I happened to be an engineer. When this bed frame came in I examined it very close as the features it has for the price are many. So I looked at it and I thought well it must be a cheap design and construction well to my surprise it is constructed very well the design is excellent and the performance exceeds anything of you before. The head tilt looks like a charm and if you want this feature in the bed frame you're going to pay a lot of money, Sam Clubs provides it on a lower cost high quality adjustable frame. The vibration feature which other frames have that don't work very good it's also very excellent, it works and you can feel the three levels of vibration very well. I could go on but that's enough I just tell you if you're looking for an adjustable bed frame this Members Mark frame cannot be beat.

I have been shopping for this bed for over a long time. Never thought about Sam’s, what a mistake. It’s been a few days now. This is the best sleep. All parts were included, no tools needed. The box arrived in good condition. Excepting value. Wise purchase. So far So goood. I hope it holds up to the 10 year warranty.

Very heavy! Be sure to have 2-3 strong men to set up. Instructions were not very helpful about where to plug power cord into bed. Backup battery power is useless because instructions advise against having batteries installed unless power is out, but outlet is inaccessible once bed is set up. Bed works well and very comfortable.

Received shipment earlier than expected. There was some box damage on the corners of the box, but no identifiable damage to the actual bed base. Was quite heavy (had to move to a location in my apartment because the bed base was delivered several days before I got the gel-memory foam mattress. Setup was easy (it will take 2 people - guessing around 200 lbs). Have had several weeks now and can say it has met all my expectations. It's adjustment motors are quiet, nice backlit remote control, and the phone app worked as described. Have owned an L&P adjustable bed before that I paid north of $2200 many years ago, and can say this base surpasses that one (with the exception of the L&P "wallhugging" feature). Would have no problem recommend this base to family/friends. Time will tell if it is truly built to last.

I shopped around at my local stores and this is 1/3 the price with more features than any I have found. I do not toss and turn with my c-pap on any more . The sheets are still tucked in when I wake up. I have recommended this base to my family members and I could become a salesman for this base. Very happy with this base so far .

Bought two Twin XLs and although there were a few hiccups on delivery (FedEx changed the delivery date 3 times; messed up our timing in removing the old King mattress and box springs). Also, one of the two boxes was damaged enough to make a slit of 3-4" long on the fabric that wraps around the frame/structure of the base. Also, the motor for the back (not the pillow tilt) got affected as it works slow and makes a noise when operated. But that was due to damage during shipping as the other base is fantastic! - it works very smoothly at below average noise, the massage is absolutely wonderful, the response is outstanding (with the 1/8 min ON/OFF ratio, or 12.5% efficiency; ...most bases have a lower % which limits operating the motors in a more continuous fashion). The base seems very well built, and looking underneath you can see well designed parts and positioned perfectly. Is there any room for improvement? Of course, always, no matter what product it is, there are things that one can better. For example, 1) The leg rise range is quite small - they could have allowed a higher rise without, btw, adversely affecting anything 2) The pillow tilt too should be given a wider range (again, no additional cost or adversity by doing so) 3) Bottom, foot-side of mattress, when raised at max foot lift, creates a large gap (between the top surface of base structure and the bottom side of the mattress) - that creates a palpitating effect or springiness which is also exacerbated for short people (less weight is applied at the end of the mattress since feet do not reach all the way down to the bottom of the mattress). Perhaps a couple of straps can hold the bottom of the mattress tied to the base structure to avoid the vertical bouncing (something like SleepOne has in place on their bases) 4) The individual leg sections(of equal length) that make up the full leg could be made with different lengths and been provided with few extra sections of varying length so that the actual height of the base from the floor can be adjusted in smaller increments (instead of the current 3" length for each section) There are some other minute improvement details although not worth mentioning. But all in all, this base is well made, seems to use good parts (great 10-yr warranty), and is above average in design and performance. And if you factor in Sam's price? It is a steal !!!!!!

I got it for recovery from a surgery and I need my feet elevated. I wish the foot would raise up about 20% higher. I use a couple of pillows to help, but it is much better than not having it. The vibrate massage is cool. It has 3 settings and can be separate for feet and head or all together. I'm enjoying sitting up, and love the zero gravity feature.

Purchased this adjustable bed 2 weeks ago and have to say it is amazing.Everything shipped well, assembled easy, and worked right away as described. Paired the frame with a Ghostbed bed in a box also offered thru Sam's and sleep is now better than expected. I have spent over 50 years on normal beds/frames with and without boxsprings so getting accustomed to a new matress and frame has been a journey. The first few nights were awkward but having the ability to adjust the bed has been great. Incline your upper body and elevate your legs for a relaxing position. Turn on the massage motors for a relaxing vibraion that is soothing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend. Plus spent a fraction of what other name brand companies want to charge for thier adjustable bed combos.

I plan on updating this review one day when this problem is fixed to keep it as it's high reputation it should deserve as it has great features for it's price; but only when the QA threading leg issue is fixed. Reason for 1 star is NOT because I got a defect, it happens, it's due to the fact I have read multiple reviews from months and months ago with the same issue. The manufactured date on my frame is just a few months back so it still isn't resolved or checked before packaging. You get 6 legs and 6 holes to put them in. 2 of the holes take any of the 6 legs with no issues, 4 of the holes are not drilled out right or have a wrong sized or coarse threaded nut in them. You can either force them thru, retap them or exchange, I sadly only got 3 forced thru and the 4th one is just pure stripped. If this were a TV stand or something that didn't move I'd keep it, but since this is a bed to be slept on for ~10 years, a moving bed at that; I do not feel safe with the one main middle leg wobbly. I do feel bad for Sams club having to ship out a new one and paying to take back the old as this is clearly a manufactures defect. I contacted the manufacture SouthBay International, who imports it, directly thru email 4 days ago and have yet to get a reply, I guess they just take it as acceptable losses, despite it being such an easy fix/check. I think it has not been fixed yet as quite a few people with this issue retap their holes instead of exchanging it as defective so it's not as well reported; being that hundreds of pounds are on it and it moves, I don't want to take that risk. I would recommend buying it, knowing this risk, as it's price point is unbeatable. Knowing you can exchange without issue (it will take a few weeks to arrive). My 1 star is to hopefully get attention so the defect is fixed and Sams doesn't have to keep paying for the wasted shipping of defects.

We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!
