One can really tell the quality of the faucet compared to the others. The materials are top notch and you can tell when you are installing it which is very easy. It’s a lot heavier than the old one I replaced. If you use good materials you know it will last a very long time with no worries of failure. I would recommend a VIGO faucet to any of my family and friends.

We are almost finished gutting and completely renovating our 25 year old kitchen in our 70 year old farmhouse (still have some backsplash and cosmetic work to do). My Vigo faucet with my farmhouse sink is honestly my favorite part of the kitchen (and that says a lot because I absolutely adore my whole kitchen). I have had so many complements on my sink and faucet. Not only is it perfect in its function, but it makes such a beautiful statement in the room. I could not have chosen a more perfect piece for style and function and am 200% satisfied!

This faucet is a BEAST! I had it installed two weeks ago and it is beautiful and functions quite well. It is durable and very well made, you can tell the faucet is high quality when you pick it up! It has a weighty solid construction and gorgeous design. Even the packaging is great. My girlfriend liked it so much that she actually tried to talk me into installing it in her kitchen! I wanted something commercial and different, so I did my research and when I saw this from Vigo I knew this was the faucet for my kitchen. I also purchased the Vigo soap dispenser which compliments the faucet very well. The only draw-back is that since this faucet is such high quality and durable, I would recommend installing on a granite top sink (which this faucet is really made for), maybe a porcelain sink, or a thick commercial grade aluminum sink. Other than that I've had no issues and the faucet has an absolutely stunning personality in the kitchen! It should have it's on social security number! Keep it up Vigo!

Bought this a couple weeks ago. Got it installed the weekend after. I love my new faucet and sparyer. Very heavy and we'll made. 2 things wish the faucet part was about 2 inches longer and the triangle gusset is a little soft. I had to add a washer then the triangle to get a tight fit.

I purchased the faucet and had my husband install it, who by the way is not a plumber. The directions were detailed and explicit each step of the way. The end result is exactly what I needed to change up the kitchen area. The faucet adds life to its surroundings.

After replacing my original kitchen faucet with a Chinese eBay spring faucet, I thought I had found the one. The problem was with the spray handle - I went through 3 of them in a 2 year period and each one would start to leak or crack or both. I hunted the internet for a quality replacement and came across this one. When it arrived, I was shocked at how much bigger and sturdier it was compared to the Chinese one. You can just see and feel the difference in quality - this is a serious piece of kitchen hardware. I love this faucet - it was precisely what I always wanted for my kitchen sink! Good pressure, excellent spray handle with a powerful spray. 6 months and no issues.

This was our second Vigo Zurich faucet. We bought the exact same faucet for a kitchen remodel in our first house in 2018. It worked flawlessly. We moved recently (December 2020) to a different home, and one of our first upgrades was a Vigo Zurich faucet. Everyone that sees the faucet loves it; it looks and functions wonderfully. We did have a small issue with the sprayer on our newest faucet. I contacted Vigo, heard back the same day, and a few days later a brand new sprayer arrived on my doorstep free of charge. I was very pleased. One small item I've found on both our faucets: the handle to control the water flow/temperature likes to loosen occasionally. I put a couple drops of Loctite on the male threads, screwed it back in, and it doesn't budge.

I am very happy with my purchase. I worked in a hospital kitchen years ago and had a working knowledge of this type of faucet. My husband thinks he likes it and wants to please me and so is trying to wrap his head around the benefits of the faucet. I understand his angst. There are lots of moving parts and, even for myself, there will be a learning curve as to which faucet handle to turn on and leave on and which part you want to grab and where you want to put that part, how high to turn the main faucet on for the job at hand, etc., etc. This faucet isn't for the faint of heart. You have to be of above average intelligence to own one. That said - if you aren't already above average - this faucet will make you smarter over time. It helps to have a gentle touch. you will get less spray around the sink area if you do. It does make the pipes hammer (at least in our house) if you don't have a gentle touch. We will address that with an arrester and all will be well. It's a lot of faucet for a fair price. It seems solidly made - although time will be the true test.

We have had our faucet installed in our kitchen for a month or two and we are very pleased with it. The sprayer has great flow and pressure for washing dishes and the whole things works well and looks great. There are a couple minor niggles which account for only 4 stars. The handle on the valve tends to unscrew over time and may need a bit of light weight thread locker. Also, the sprayer head will begin to unscrew itself if you allow the sprayer head to rotate at all while using it, again, will likely use a tiny bit of light weight thread locker. We had a plumber replace our old faucet with the Vigo, which worked out well. The sprayer head would not tighten enough to quit leaking until he added a second washer to the fitting. These little annoyances aside, we really like the way it looks and works, and the minor problems can all be easily sorted.

This faucet is so great, I bought the same faucet as when I remodeled my old house, so it is a repeat purchase! I did find it difficult to adjust the faucet sprayer to spay hard enough, for my taste, without it leaking, and there were some missing details in the instructions, like where to apply, or not to apply, the included plumber tape.
