Received the queen adjustable bed that is supposed to have adjustable legs, to customize the height of the mattress. The 6 legs are already screwed together so tightly we were unable to separate any of them to make the legs shorter, and only 3 of the legs would screw into the holes. Those 3 could be screwed into any of the 6 holes, the other 3 would not screw into any of the 6 holes. Very frustrating to not have this feature. Had to use 4 generic bed legs in order to set up the bed, and they are too short, making it difficult to rise up out of the bed. The other controls all work fine, but would really like a taller bed!!

I really wanted this to be a solution, however when you put it back to flat the foot area takes a long time to go back to flat...kind of weird. Also there is a light on under the bed all the time, haven't figured out yet if I can turn it off without unplugging the unit. The light on all the time lights up the room and makes it difficult to fall asleep.

Fast shipping. The box was a little ragged but was well packed and no damage to the frame. We got the queen for a spare bedroom. It was heavy. You will need to keep it in the box and move it close to where you want it. Open it upside down and you will find the directions and a 2 boxes zip tied to the frame and the legs. The frame is folded in half and all you have to do is open it up and screw on the legs. We did not use the battery pack. The instructions show the power plugging into the control box. However, there is a pigtail plugged in that spot. Just follow that wire towards the head of the bed and you will find the end and the only place to plug in power. Consider it an extension of sorts. So far, no tools required. Now the hard part. Pick up the bed and flip over without putting stress on the legs which could bend. My wife and daughter flipped it with just a few expletives but with no real issues. Attach matress support bar, put your matress on, plug it in, grab remote and check it out. All done. Works great, motors are quiet and after a week if use, no issues. All in all, great buy.

I have a really nice adjustable base that I bought five or six years ago. So I bought this one for my guest room. I liked it so much I put in my room and put my old one in the guestroom. It’s a good quality and I really like the head tilt. Only thing you need to know is that it’s really heavy and you’re gonna need help with the set up especially if your bedrooms are on the second floor like mine are.

I am so happy that I made this purchase. The adjustable base is everything it says it’s to be. It fit perfectly inside my bed frame and set up was a breeze. You definitely will need two people to set up due to its weight. My only issue is that the USB ports are underneath which requires you to pretty much put your head underneath to find. It would have been better to be built in on the sides. Also my Apple IPad will not charge using the USB ports. I’ve tried using different cords but no luck. So in that case, it would be nice to have a 110v socket for just particular issue. But for the price, I can live with those minor issues.

This adjustable bed frame has been a total game changer for my overall well being. I have a rheumatic disorder that can cause horrible pain at night leading to poor sleep. With simple adjustments of this frame I have been able to get into comfortable positions that take the weight off my achy body parts. There are so many options of position and the vibration modes are super fun to add as I am reading in bed before I turn out the light. Delivery was quick and flawless, set up was super easy and the quality of the bed frame is very impressive. I am so glad I made this purchase and have become totally spoiled by it. Do not hesitate to choose this bed frame.

We love the features. We didn’t think we’d use the massage but it surprised us with how relaxing it is. My husband snores and keeps me awake but I raise the head a bit and no more window rattling, lol. It’s fantastic and fit beautifully into our bed frame.

Only issue was adjusting the leg height. All the legs were so tight that it took opposing pipe wrenches to loosen them in order to make them shorter. The frame itself is great. I really like the zero-g setting for reading in bed and adjustments in height are very quiet. I would highly recommend this frame to anyone.

While on a visit to Sam’s I saw a model that was nice but didn’t have all the bells and whistles I was looking for so I went online and found this one that’s perfect! I really like the adjustable legs and charger ports. I shopped around for the best price and that’s one of the reasons why I bought it. Great price!

I had bought my first adjustable base from Sam's about 6 years ago. It was the same class and price range as my recent adjustable base purchase. They shot up on pricing. After having to purchase membership upgrade I was able to purchase for $100.00 more than the last one. But I have to admit it is an above average upgrade from my first one. This has all the same features, same remote. Difference is no moving brackets underneath. So store away all the stay you do not have a place for. Unless your bed frame dictates the need for space. Operates just fine. Pretty quiet, smooth action. I see it just rolls inside arm brackets to go up and down. Weight load is 700 lbs, my original base has a weight load of 800 lbs. Very important for long life use. Box delivered in shambles, but everything worked just fine and no damage to base. Actually rec'd early delivery. Paid for standard delivery. Check out gets you on charges. Upgraded membership (no accident on Sam's part) obtaining a better out of pocket cost for base. The only reason the numbers worked out. All and all very happy with my 2nd adjustable base for my guest room. My original adjustable base moved from Florida to Texas works just fine. No problems. One last thing. I love being able to raise the head and/or foot making it easier to put on bottom fitted sheets when making up my beds.
