I haven't had the adjustable frame for only two weeks. So far it works great. I am able to use It with my sleep number , p6 queen bed. I would have given it five stars but it is extremely heavy. It took four of us to get it up stairs. I am a single 46 year old woman. You have to have some one to help or it is a no go! I wish they offered a white glove service.

It was delivered by FedEx, the box was damage in some places upon delivery. The damages to the cardboard cause two ripped spots on the fabric and I received one damage leg. The manufacturer tape the box well, which is noticeable but FedEx handles the box with the platform bed inside rough. I call the manufacturer and Sam's. They were very helpful. They send another leg and offer to exchange the platform's base but I refuse. Customer service is great I made one phone call and my problem was resolve. My warranty will remain in place which is included in the price of the bed.The platform base has a built in massage for your head and feet, two USB ports on each side of the bed, wireless remote control. I love this bed. I wish I had it long time ago. I gave it a 5 star for the customer service after purchased and how great this bed is. I will never go back to the traditional bed. I happened to be an engineer. When this bed frame came in I examined it very close as the features it has for the price are many. So I looked at it and I thought well it must be a cheap design and construction well to my surprise it is constructed very well the design is excellent and the performance exceeds anything of you before. The head tilt looks like a charm and if you want this feature in the bed frame you're going to pay a lot of money, Sam Clubs provides it on a lower cost high quality adjustable frame. The vibration feature which other frames have that don't work very good it's also very excellent, it works and you can feel the three levels of vibration very well. I could go on but that's enough I just tell you if you're looking for an adjustable bed frame this Members Mark frame cannot be beat.

We purchased the Queen size adjustable frame, Very good options for the money with the usb plug-ins & massage motors placed in notable key positions. Head, mid back, & foot placement, massager motors are minimal as far as sound. I find it best to have the foot position motor on while trying to go to sleep so the vibration is not in your ear if you are a side sleeper. The frame is well designed & packaged well, for shipping as far as protecting the mechanical works. It was delivered by Fed Ex and one of the corners of the box was ripped of due to difficulty handling I’m sure by one driver. The box was a little beat up from shipping but it he product arrived unharmed due to the ingenious design when being shipped. It’s been about 1.5 months and the frame is working as planned with our 12” hybrid mattress. The frame fit perfectly inside our log bed frame, could not of asked for better information when looking for the measurements on frame when purchasing. We feel for the money it was a great choice if it stands the test of time, we expect it to though because it seems to be designed well, and built heavy duty. We would definitely purchase again, if we had to do it again. I’m not sure that it would be delivered much different if it were sent by UPS instead.

This is one we have not used yet. It is in guest room. We also bought a split king for my husband and i. Wish we had not waited so long we love it. It is not a wall hugger one. Ower nightstands have a pull out tray. We are glad we did not buy a more expensive one. We are happy.

Love this bed and base. We shopped around for a couple weeks. Sam’s has the best value for the money. Heavy duty, works every which way, massage, all works great. Really like the part that curls up your head to watch TV. Delivered directly to house. Easy to set up. Best SLEEP I’ve had in years. Will be buying another for spare bedroom’s.

Owning a Beautyrest adjustable base, I knew what features I was looking for when shopping for a base for my daughter. This had a great price, and trusted the reviews. Very happy with the features and quality! It works great, and highly recommend it!

The adjustable frame was exciting because after recent back surgery I needed something to help me get in and out of bed without a lot of pressure on my back. Even with the extenders I am still below my bed frame and have to pull myself up over the edge. This is frustrating. I wish it was taller vs shorter. It also doesn’t adjust quite as explained. The head tilt doesn’t really tilt. There is very little movement there. The massage feature is nice but doesn’t stay running for the duration chosen. So that is also misleading.

This base is about 50-75% cheaper than the base from name brand bed stores. It also has more functions. Set up was simple, but you do need two people because of the weight. Likely going to buy a second base for our guest room bed. Love the four USB plugs (two each side).

I have been using this bed base for about a month now and am very satisfied with how well it operates. The box it comes in is super heavy and very big, but that allows the setup to be super easy! For the price point, it is exactly what I expect and am very satisfied with the purchase. Small things that stop me from giving it a 5th star- first, the legs are height adjustable but not the exact height I wanted it (still, very much a personal preference and not related to the quality of the item). Second, there is some light coming from the underneath of the bed. For someone who prefers complete darkness, the glare on the adjacent wall is a bit annoying. Until I find out where it's coming from and cover it in electrical tape, I'll keep it at a 4-star.
