[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG fridge. Just last month the compressor went out. The fridge before that same issue. Seems like the compressors are not built to last. We had a company replace this compressor. I'm not optimistic it will last.

Bought this three years ago we’re great at first all of a sudden totally quit waited three months for them to fix it living out of a cooler until I finally got fed up and bought a another fridge when they did come to fix it it was freezing things in the refrigerator and then completely fine things in the freezer major fluctuation in temperature

It was not the original refrigerator I purchased but the first one was delivered damaged and the wait to get a replacement was 3 months. I ended up "settling" for this product as it was one of the few that could be delivered in a timely manner. It was a blessing in disguise! I absolutely love this refrigerator! My favorite feature is the two-drawer freezer. It's so nice to be able to organize my items for quick use and not have to dig through a deeper space. The refrigerator is very spacious and allows me to adjust the shelves. I originally didn't want a dispenser but again, I'm so glad to have it as the filtered water is readily available as well as crushed or cubed ice. I couldn't be more pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

Our family is growing so I needed to buy a bigger refrigerator. I chose this one because it had the capacity our family needed. It is very roomy, indeed. Because it's a French door refrigerator, the shelves are quite wide which allows room for casseroles or any large items you wish to keep cold. Also, having 2 separate freezer drawers makes it easier to organize frozen food and keep the ice cream away from the meat which I really like. One thing that I wish was different is the deli drawer in the refrigerator section. The drawer is not split so it's necessary to open both doors in order to access the food in it. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

I wanted a French Door refrain/freezer but many of the designs were not practical for us....we have no children, no need for getting drinks or snacks without opening refrigerator. I like the 2 door freezer as I keep things that we use more often in the top/smaller one. Also like the additional ice bin to be able to store ice there when I might need extra on hand when entertaining, etc. Definitely like the black stainless which does not fingerprint.

We upgraded our fridge and it by far the most coldest and quiet fridge. We love all the features except one- there’s no light in the bottom freezer drawer. Love all the extra space in the fridge with the ice maker in the door. Since the ice maker is in the door it should come either a LG scoop for ur ice container in the bottom drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had ours for a little over a year, and love everything about it, except for the following: One clear plastic door shelf just above the ice maker in the left door has cracked twice. Never over-filled or over-loaded the door mounted shelves, yet this one seems to be just a weak link. Also, the ice maker/water dispenser in the door stopped working with a error code "1F E", which has something to do with ice build up in the ice maker. Did a power cycle of the refrigerator, and it cleared the error code and the ice maker/water dispenser began working again. Finally, the "Glide N Serve" drawer requires both doors to be open in order to slide the drawer out. It would have been better to split the Glide N Serve drawer into two separate drawers, similarly to the fruit and vegetable drawers, which either drawer can be opened when that sides' door is opened.
