Bought one almost a year ago and love the design and usability of this product. Even better is how well it is backed up by the company. I had a small issue with the actuator so I called to ask how I could fix it. They told me not to worry about trying to fix it and would just send a new nozzle unit to replace it. No problem. I got it really fast and it is perfect. Christian, the support person I spoke with, was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I wish all the companies I dealt with were this good. Really, it is the best support you could hope for and a really great product.

I bought this about two years ago and it’s worked great and looked amazing. Recently, a small rubber/plastic piece broke from wear and I contacted Vigo’s customer service. Within 5 minutes they had an entire new spray module being shipped at no cost to me. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to buy something new.

I have owned this faucet since 2012. Everyone that sees it in my house is impressed. It is quite striking. On top of its looks, this faucet performs very well. I blast everything off my dishes with the sprayer and they almost don't even need to go in the dishwasher! On top of that, Vigo customer support is the best I've ever come across. My faucet had a small piece break, and customer support replaced the entire sprayer free of charge, even though I was out of warranty. No questions asked.

My husband and I got this faucet recently and just installed it ourselves. No too hard to install. The only problem we had was that the hot and cold water hoses that came with it were about an inch short. Other than that we are happy with our purchase.

Overall quality of this faucet is great. It feels just as solid as it looks. I'd recommend this faucet to anyone looking for a faucet that really stands out in their kitchen. The only issue we ran into was the sprayer gradually came loose with use. Easy fix though - went to the hardware store and got a small rubber washer, unscrewed the sprayer - popped on the washer and tightened it back up - never an issue again.

It was a bit confusing at first, but my wife works in an school cafeteria and was used to something similar. After getting used to it, I couldn't use another faucet type.

I bought my around 4 years ago I have been very happy with the product but right now is dripping. I need to know where to buy a replacement cartridge ASAP. Can someone help me with this matter please? Thanks!

I have had this faucet installed about a month now. Could not be happier! Easy to install and very easy to keep clean! It does not show water spots at all. Superior quality over the big name brands you buy at the store.

I thought I was going to get a cheap, lightweight metal product but what I received is heavy metal, looks sturdy, everything I wished for. I have yet to install but so far so good.

This faucet served me well for a year and a half in a very busy kitchen. When the spray nozzle started to go out, customer service took care of it quickly and effectively. I will definitely do business with Vigo again.
