I bought this kitchen faucet about a month ago, and I was certainly not disappointed when it arrived. I have previously installed Vigo faucets in our bathrooms, and was quite impressed with the quality of the hardware. The hardware is solid metal, and even the mounting hardware is devoid of any plastic parts at all. If you're looking for a classy, modern faucet that will stand the test of time, you can't do better than a Vigo. 5 stars all the way.

We purchased 3 of these faucets, 2 for a kitchen overhaul and one for a new utility sink install. We love them! It should be noted that they are not your average “pull out” sprayer but more similar to a commercial prep sink faucet, which is exactly what we wanted. I will say one had a freakish leak but replacing it was quick and easy! We take no stars off the rating because stuff happens and it’s how it’s taken care of that matters! We have now had them installed for 3 months and no issues. In fact, because these were so nice, we purchased two Vigo bathroom faucets for our main bath remodel.

Easy to install. Nice and sturdy. Good water pressure. Was confusing putting in unless we don’t understand, but if put the water control handle to the right side, the hot is indicated forward, which is opposite of all our other faucets. Just switched the hot and cold supply lines but the letter indicators are not backwards.

Installed yesterday. I will update review with further use however, so far so good. I like the way it looks in my kitchen. Love that i can switch from spray to faucet in a pinch. The pull down sprayer isn't bulky and stays in place when not attached to it's holder. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this product and hope this faucet holds true to those!

Purchased just over a month ago to replace damaged kitchen faucet. Looks outstanding and works well. Sprays easily throughout our large stainless steel sink. Only thing I don't like is that the rubber part outside of the arching coil that goes straight down is not straight. There is an ugly curve once you snap it into place. The website pic makes it look perfect, however, the owner's manual pic shows the same curve. I have to constantly dry and shine it so it looks as it should. All in all, it is beautiful.

Just installed this faucet...looks great and quality materials. Everything working great. Couple notes I would share if you're about to install yours: * The booklet diagram doesnt make it 100% clear the order of fasteners. Looking from the vantage of under the sink, from top to bottom it's: Plastic holder (flat part flush to counter under the sink), rubber ring, metal ring, metal nut) * It's says use plumbers tape (provided). I didnt except for when I attached the spray hose to the central unit -- and that was the only place it leaked. Note that the smaller washer they provided is for that part (not labelled in booklet diagram). I removed the teflon tape, and reattached -- no leak. Obviously, do whatever works for you. Also people said the pot filler arm wasnt far enough out into the sink? I have no problems, and cant see how it would be unless your faucet hole is very far from the sink. * There's no tap control on the pot filler portion (my last faucet did have that). But it's simple...if the spray head is on, the pot filler is off, and vice versa. I hope this lasts a long time, it looks great and works well so far!

We bought this faucet about 4 years ago and it's been great. The only drawback is that I sometimes get showered with water because the hose (that goes down into the spring and attaches to the water) comes loose. I have to remember to check it every 2 weeks or more often and push it down. It seems like there should be a part that screws this hose down. Anyone got a fix or remedy I can try?

We recently remodeled our kitchen. I always wanted a farm sink with one of these types of faucets. It is beautiful & functions as I hoped, with 1 issue. It has only been installed by a professional plumber for about3 weeks now & the pot filler faucet and drips whenever the pull-down spray faucet is on. It just started to do this in the past 3 days. Disappointing.

We have had this faucet for about a year now. It looks great and functions well. We had an issue with the sprayer and customer service was quick to send out a replacement part at no cost to us. Very pleased with the faucet and the service after the sale. We have several products from Vigo in our home and have had no other issues. Great products!!

This product is solidly built and my wife loves it. A while back the plunger for the sprayer assembly fell out leaving the sprayer unusable. I contacted the Support department and asked where I could purchase a new sprayer assembly. I was contacted the very next morning via email from the Support department asking for my shipping address and that they were sending a new sprayer assembly out. It was shipped that day as promised and we received it two days later. My wife had it installed before I arrived home for work. I did not realize how much she used it and how happy she was to have it functioning again. I want to say I was very surprised by the fast action and the great service for the product. VIGO is head and shoulders above the competition.
