After replacing my original kitchen faucet with a Chinese eBay spring faucet, I thought I had found the one. The problem was with the spray handle - I went through 3 of them in a 2 year period and each one would start to leak or crack or both. I hunted the internet for a quality replacement and came across this one. When it arrived, I was shocked at how much bigger and sturdier it was compared to the Chinese one. You can just see and feel the difference in quality - this is a serious piece of kitchen hardware. I love this faucet - it was precisely what I always wanted for my kitchen sink! Good pressure, excellent spray handle with a powerful spray. 6 months and no issues.

This was our second Vigo Zurich faucet. We bought the exact same faucet for a kitchen remodel in our first house in 2018. It worked flawlessly. We moved recently (December 2020) to a different home, and one of our first upgrades was a Vigo Zurich faucet. Everyone that sees the faucet loves it; it looks and functions wonderfully. We did have a small issue with the sprayer on our newest faucet. I contacted Vigo, heard back the same day, and a few days later a brand new sprayer arrived on my doorstep free of charge. I was very pleased. One small item I've found on both our faucets: the handle to control the water flow/temperature likes to loosen occasionally. I put a couple drops of Loctite on the male threads, screwed it back in, and it doesn't budge.

This replaced the same type of Vigo we had for 12 years in the kitchen. The difference is (the 4 start and not 5) is the newer model doesn't have a pot filler on/off like the old one did and the sprayer is about 1/2 the pressure. Makes it hard to use the sprayer to clean the sink like we used to. Still - it looks great and we get a lot of compliments on it.

This is the third faucet we have purchased from Vigo and we have not been let down yet! This is a large and heavy duty quality commercial faucet. The design is complementary to any home and the sprayer is incredible. The clip feature on the sprayer allows us to rinse fruit and vegetables hands free. We love how tall the faucet is and the ease of use.

When we decided to put the sink In Front of a window, I knew we needed a pull down faucet. This faucet looks better then I could have imagined. Install was easy and the components were high quality. We have been very happy with the faucet and our VIGO farmhouse sink.

I am very impressed with the quality…Its something you’d expect in a commercial grade fixture. Well done VIGO! My biggest disappointment is that it’s manufactured in China! Vigo must have some really good quality control requirements in place. I would pay 2 to 3 times more money to have it made in the USA!

All parts are built to last - from the base and nut holding the faucet to the counter, to the spray arm and nozzle. Very well built. I only wish the pot filler did not occasionally drip when locked on to the spray nozzle. Look forward to many years using this product.

very user friendly looks great we use the sprayer to fill up the coffee pot on the counter beside the sink and the hose does not stretch as far as the pull out faucet the we just replaced. put it on an aluminum sink and it is a bit heavy for the sink we have. but that just tells me it is time to replace the sink also!

We bought this faucet specifically for our Ruvati sink for our new construction. It didn’t disappoint. It’s very well made, beautiful and ergonomic to use. Pretty statement piece and functional. Very happy with it and glad I spent a little more to get this faucet.

Been a good purchase. Hardware appears solid. Functions well. Looks great. However it is top heavy so I would not use it on a stainless sink like I have. After installing this it wobbles and made the entire sink flex. Had to install a solid surface sink which eliminated the problem. Ordinary stainless sinks are too thin to support the weight of this fixture.
