[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement for LG French door that died after 4 years. LG was unable to repair. Old model was in class-action settlement so we were able to receive about 22% of replacement cost.

Very disappointed. Have only had it 6 months and have already had to manually defrost it, with no success. Looks are great but would not recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, as expected. I wish there was a little more flexibility when opening the sliding drawer (maybe the top plastic could move), small detail ... still has room enough for all my food.

I love the depth and all the room I have for storage. It keeps everything cold and at good reach. Replacing the water filter and air filter were a breeze. I also love how easy it’s to clean in and out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 things that I've noticed..... the door with the freezer is super heavy so it slams shut. Also, my fault but I didn't realize the doors were not magnetic. So no hanging kids pictures.
