Had the older version of this faucet now for 3 years. Looks and worked beautifully. Recently the valve at the end of the pot spigot started leaking. Contacted customer service via email and they got back to be the same day asking me to call them. I did and I told them the problem but I did not have my model number anymore. So they told me to send them a short video and picture, which I did. Next day I received no less than 3 different people emailing me to help me find the replacement part, which I have received and now my faucet works like new! Thanks you Vigo people! I would definitely recommend their products. Great fast service (if you need it).

My wife and I moved into our home about 18 months ago, and this faucet was installed in our kitchen. She loves the look and utility. A few weeks ago we experienced a problem with the pull down spray handle, so I called the customer support number and spoke with a live operator, much to my surprise. Vigo sent out a new spray handle delvered directly to my door (two day delivery) at no additional cost. Based on my expereince, I'll definitely consider purchasing Vigo products in the future.

We were looking for a faucet with a separate sprayer and pot filler like this one, it is one of the only ones we found (if not _THE_ only one) with fully independent controls for the pot filler and sprayer so you can use either one, or both. Installation was very easy with clear instructions. The faucet was very well packaged and seems very sturdy and well designed. We bought it on sale at home depot for a reasonable price compared to similar models. It was a major upgrade from our previous faucet.

We replaced a faucet we bought 10 years ago with the same model because we liked it so much. The original sprung a leak. I did not realize that the pot filler no longer operates when the sprayer is on and I miss that feature. One star off for that change. The spray is stronger than our old model.

I've had this installed for a few weeks now. The build quality is top notch. All moving parts are solid but smooth. Having a separate head for the flex/sprayer is wonderful for reduced complication of having a pull-out type hose. Each arm can be quickly moved around as needed. I'm very happy with this product.

We upgraded our cheap faucet to this one and it's beautiful! I love the being able to turn the water on and then the water off from the aerator. Very sturdy feeling and easy to install. Would have given it a 5/5 if the sprayer had more pressure. That's the only thing I would change.

Just purchased and installed this unit. It’s gorgeous -very sturdy heavy duty solid. The major drawback which was not known at time of purchase - you cannot isolate the sprayer from the pot filler /spigot. There is no way to operate them separately- as a result the pressure in the sprayer is poor. Has this been made obvious in the description-would have sought to find one that does allow you to shut of pot filler when using sprayer. Maybe there is a model that offers the option. If so. Much prefer that one !! Otherwise it’s beautiful.

Time came to buy a kitchen faucet for my new kitchen. I wanted a commercial looking spray faucet but there are times where the old fashion small stream is the only way to go. Decisions, decisions. While scrolling through the countless faucets of both styles I ran across this faucet. Were my eyes deceiving me? Could this really work? It was priced well and gave me both options and I had already bought a Vigo sink and was blown away by the quality of the sink all the way through to the Apple like packaging for a sink! As was the sink the faucet arrived well packaged with each piece in a cloth bag and looking much more robust that I had expected. This is a serious faucet! Installation was straightforward and it functioned beautifully for about two weeks then started leaking. A call to Vigo got me a replacement cartridge within day and I have no other issues. I like Vigo's quality and their quick response to service. Everyone who has seen my kitchen has commented on the faucet and I have recommended this faucet to all of them.

I’m impressed with this faucet. It is much sturdier than the faucet it is replacing. And I was glad to find one that doesn’t require the clumsy weight and loop of tubing below the sink. This is really going to improve the looks and the ease of use of the sink area in my kitchen.

I just got my faucet in the mail, we have not been able to install yet as we are waiting on our Countertop installation but I can tell from the look and the feel of it (so heavy and feels so sturdy) that we are going to love it. I can't wait to start using it. I will have to post another review and photo when it is all up and running :)
