Good flavor

They flavor was amazing but unfortunately the Brussels Sprouts were very hard to chew. I put them in the microwave for 3 mins to soften them and the flavor disappeared.

Hit or miss with freshness.

Decent salad, but the recipe and freshness is inconsistent. I always check the “sell by” date and only purchase the salad, if the date is current. Even so, often times the salad is wily and brown.

Dont'T Bother

They looked delicious but were so tough they clogged up my disposal when I threw them out. There were no clear directions so I just heated them up a bit. They should have cooked for an hour I think.

Hard and inedible.

These taste good but are super oily and are mostly inedible because they just give you the crappy ends that are hard as rocks. Literally had to throw half of the pan in the trash. Don't waste your money, just buy regular brussel sprouts and cut them yourself. Lesson learned.

Not as expected

Very disappointed. They looked so good and seemed so simple to serve, but the time appointed to cook did not complete the process. They were tough, and well under cooked. It would have helped if they were all sliced at least in half, and cooked the proper amount of time. The flavoring was adequate, but again the dish was quite disappointing. Not sure if i would purchase again.

Prepped and ready to go but didn't like flavor

These did not taste at all like I thought they would. My family didn't like them either. I gave 3 stars because they were washed, sliced and ready to be cooked. Pre-prepped food is always a plus for working people. I've had parmesan Brussel sprouts before and these tasted nothing like them. Disappointing.

Excellent flavorful side dish

Positives: no labor or questionable seasonings because it’s all done for you, perfectly. The ease of use – remove the plastic top and bake in an oven for a delicious, roasted Brussel sprout side-dish. The outcome – roasted, flavorful vegetables, but I prefer raising the temperature to 475° for part of the time to make sure it’s browned more completely. Negatives: none.

Disappointed - Won't do it again.

Many of the ends were left on and had to be cut off. It also took twice as long as indicated on the instructions to heat/bake until they were ready, so they were not ready when the rest of the meal was ready. They tasted fine once ready, but we will not purchase this item again.

Not my favorite

I normally like the pre-made items at Sam’s Club, but didn’t care for these brussels sprouts. I know they were supposed to be served cold but didn’t taste good so I baked them and they were a little better but I ended up throwing most of them away. But I love the broccoli salad!

Brussels on the Tough Side

I have purchased the Brussel sprouts of this type from Sam's on numerous occasions, various locations. This is the first time I would not rate it 5 star. The brussels were too large and therefore tough. After baking, I had to add them to a fry pan with a little water and steam until tender. This destroyed the crunchy texture achieved from baking.
