failed after only four years. Yes it was under warranty which LG covered with relative ease….but loosing all that food and not having a fridge for more than a week was expensive. We tried and failed to keep it cool with ice …but in the end most of what we had needed to be tossed. And eating out because of fear also was expensive. They did kindly give us 150 for the groceries but we spent a lot more refilling. We miss the old days when a fridge or any appliance for that matter would last! Spending that kind of money is an investment.

The water and ice cubes are the best, very clean tasting and the two freezer compartments make it very easy to to get to the frozen foods that you need more readily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. Great design. In the door ice maker frees up freezer space. 2 freezer drawers are great it must have been designed by a woman because it addresses all the issues I always wished I had.

So far I'm happy with the fridge. I like that the ice maker is on the door instead of on the shelf like other fridges where it takes up room. Also cleaner because the ice section closes so it's more sanitary instead of an open ice slot that's exposed and gets dirty. I also like that most of the doors auto close. There are a couple of things I'd change. 1. Adding a light to the bottom drawer like the drawer above it. 2. Seems like the top door on the right doesn't auto close like the other 3doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had it since the fall of 2020 and i am loving the space for food. I like the ice machine in the door not taking up room in the food storage area. The two bottom door freezer is great to be able to find things and organize. It has plenty of space for items. The negatives are, the black stainless seems to scratch easy And the right side top door does not close on its own so it is left cracked often. The good news is there is an alarm that sounds to alert you. I am used to my other refrigerators that closed as soon as I would swing it, this takes more of a push. We will get used to that eventually. Otherwise I would highly recommend this others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happier with this refrigerator than I would have imagined. The small freezer compartment works perfectly for me & my husband. We put our "everyday" items there for smoothies and keep the ice container full for scooping into water bottles. The ice dispenser (on front of refrig) is pretty wimpy but I had read that & was prepared. The shelving and storage space in the refrigerator is perfect. We do find milk doesn't get cold enough for us in the door space but does so inside the fridge.

It is just what I wanted. Purchased all new LG appliances and they are all great. Now , with that being said,I only have one complaint,the side is rippled. I am told it is the nature of the beast,so to speak. Our need to work on that !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has great features and is very well spaced and set up. We’ve had to have it services twice in the first two and a half years of use. Noisy fan that was covered in ice (twice) and are currently trying to get it repaired again bc the Fridge portion is not keeping items cold. We’ve had issues with another LG fridge at another house and will not be buying LG again.

Love the cubed ice (main reason I bought it, I hate credentials shaped ice) The only issue I have is I can't get the ice tray in the lower freezer out to clean. I'm sure there is a way but I haven't figured it out yet. Also, haven't used the wifi portion of the unit yet. Don't really see a need for it has of now.

THE OUTSIDE DISPLAY SHOULD SHOW ACTUAL FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR TEMPERATURE, NOT SET TEMPERATURE!!!! ALSO, IT IS ADVERTISED THAT THERE IS WIFI... BUT IT IS USELESS. AGAIN IT DOES'NT DISPLAY TEMPERATURES ....... AND I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS FOR..... AGAIN, THIS IS A GREAT UNIT AND WOULD HAVE GOT 5 STARS IF THERE WEREN'T THE TWO ISSUES MENTIONED....
