I purchased a K*hler faucet for my kitchen remodel 13 months ago. Faucet sprung a leak last week. Searched amazon.com for a faucet with a long sprayer neck that was solid brass construction rather than plastic K*hler. The great reviews of this product on amazon prompted me to choose this faucet. This arrived, looks awesome, works beyond expectations. Really. This faucet will change your appreciation of your kitchen. My plumber did not read instructions and the sprayer dribbled until the plumber returned to redo his Teflon tape. Tell your plumber: this is not a standard issue faucet: read instructions and take care. Once my plumber redid the Teflon tape and tightened a part of the faucet neck, no dribbles. I am looking forward to many great years of use. This faucet is particularly great for filling things on the counter like watering cans, coffee makers, and other things you do not want resting in the sink. Washing dishes and pots is very effective with the sprayer. My farm sink really benefits from the sprayer flexibility. And two water dispensing options is a wonderful luxury.

We did remodeling on our kitchen and when time for sink and faucet came i check what HD have, well i was not happy. Then i check some online places. I saw our friends that also remodel their kitchen the faucet and sink that they order online. We like it and on the next day i order Vigo faucet and sink set. I just installed and looks great.

Just got this installed and it is IMPRESSIVE! I have used it for two days and I LOVE IT! I have a weird sink and the sprayer is long enough that I can clean my sink without spraying all over the kitchen. I am optimistic that this will last me a long time. It is soooo modern and really sets off the kitchen. My plumber who installed it wants to get one now.

I purchased this awesome faucet 6 months ago. It was far easier to install than the one it replaced and I was immediately impressed with its finish and construction quality. I quickly gave it a 5 star review, but after 6 months I've come to REALLY love this faucet, here's why: - The valve is precise. I can smoothly adjust the flow to any rate from a tiny trickle to full on. Most other faucets I have owned seem to detent into a few flow rates. - The aerator really works well. It shapes the water stream around the bubble stream evenly to there is very little splashing, even from the rather high outlet level. It's visually pleasing as well. - The spray head is a delight to use. It's well balanced and comfortable. It hangs in mid-air when I let it go which has changed the way I wash large pots and platters. I never worry about dropping it on something breakable. - The fact that there is no pull-out spray hose means it never gets caught on items inside the sink cabinet, never accidentally sprays while being pulled out, and doesn't need to be fed back into its hole after I use it. Although I consider its appearance well over into the 'industrial geek' end of the style spectrum (I like that), my friends all admire it (or so they say). It makes my kitchen look more professional which adds to the pleasure of meal preparation. And perhaps best of all: my wife likes it because she is no longer frustrated by clumsy pullout style faucet that it replaced.

I am very happy with my purchase. I worked in a hospital kitchen years ago and had a working knowledge of this type of faucet. My husband thinks he likes it and wants to please me and so is trying to wrap his head around the benefits of the faucet. I understand his angst. There are lots of moving parts and, even for myself, there will be a learning curve as to which faucet handle to turn on and leave on and which part you want to grab and where you want to put that part, how high to turn the main faucet on for the job at hand, etc., etc. This faucet isn't for the faint of heart. You have to be of above average intelligence to own one. That said - if you aren't already above average - this faucet will make you smarter over time. It helps to have a gentle touch. you will get less spray around the sink area if you do. It does make the pipes hammer (at least in our house) if you don't have a gentle touch. We will address that with an arrester and all will be well. It's a lot of faucet for a fair price. It seems solidly made - although time will be the true test.

This product is solidly built and my wife loves it. A while back the plunger for the sprayer assembly fell out leaving the sprayer unusable. I contacted the Support department and asked where I could purchase a new sprayer assembly. I was contacted the very next morning via email from the Support department asking for my shipping address and that they were sending a new sprayer assembly out. It was shipped that day as promised and we received it two days later. My wife had it installed before I arrived home for work. I did not realize how much she used it and how happy she was to have it functioning again. I want to say I was very surprised by the fast action and the great service for the product. VIGO is head and shoulders above the competition.

I would recommend to anyone. Very functional, versatile and stylish. This product is very well made, solid and should last a long time. This is the second one that I bought for our home - first one we left when we moved to our new home. I would have taken had I had the time to take apart and re-install the old faucet. I love the pot filler option. This faucet looks big when you first install, but you get used to it.

I just installed it today. Every piece is solid steel, with a copper water lines inside. This one will last us a long time. The last faucet we bought, a Moen, fell apart in less than a year. There's no way this one will fall apart or rust. There is also great water pressure, even when using both the sprayer and the pot filler.

We just installed this faucet in our remodeled kitchen. My fiancé installed it fairly quickly in 20min. The instructions were clear And easy to follow. Once installed, we turned everything on and left it for 5min to check for any leaks. Proud to say this faucet is very well made, heavy, durable, and very easy to use. I enjoy the double shut off valve. The water pressure is nice from both the faucet and pull out spray even when both are running simultaneously. The 360 feature on both the faucet and sprayer is a nice bonus so that I can water my plants on my bay window easily without making a mess. The height of the faucet is nice so that is is tall enough to make it easy to wash all my big pots without it being I. The way but does not obstruct my view out of the window. I have a D-shaped sink and my faucet is positioned to the corner right. Over all this faucet has all the qualities that we're looking for. Commercial quality for a residential purpose. Fairly priced and would highly recommend.

The faucet is beautiful. I always admire exellent design and construction, this faucet has both. However, we found the tool provided for one of the final install steps is flawed. To connect the sprayer hose to the faucet requires tightening the hose with the poorly designed and constructed wrench, cheap might be the best definition. When I tightened the hose, the wrench slipped and the wrench gap bent further open. Hoping it was tight enough, we finished the install. It only took a mintue to see the leak. It would be nice if 1) the tool was adequate or 2) the instructions stated the size for an owners wrench, like 14mm maybe. However, when trying to tighten the 'nut head' on the hose, the opening is too narrow to get an open end wrench or adjustable wrench on the nut. Access is blocked by the hose crimmed on end. In the end, I had to use a large Tongue & Groove pliers, collapse the crimp that blocked the nut head and tighten it. A great product, tarnished by a 10 cent tool.
