Purchased in May 2015 and it has been working very well, so far. It is an incredibly stylish faucet. Easy install, has been secure and without leaks. Just this am, however, the plastic "button" that sits at the tip of the metal piston which engages the sprayer was sitting in the sink, rendering the sprayer inoperable. Very strange. We'll see how well Vigo warranties their products.

Love all your products, this was a great easy install of a high quality product. My only concern is the drippy pot filler, not sure what it means but whenever it is not in use and i use the sprayer the pot filler drips! so much that i am not able to move it from over the sink.

My daughter bought and had installed a VGO2007ST pull down kitchen spray faucet in stainless. The black plastic button-like part that the spray nozzle handle presses on to start the water spray started breaking off almost immediately after installation of the faucet. The part is the item that the lever handle presses on to move the metal spray plunger. The part is 5/16 inch diameter and rounded on the end on the large end and 1/8 inch diameter on the small end. The large end is about 1/4 inch long and the small end is less than a 1/4 inch long. It fits in between the spray nozzle handle and the metal spray plunger. The small end of the part slips into the metal plunger in the spray nozzle. I emailed the company and after a couple of emails explaining what I needed the VIGO representative sent me the entire spray nozzle free of charge. That is what I call Customer Service. Thanks.

As a Chef I've been planning to renovate our kitchen for a while, and of course wanted a commercial sprayer for our new large sink. Finding one in the residential market was proving to be a challenge until I came across this one, which is the best of both worlds. It's heavily made, sleek design, and heavy enough to stand whatever I want to throw at it. And the price? Crazy cheap for what it is. I hope it lasts us for years!

bought this a month ago. Installation was easy except I wished the hoses had been a tad bit longer for my 100 year old house but other than that it was easy. So far the faucet has worked well and we are pleased with its operation. It looks great in the kitchen of this old farm house. After all is and and done it is a faucet like the one you would find in a restaurant kitchen, maybe not as heavy duty but then again we don't use it all day long doing hundreds of dishes and pots.

The faucet is beautiful. I always admire exellent design and construction, this faucet has both. However, we found the tool provided for one of the final install steps is flawed. To connect the sprayer hose to the faucet requires tightening the hose with the poorly designed and constructed wrench, cheap might be the best definition. When I tightened the hose, the wrench slipped and the wrench gap bent further open. Hoping it was tight enough, we finished the install. It only took a mintue to see the leak. It would be nice if 1) the tool was adequate or 2) the instructions stated the size for an owners wrench, like 14mm maybe. However, when trying to tighten the 'nut head' on the hose, the opening is too narrow to get an open end wrench or adjustable wrench on the nut. Access is blocked by the hose crimmed on end. In the end, I had to use a large Tongue & Groove pliers, collapse the crimp that blocked the nut head and tighten it. A great product, tarnished by a 10 cent tool.

Very easy to install and a great polished look. As a restaurant guy this faucet complimented the style in my home kitchen. I did have one hiccup but that was due to city increase in water pressure and the sprayer popped off the hose...Vigo sent me out a replacement to fix.

I bought this faucet online, I hoped it would be as good as the reviews and pictures. When I saw it I was so impressed, it's far better than I anticipated. Even the plumber that installed it took photos and wrote down the item number so he could order one for him. It's a great value for the quality and workmanship.

My husband installed this, and for a moment, there was some adjusting where there was water leakage out of the pot-filler when water was cold and I had the sprayer on. But when I turned to hot water and sprayer, the leaking in the pot-filler stopped. We thought about sending back, but we decided to keep using it, and somehow, the leak stopped and hasn't come back, so we are very happy about that. The sprayer works great. So far, there has been not problems for the 3 weeks we've been using it. Seems to be well made.

I have this faucet and we like it alot. Looks great and expensive in the kitchen for not a super high price. We had an issue after about a year and a half where the sprayer came off the hose and I simply contacted them, sent a copy of my receipt/shipping confirmation and they sent me a free replacement that arrived in a couple of days. Very happy.
