I received this faucet order (and their soap dispenser also) on Oct. 2,2021. They were installed on Dec. 7,2021. I love the faucet, very impressed by it. Reason for only 4 stars is the one complaint that many other customers have also complained about is that the “pot filler” faucet is a bit to short. It needs to reach further into the sink. Wish VIGO would address this and do something about it since so many others have complained about this. It could also be a bit lower on the main stem of this faucet. Being so high up makes for a lot of splashing of water on the counter..especially since it is too short to start with. No leaking so far, was an easy installation. The “sprayer” faucet I feel works great, no complaints there. The gold/brass color I got is beautiful! The small handle piece to turn the water on/off does loosen up frequently..be aware of that. Not major complaints for me, still love this faucet! Took me 1 1/2 yrs of looking at this faucet, so I finally bit the bullet and bought this even with all the conflicting reviews I read on this faucet, but I’m so glad I did buy it!!

Union Carpenter here. Just did an entire downstairs renovation. Enlarged my kitchen and had the final say about the kitchen faucet. At first my wife was totally against this faucet. After it was installed she loved it. Works perfectly with a 33” sink. Great quality and heavy as a M F’er. Even went with the VIGO soap dispenser.

I bought this a month ago. The faucet is easy to install and works great. The sprayer is is exactly what we were looking for as our family produces a lot of dishes on a daily basis. We have a farmhouse style kitchen and the look of the faucet still fits in perfectly.

This is a very nice faucet and spray unit. Packaging was done very well to protect the unit during shipping. Assembly instructions and materials made installation very easy and all material except plumber's putty was included. The spray is very strong and easily covers the majority of the sink basin. The faucet is nicely finished and provides good water flow. The only item I found lacking was the length of the spray hose, it is very difficult to get material out of the sink to the drain from the sink corners. Overall, I am very pleased with this unit.

I've been using this faucet for about a month now with absolutely no problems, I was a little worried because some of the other reviews had mentioned trouble with leaks, but I took my time, read all of the instructions and then followed the instructions and the installation was easy....Thanks for a great faucet Vigo

We have had our faucet installed in our kitchen for a month or two and we are very pleased with it. The sprayer has great flow and pressure for washing dishes and the whole things works well and looks great. There are a couple minor niggles which account for only 4 stars. The handle on the valve tends to unscrew over time and may need a bit of light weight thread locker. Also, the sprayer head will begin to unscrew itself if you allow the sprayer head to rotate at all while using it, again, will likely use a tiny bit of light weight thread locker. We had a plumber replace our old faucet with the Vigo, which worked out well. The sprayer head would not tighten enough to quit leaking until he added a second washer to the fitting. These little annoyances aside, we really like the way it looks and works, and the minor problems can all be easily sorted.

Installation was a breeze, everything is great except the little plastic piece that holds the shower handle, I had to fit/squeeze in a little piece of paper to make it tighter so that the handle doesnt fall and hang all the time. If you could send me a new plastic part to better hold the shower handle it would be awesome! ;)

Looks as good as it works. Stainless finish matches well with sink and appliances. Only wish is the spouts were an inch or so longer so as to reach further out in sink. It is mounted 2" back from sink side even though Cust. Serv. asked for 3." setback. Still like it a lot. Packaging is impressive, sign of quality.

I absolutely love this faucet. I'm a gardener, and the pull down spigot is a dream. Rinsing is a snap, no more cord issues below the sink. While the pull down is at work, the 2nd spigot can do what you need to cook, or whatever. I've been waiting for something like this!

We just bought it for a house we are building. Our kitchen is going to be professional style. We have not installed it yet so I can't comment on how this faucet functions. It looks great in Black and feels as if it's built like a tank. It will go great with our black granite sink and the black stainless appliances. I'll update this review once it's in and working.
