Love this product, so far. What really amazes me is the design and build quality of the product as a whole. Not built with plastic at all (that I can visibly see), like most big box stores and local plumbing supply chains that advertise lack-luster products at extremely high prices. VIDO is clearly doing something right, and the consumer really appreciates it. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to make the pilot hole where the handle screws into the dome assembly of the faucet a little smaller/tighter for a more snug fit after assembly. While in use, the handle tends to loosen on its own….but not a big deal, because it was nothing that a strip of plumbers tape could not fix; therefore, having absolutely no effect on my five star rating for this remarkable product.

Looks as good as it works. Stainless finish matches well with sink and appliances. Only wish is the spouts were an inch or so longer so as to reach further out in sink. It is mounted 2" back from sink side even though Cust. Serv. asked for 3." setback. Still like it a lot. Packaging is impressive, sign of quality.

This thing looks great on my sink. A bit on the heavy side but even for my thin stainless sink it holds up well. Giving 4 stars as the lead lines to connect up to the supply barely reached but otherwise great product. Make sure you have a basin wrench.

Installation was a breeze, everything is great except the little plastic piece that holds the shower handle, I had to fit/squeeze in a little piece of paper to make it tighter so that the handle doesnt fall and hang all the time. If you could send me a new plastic part to better hold the shower handle it would be awesome! ;)

very user friendly looks great we use the sprayer to fill up the coffee pot on the counter beside the sink and the hose does not stretch as far as the pull out faucet the we just replaced. put it on an aluminum sink and it is a bit heavy for the sink we have. but that just tells me it is time to replace the sink also!

Great faucet and quality is outstanding. Just wish the pot filler was a little shorter than the sprayer. Would love to be able to transfer between sinks without having to pull the sprayer out of its holder. Also wish the sprayer was magnetic. Really do love the faucet!

Installed the black model with a stainless steel sink and it looks fantastic. It's classy yet rustic and industrial. A straight-forward installation. The only problem we had were the water restrictors, which we removed. The sprayer nozzle needs to be tucked up into the holder but stays in place just fine. Highly recommend.

When we decided to put the sink In Front of a window, I knew we needed a pull down faucet. This faucet looks better then I could have imagined. Install was easy and the components were high quality. We have been very happy with the faucet and our VIGO farmhouse sink.

Been a good purchase. Hardware appears solid. Functions well. Looks great. However it is top heavy so I would not use it on a stainless sink like I have. After installing this it wobbles and made the entire sink flex. Had to install a solid surface sink which eliminated the problem. Ordinary stainless sinks are too thin to support the weight of this fixture.

Bought this faucet three months ago. Love the looks. Very sturdy. All made of metal. Feels heavy and solid. High power spray, ideal for pre-rising. Easy to use and install. Affordable for the high quality of the product. Two drawbacks : first wish the sprout reach was higher because I have a big kitchen sink . Second, some leaking near the spray connections requiring to re-tighten every now and then. After extensive research over the Internet, it's still the best in it's category. No regrets.
