[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. We are very pleased and definitely would recommend this product. The LG refrigerator is very spacious, plenty of room for everything. We love the 2 separate freezer drawers. Another feature that is great is the alarm the lets you know the doors are not closed tightly. We have 2 small children in our household and this feature is a big plus. We are extremely pleased with our purchase !

This is the second LG French Door model we’ve purchased. The first we purchased about 5yrs ago and is still in our old home, we loved it. This one is not as good. I don’t like having to switch between dispensing water or ice, old model had two different levers. We like the second freezer drawer but because of it we loose vertical space in the refrigerator. In the old one we could set up even the door shelves to accommodate champagne bottles, this one has limited shelve configuration and lacks the ability to store taller items. I miss my old fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 6 months ago. It has operated without issue and we are very happy. The ice cube capacity is a little short for entertaining but if you remember, you can pre fill the lower ice tray and put the ice maker into fast ice mode. So far so good.

Love the big freezer drawers, lots of space in the fridge. You can fit anything in there including pizza boxes. Unfortunately, it's not built to last. Less than 4 years and the compressor died. We got it repaired under warranty but now I worry about how much longer it will last,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It occupies the same space as my previous refrigerator, but seems to have so much more usable space. The double freezer allows for much better organization of frozen foods. The refrigerator doors amazingly hold taller items. It is by for the best design and arrangement I have seen.

The downside is, we bought it in August and already need the ice maker replaced. Thankfully, it is still under warranty and after it was replaced, the second one is not working either! We are waiting for the repairman to come this Tuesday and hopefully get this problem resolved.

The two drawer freezer compartment is wonderful and keeps everything separated and organized. I gave it one less star because the delivers dented it when they brought it and we are still waiting for a new replacement door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happier with this refrigerator than I would have imagined. The small freezer compartment works perfectly for me & my husband. We put our "everyday" items there for smoothies and keep the ice container full for scooping into water bottles. The ice dispenser (on front of refrig) is pretty wimpy but I had read that & was prepared. The shelving and storage space in the refrigerator is perfect. We do find milk doesn't get cold enough for us in the door space but does so inside the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A decent refrigerator. I've monitored the temperatures inside with my own thermometer. Fridge is set for 0° and 34° (a tad cooler than factory setting). Fridge reading from thermometer was +/- 2°, but right produce drawer showed +4. Freezer was +/- 3° (-3 to +3°). I like the room inside - ample space! Well lit, too. Ice maker is doing great. Not noticeably noisy. I'm very happy with it, but I've had it for less than a month. Things I don't like are the large pull out party tray/ drawer. If you have a couple parties a week, I suppose it'd be good. But it requires both doors to be open to access anything inside. It's a minor irritation. Right door tends to stay a little open while left door wants to slam shut. Perhaps adjustments can eliminate that. Freezer compartment bottom shelf has no light. Lowe's screwed up delivery by not delivering it on scheduled day, even though it had been on the schedule for a week. Then delivered late afternoon the next day.

I was so angry at first. However, A/S was good. They compensated good amount of refund to buy a new refrigerator. Thus, my review for this model is 1 start. However, LG customer service was 5 stars.
