I am very happy with my purchase. I worked in a hospital kitchen years ago and had a working knowledge of this type of faucet. My husband thinks he likes it and wants to please me and so is trying to wrap his head around the benefits of the faucet. I understand his angst. There are lots of moving parts and, even for myself, there will be a learning curve as to which faucet handle to turn on and leave on and which part you want to grab and where you want to put that part, how high to turn the main faucet on for the job at hand, etc., etc. This faucet isn't for the faint of heart. You have to be of above average intelligence to own one. That said - if you aren't already above average - this faucet will make you smarter over time. It helps to have a gentle touch. you will get less spray around the sink area if you do. It does make the pipes hammer (at least in our house) if you don't have a gentle touch. We will address that with an arrester and all will be well. It's a lot of faucet for a fair price. It seems solidly made - although time will be the true test.

I purchased this faucet online. The water pressure from the spray hose was not very strong. Christian, my customer support rep, was extremely responsive. He explained how to fix the pressure. When that didn't completely work, he immediately sent out a new hose and nozzle. It works so well now! The pressure in both the spray and the pot filler nozzle is strong. We really like the faucet and would definitely recommend Vigo. (Thanks Christian)

This was my very first purchase of a Vigo product, so I was unsure of the quality of the faucet! I was absolutely impressed! Super heavy and durable product here! The photos do this beauty no absolute justice! And works as expected! So much nicer than the Moen faucet the builder installed!

My husband had a harder time with removing our old faucet, than installing this one. It's very sturdy and well made. I love the strong water flow from both the sprayer and pot filler. It looks like a work of art in my modest kitchen. I am very happy with this purchase!

This is by far the most amazing sink for the cost. I compared sinks alone that went for twice the price and nothing even comes close! Be prepared for Compliment after compliment for your kitchen with this installed! Amazing - I will post a video later.

My wife and I moved into our home about 18 months ago, and this faucet was installed in our kitchen. She loves the look and utility. A few weeks ago we experienced a problem with the pull down spray handle, so I called the customer support number and spoke with a live operator, much to my surprise. Vigo sent out a new spray handle delvered directly to my door (two day delivery) at no additional cost. Based on my expereince, I'll definitely consider purchasing Vigo products in the future.

My daughter bought and had installed a VGO2007ST pull down kitchen spray faucet in stainless. The black plastic button-like part that the spray nozzle handle presses on to start the water spray started breaking off almost immediately after installation of the faucet. The part is the item that the lever handle presses on to move the metal spray plunger. The part is 5/16 inch diameter and rounded on the end on the large end and 1/8 inch diameter on the small end. The large end is about 1/4 inch long and the small end is less than a 1/4 inch long. It fits in between the spray nozzle handle and the metal spray plunger. The small end of the part slips into the metal plunger in the spray nozzle. I emailed the company and after a couple of emails explaining what I needed the VIGO representative sent me the entire spray nozzle free of charge. That is what I call Customer Service. Thanks.

I purchased a K*hler faucet for my kitchen remodel 13 months ago. Faucet sprung a leak last week. Searched amazon.com for a faucet with a long sprayer neck that was solid brass construction rather than plastic K*hler. The great reviews of this product on amazon prompted me to choose this faucet. This arrived, looks awesome, works beyond expectations. Really. This faucet will change your appreciation of your kitchen. My plumber did not read instructions and the sprayer dribbled until the plumber returned to redo his Teflon tape. Tell your plumber: this is not a standard issue faucet: read instructions and take care. Once my plumber redid the Teflon tape and tightened a part of the faucet neck, no dribbles. I am looking forward to many great years of use. This faucet is particularly great for filling things on the counter like watering cans, coffee makers, and other things you do not want resting in the sink. Washing dishes and pots is very effective with the sprayer. My farm sink really benefits from the sprayer flexibility. And two water dispensing options is a wonderful luxury.

I haven"t installed yet. It looks great. I ordered a deck plate to cover the two holes opposing the center hole. I called Vigo because the deck plate doesn’t have a gasket to help seal the plate for water under it. The service tech, Chis said gasket no needed since the two hole cover would cover the hole well. Also said I could use some silicon around edge of plate to seal it.

We have a large sink and had a commercial size faucet. The faucet broke and our replacement was not large enough and broke. Neither faucet was a Vigo. It is difficult to find a faucet that is large enough for a big sink. This faucet is perfect. The quality is great. It’s only been installed for 24 hours, but I love it! Because it is the correct size, there is less spray outside of the sink. The faucet is also direct.
