I bought this when we remodeled our kitchen to pair with a large sink. This is so handy and flexible for using with large items. No more struggling to clean 5 gallon food service containers. The spray head can be moved to the side out of your way when not in use. So Handy! It looks good as well.

Positives: This was the second faucet of this style I purchased for a new house. I love the style and heavy-duty functionality. I love having a 2 faucet set up with out a pull out. The press button on the sprayer was no longer working and I called customer service and they sent me a whole new sprayer, no problem. Downsides: I wish the straight arm faucet were 2-3 inches longer as I get water on the back of the sink often when washing dishes. Be sure to use plumber's tape or putty because the sprayer leaks if not installed properly.

I've been using for 4 months now. I had what I thought was a quality faucet that could handle hand-washing dishes, but the mount was flimsy. This faucet seems substatntial. Great feel to the spray handle.The only thing I would change or add is the ability to secure the spring in place. I have to keep moving it out of my face while I'm washing dishes.

I shopped everywhere for a well built kitchen faucet at a reasonable price. I found this online at Sam's Club and decided to try it out. My husband is a professional plumber and he was very impressed with this faucet. It is gorgeous, looks professional and is very well built. It makes the whole kitchen look custom. I absolutely love this faucet.

Love all your products, this was a great easy install of a high quality product. My only concern is the drippy pot filler, not sure what it means but whenever it is not in use and i use the sprayer the pot filler drips! so much that i am not able to move it from over the sink.

bought this a month ago. Installation was easy except I wished the hoses had been a tad bit longer for my 100 year old house but other than that it was easy. So far the faucet has worked well and we are pleased with its operation. It looks great in the kitchen of this old farm house. After all is and and done it is a faucet like the one you would find in a restaurant kitchen, maybe not as heavy duty but then again we don't use it all day long doing hundreds of dishes and pots.

My daughter bought and had installed a VGO2007ST pull down kitchen spray faucet in stainless. The black plastic button-like part that the spray nozzle handle presses on to start the water spray started breaking off almost immediately after installation of the faucet. The part is the item that the lever handle presses on to move the metal spray plunger. The part is 5/16 inch diameter and rounded on the end on the large end and 1/8 inch diameter on the small end. The large end is about 1/4 inch long and the small end is less than a 1/4 inch long. It fits in between the spray nozzle handle and the metal spray plunger. The small end of the part slips into the metal plunger in the spray nozzle. I emailed the company and after a couple of emails explaining what I needed the VIGO representative sent me the entire spray nozzle free of charge. That is what I call Customer Service. Thanks.

We remodeled our kitchen and put in a great farm sink and this Vigo faucet. Absolutely worked perfect and looks great. Only small issue was the hose connector was loose after a few days after install and had to tighten. Otherwise great product and would recommend to anyone looking for a great faucet and stylish looks.

We purchased this beautiful faucet about 3 years ago, and it's been fantastic. Eventually we got a little leak from the pot filler, and all it took was a quick live chat on the website and in minutes a new replacement part was on its way free of charge! Incredibly service. We are very satisfied.

I just installed it today. Every piece is solid steel, with a copper water lines inside. This one will last us a long time. The last faucet we bought, a Moen, fell apart in less than a year. There's no way this one will fall apart or rust. There is also great water pressure, even when using both the sprayer and the pot filler.
