Very easy to put together. Can do by yourself if strong and determined but much easier with second person. This is the second one I have put together, this time by myself. With the second person it is much easier. Love that the company already has felt on the bottom of the legs for the bed. Typical set up can happen in 20 minutes or less. All you have to do is unfold, put on the legs, put upright, and plug in. So easy.

This is the best way to relax in bed without the extra pillows propping you up. With the click of the remote you can move your head or feet up into a relaxing position. It fit inside my daughter’s current headboard. Very easy to set up, no tools needed.

Amazing comfort! I’ve had lower disc surgeries and suffer ongoing daily pain and searing numbness in my foot and leg. After just a few nights sleep on the member’s mark premiere adjustable bed frame paired with a Saatva classic mattress, was able to get over a flare up of pain that would have usually taken weeks to clear up. The massage works good for easing the pins and needles feeling, helping to lull you to sleep. After sleeping in zero g and returning bed to flat you’ll wonder how you ever slept that way before. This frame is heavy duty and seems very durable. I am sooo happy we bought one! Paired with saatva classic 11.5 plush. Best bed I’ve ever!

I am very pleased with this unit. The backlots remote works very well. I especially like the head tilt function. It is probably why I bought the unit. It was fairly easy for a guy of 74 years of age to set up although it does take two people to set it inside of an existing bedframe not to mention getting it to the second floor up the stairs, the split king version that I have connect with just one plug-in to function as one unit. I cannot hear any other sound at all except for the bedding rustling as it Is functioning. At the time that I purchased this, it was $300 less than when I started looking at it. If you’re even remotely thinking about it pull the trigger now you won’t be sorry.

Fast shipping. The box was a little ragged but was well packed and no damage to the frame. We got the queen for a spare bedroom. It was heavy. You will need to keep it in the box and move it close to where you want it. Open it upside down and you will find the directions and a 2 boxes zip tied to the frame and the legs. The frame is folded in half and all you have to do is open it up and screw on the legs. We did not use the battery pack. The instructions show the power plugging into the control box. However, there is a pigtail plugged in that spot. Just follow that wire towards the head of the bed and you will find the end and the only place to plug in power. Consider it an extension of sorts. So far, no tools required. Now the hard part. Pick up the bed and flip over without putting stress on the legs which could bend. My wife and daughter flipped it with just a few expletives but with no real issues. Attach matress support bar, put your matress on, plug it in, grab remote and check it out. All done. Works great, motors are quiet and after a week if use, no issues. All in all, great buy.

So I’ve had this adj bed frame for about a month, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’m a very skeptical person, especially when it comes to buying something that is screaming to good to be true, but this frame is an amazing value. I’ve done my research on adj bed frames(and mattresses) and this one is a winner. For once, I actually feel like I got an awesome deal! So, about the frame. I received the box, and it was large and heavy and to my surprise wasn’t beat up to bad. AndYes, it will take 2 people or a dolly cart. Anyway, got the box to my upstairs and opened it, and it was just as nice as the pictures and description. No assembly besides screwing the legs on and installing the mattress holder thingy at the foot. Material quality is excellent and for the price, I must say, I lowered my expectations a bit but once again to my surprise, I was amazed. The metal, fabric, and all other materials are quality. Also, It does have dual USB ports on each side which they don’t mention for some reason, and 2 massagers for the top and 2 for the foot area with 3 speeds. Also, something that was important to me, it has illuminated buttons on the remote. Overall, and so far, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Winning! P.S. when I called Sam’s club with questions regarding their website...they told me they would warranty this item for as long as I owned it.

I had been researching adjustable bases for 2 months. The price ranges for queen size were between $2k and $900 for a top quality base with the features I wanted. I finally found this model at Sams and it had all the features I wanted and more for an amazing price.of $600. I thought for sure when I got it that it would be a flop however, it's everything they advertise it to be and more. I'm researching 100% Latex Mattaress's now to get just the right thickness so I can take advantage of the massage features on the frame. I've only had the base 3 weeks now but it works perfect. I would recommend this base.

Overall I like this base and would buy again. I did have to put the legs up on bed raisers to get it to fit in my current bed frame, and it does move (sway) a little bit, but that's not the bases fault. It's a great price, and has pretty much everything the really expensive ones have. I like that it sits up, then you can tilt the head further to watch TV or read w/out hurting or straining the neck. My one complaint is that the massage is not consistent (not sure why), and I wish it would last longer than 30 minutes. First-world-problem for sure. No major complaints with the frame and I would buy again. If you "need" lights around the base, buy a rope light and put under. It's great base.

While on a visit to Sam’s I saw a model that was nice but didn’t have all the bells and whistles I was looking for so I went online and found this one that’s perfect! I really like the adjustable legs and charger ports. I shopped around for the best price and that’s one of the reasons why I bought it. Great price!

The frame works well. I was missing one cotter clip and just rigged it instead of figuring out how to get a replacement. The USB ports are not high speed, so it will not be a quick charge if used. They are located under the frame, not on the side. In order to plug into the USB port you need to go by feel unless you're going to lay on the floor to look. Assembly wasn't too challenging, but definitely need 2 people due to weight with Queen size. Also if looking at for someone who would need the backup batteries, they cannot be left in place, so are basically useless unless you set it up where a person could connect up if power is out; otherwise, a more mobile person would have to do for the person. I just didn't connect it. The directions said if batteries are connected while electricity is on, it will ruin the bed frame.
