All of the features done well. Strong, sturdy and operates easily. Unboxing was the only minor problem. The box did not indicate the best position to cut away the box. Front & up would have helped, but it was easy. Instructions say to attach all 6 legs while it is on its side then turn onto floor. I was afraid that all the weight on the legs would damage them, so I only attached them on one side then lowered it & attached the others after it was in position. ..Now there are way less pillows and more comfort. Really like having it! Works well!!

The bed frame was heavy, but not difficult to assemble. The adjustable height was a nice feature. We are still able to fit some long, shallow storage totes underneath. The remotes are intuitive and responsive. We are already using the adjustability more than we thought we would. It's so nice to be able to position the bed for reading or sleeping, or just relaxing. The massage feature is more of a "vibrate" and there are 3 different speeds/levels of vibration and you can isolate it to the head, middle, or foot portion of the mattress.

Everything I hoped for, unfortunately this product is made in China, so long term quality suspect. Outside of that, I can say that it was a nice replacement for my beautiful (China made) queen bed that broke. This bed frame is designed to fit within your existing bed (not platform) frame, so if you have a nice headboard you can still use it. Also note, you can get rid of your box spring, as you can’t use it with this type of bed. The remote is well lit and works great, the vibration feature works well with 3 speeds. The USB chargers on both side of the bed are nice as is the night light under the bed.

Incredible value made very well, works just like if not even better than some 3000 or $6000 Beds. Remote works like a charm. Bluetooth works like a charm with the app. And when I didn’t think that pillow motion would really work it does it’s fantastic. Build quality is great it looks like it’ll last for a long time the motors are very quiet, I’m really surprised at the Value here great job Sams Club!

We purchased the split king size. Which is two XL Twins side by side. My husband and I live these beds. He snores so the ability to adjust the gead and feet. Is wonderful. These adjustable bases do evethose way more expensive ones do. USB ports (2) on each bed frame. Two individual remotes. These also have massage settings. We are extremely happy with these.

Never had an adjustable bed but have been looking at getting one for a few years. $500 sure beats the high end competition prices for the same features. The zero g setting is the best! I thought the vibrate/massage function was going to be gimmicky. It’s actually kind of nice. It’s lulls you to sleep with a quiet humming noise. My cats love the vibrate - I believe they think it’s a giant purring cat that they can cuddle with. I turn it on for them in the middle of the day and they crawl in and chirp with excitement when I turn it on. When in massage mode there is a weird quiet squeak that randomly shows up. I change my position in bed a little bit and it goes away, it seems to be coming from the footboard area of the bed. It didn’t do that at first but it’s just a minor complaint but now it’s there almost every night. I can deal with it though. I wish the remote backlights turned on when you touch the remote controller like other remotes do. It’s impossible to see what you are pressing at night. The lights on the remote only light up after you press a button and make the bed do something you probably don’t want it to do. So that’s kind of lame but really my only complaint. Overall it was a good purchase for $500. Time will tell now.

We sleep so much better with the adjustable base! Less snoring with the snore setting and its firm enough that you do not need a box spring (it would not work with a box spring anyways.) Our bed frame was getting old and the wood breaking down from all the moves and the age of the frame. We took out the slats and inserted the adjustable base and like new, but better! Highly recommend for the price.

The features of the bed are pretty good but the instructions did not make pairing the remote to the bed easy. The one difference between this one and similar beds at a higher price is that this bed is fairly noisy. This one is definitely a bargain bed.

I really like the tilt-able bed base, especially since you can lower the legs to go with a 12" mattress which helps a lot for us shorter people being able to get in and out of the bed easier or even sitting on it comfortably. Also, being able to sit up and read before going to sleep is wonderful and the cost of this one is half what I bought one for 10 years ago at a furniture store! Plus sleeping with the head raised helps keep reflux away. Overall, very pleased.

Decided it was time to try an adjustable base and was really excited when I noticed the price of this one (as compared to the name brand units). The reviews and warranty sealed the deal. Shipping speed was incredible! It arrived in days...well ahead of estimated arrival time. I decided to try the Serra hybrid mattress (also online from Sam’s Club) after reading good reviews and learning it’s compatible with the adjustable base. (Loving it too, by the way.) I’d hoped to lower my bed a bit (to accommodate aging dogs), but had a bit of trouble with the base being able to sit inside my frame. Unfortunately, I had to set the base at it’s tallest level (I think it’s about 11 inches) and buy shorter furniture feet to lower the bed frame ($25 online) in order for the base to clear the frame. (Short story long: the dogs are learning to use a new bed ramp!) Loving the anti-gravity setting to watch tv and read in bed. Still learning the best sleeping positions, but keep falling asleep, so that will take a little more time. Unclear on why the USB ports are on the underside of the base (the head needs to be tilted to access it). I’m not using them for this reason, but would if they were on the side of the base. (Really good idea, but not well designed for practical use in my opinion.) Many reviews mentioned a light under the base. I haven’t noticed (or it doesn’t have one). Also loving the app - no need for the remote!
