[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this French door refrigerator which is bare;y 6 months old. The ice maker fan broke and loud noise was coming from fridge. Finally got LG guy to come and he replaced the fan with a bigger and better one. Also replaced the 2nd fan. So much to love about this fridge but was very disappointed to have this issue early on. Hopefully nothing else will surface. It's beaitful and very roomy, Love the double door bottom freezer. Makes it easier to store things in 2 separate compartments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is about a month old so far its great . fridge temp is 4 degrees low, but manual says internal temp and door reading could be off, they are. Installers from H D were a bit suspect but I am good mechanically so no problem . I am trying to find out , with no luck if you don't close door all the way is their an alarm? Call me 5 years from now to see if it lasts that long!

The in the door storage on the door is convenient and sturdy. The ice-maker seems efficient and the stainless surface is easy to keep clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best appliance investment we have ever made! Gigantic space without a big cabinet. WiFi connectivity lets me control remotely when I need more ice or go on vacation. Cleaning the outside is EASY.

I decided I wanted that feature when I first saw one in a store. When my other fridge quit, I went looking for a replacement with that ice maker.

We love the new look & accessibility to the frozen items as well as the massive room we now have in the fridge part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old side-by-side fridge with this new French Door LG. It is a beautiful unit; several guests have commented on how nice it looks. Also, the quality of the lighting, shelving, hinges, drawer slides, etc. are all excellent - fit and finish are good, materials are luxe. The design of the ice maker is hugely improved over the older styles. This is a very spacious fridge. It fits perfectly in a slot made for a 36" wide unit, note that it is full depth as well. So far, after a month, we LOVE this refridgerator!

This is a solid unit however has features like WiFi and not sure we will use. Also two draw freezer seems smaller than the one big freezer drawer we had previously. Otherwise we like it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered on Nov. 13. I have had nothing but trouble with this. Two technicians came out and could not fix it. The refrigerator itself became a freezer. I am 84 years old and this has become a real problem. Threw about lettuce, fruit, tomatoes because they were frozen. I had to pick another lg refrigerator which I really did not want. It will be delivered this Tuesday Dec.7. Hope this one will work.

Top drawer freezer is very effective in preventing us from bending over to get the frozen items we use very often. For us this is the main feature that made us to choose this model. Also, well designed fridge yielding lots of room for all different items. It is running so quiet, no noise at all - amazing. So far so Great!!
