I’m impressed with this faucet. It is much sturdier than the faucet it is replacing. And I was glad to find one that doesn’t require the clumsy weight and loop of tubing below the sink. This is really going to improve the looks and the ease of use of the sink area in my kitchen.

This faucet has been installed about 2 months now, and after the initial getting used to it period, we love it. The installation was a breeze - clear, easy to follow directions. If only the removal of the old one went so well. :/ It is much taller than I expected. We measured before, and knew the size, but seeing it in place of the standard faucet took a little getting used to, but that is me, not the product. I has a really sold feel, and operates smoothly. The *only* thing I can say I don't like is that the direction for each temp of water seems backwards to me - I think that moving the level forward should be cold, and back should be hot. This is easily fixed by switching the hoses. (I was over-ruled on this at home so its probably just me!) I debated on getting a model with a pot filler arm. I do like it, but not sure it makes a difference in the big picture. I think it adds to the look more than the function but it is useful at times.

Bought this faucet for a complete kitchen remodel. This faucet received many compliments. Everyone loves to use it when they are in my kitchen. We had it for over six months now and love it. There was a leak from where the spray head joined with the hose, my husband fixed it by adding a rubber ring and some plumber's tape. No leak since then.

As soon as I seen this style faucet, I just had to have it. I have worked in many restaurants, catering, and used this style faucet for years and just love how easy and simple and effective they are. I when I seen this for my home?!!! I bought it and installation was super simple, I did it myself. I just Love this style of faucet. makes my kitchen that much more effective. Kids wanna do dishes now....I love how you can take either part of the faucet to either side, I love how the sprayer comes off the holder . Its just PERFECT!!!

I purchased a K*hler faucet for my kitchen remodel 13 months ago. Faucet sprung a leak last week. Searched amazon.com for a faucet with a long sprayer neck that was solid brass construction rather than plastic K*hler. The great reviews of this product on amazon prompted me to choose this faucet. This arrived, looks awesome, works beyond expectations. Really. This faucet will change your appreciation of your kitchen. My plumber did not read instructions and the sprayer dribbled until the plumber returned to redo his Teflon tape. Tell your plumber: this is not a standard issue faucet: read instructions and take care. Once my plumber redid the Teflon tape and tightened a part of the faucet neck, no dribbles. I am looking forward to many great years of use. This faucet is particularly great for filling things on the counter like watering cans, coffee makers, and other things you do not want resting in the sink. Washing dishes and pots is very effective with the sprayer. My farm sink really benefits from the sprayer flexibility. And two water dispensing options is a wonderful luxury.

We just installed this faucet in our remodeled kitchen. My fiancé installed it fairly quickly in 20min. The instructions were clear And easy to follow. Once installed, we turned everything on and left it for 5min to check for any leaks. Proud to say this faucet is very well made, heavy, durable, and very easy to use. I enjoy the double shut off valve. The water pressure is nice from both the faucet and pull out spray even when both are running simultaneously. The 360 feature on both the faucet and sprayer is a nice bonus so that I can water my plants on my bay window easily without making a mess. The height of the faucet is nice so that is is tall enough to make it easy to wash all my big pots without it being I. The way but does not obstruct my view out of the window. I have a D-shaped sink and my faucet is positioned to the corner right. Over all this faucet has all the qualities that we're looking for. Commercial quality for a residential purpose. Fairly priced and would highly recommend.

This product is solidly built and my wife loves it. A while back the plunger for the sprayer assembly fell out leaving the sprayer unusable. I contacted the Support department and asked where I could purchase a new sprayer assembly. I was contacted the very next morning via email from the Support department asking for my shipping address and that they were sending a new sprayer assembly out. It was shipped that day as promised and we received it two days later. My wife had it installed before I arrived home for work. I did not realize how much she used it and how happy she was to have it functioning again. I want to say I was very surprised by the fast action and the great service for the product. VIGO is head and shoulders above the competition.

We purchased 3 of these faucets, 2 for a kitchen overhaul and one for a new utility sink install. We love them! It should be noted that they are not your average “pull out” sprayer but more similar to a commercial prep sink faucet, which is exactly what we wanted. I will say one had a freakish leak but replacing it was quick and easy! We take no stars off the rating because stuff happens and it’s how it’s taken care of that matters! We have now had them installed for 3 months and no issues. In fact, because these were so nice, we purchased two Vigo bathroom faucets for our main bath remodel.

I just bought the faucet and can immediately feel the quality while installing it. It's well built and extremely easy to install. The only thing I don't like is the pressure from the spray handle being weaker then my old Moen even with the flow restrictor out. Also the sprayer drops out of the holder a little bit from the spring being bent wrong from manufacturing. Other than that I enjoy it just as much as a Chicago facuet with out the price tag behind it.

bought this a month ago. Installation was easy except I wished the hoses had been a tad bit longer for my 100 year old house but other than that it was easy. So far the faucet has worked well and we are pleased with its operation. It looks great in the kitchen of this old farm house. After all is and and done it is a faucet like the one you would find in a restaurant kitchen, maybe not as heavy duty but then again we don't use it all day long doing hundreds of dishes and pots.
