I just bought the faucet and can immediately feel the quality while installing it. It's well built and extremely easy to install. The only thing I don't like is the pressure from the spray handle being weaker then my old Moen even with the flow restrictor out. Also the sprayer drops out of the holder a little bit from the spring being bent wrong from manufacturing. Other than that I enjoy it just as much as a Chicago facuet with out the price tag behind it.

We recently did a kitchen renovation and I wanted a large industrial like faucet. Boy did I hit the jackpot! This faucet is absolutely AMAZING. We bought it as a kit with the Ludlow 30" sink and grid. The sink and faucet are the centerpiece of the kitchen... a beautiful well crafted sink and faucet. What more could an Italian that loves to cook need?! I have NEVER been happier with a purchase. If you are considering this purchase, I would recommend that you jump right in because you will not be disappointed in your decision. I'm a VIGO'er for life!!! Onto the bathroom remodel now and now that I know that VIGO carried bathroom products too, I know what brand I'll be buying!

This faucet has been installed about 2 months now, and after the initial getting used to it period, we love it. The installation was a breeze - clear, easy to follow directions. If only the removal of the old one went so well. :/ It is much taller than I expected. We measured before, and knew the size, but seeing it in place of the standard faucet took a little getting used to, but that is me, not the product. I has a really sold feel, and operates smoothly. The *only* thing I can say I don't like is that the direction for each temp of water seems backwards to me - I think that moving the level forward should be cold, and back should be hot. This is easily fixed by switching the hoses. (I was over-ruled on this at home so its probably just me!) I debated on getting a model with a pot filler arm. I do like it, but not sure it makes a difference in the big picture. I think it adds to the look more than the function but it is useful at times.

Great faucet. Looks great in our kitchen. :) We ran into one issue though. The instructions need to be updated because there's a rubber washer that needs to go at the beginning of the sprayer hose, not at the end (where the sprayer attaches). But the instructions show it going at the end. Luckily we figured it out and we're all good. Thank you for such a great product!

I just installed it today. Every piece is solid steel, with a copper water lines inside. This one will last us a long time. The last faucet we bought, a Moen, fell apart in less than a year. There's no way this one will fall apart or rust. There is also great water pressure, even when using both the sprayer and the pot filler.

My licensed plumber just installed it and I love it! Feels heavy duty and looks fantastic! My last faucet had the all in one handle with spray or stream but after a couple years didn't work too great. So hoping the fact this has a separate pot filler and sprayer, it will hold up better.

This is my center piece in my kitchen, I wanted a solid unit not made with plastic and fake chrome. I installed it in March of 2017 and January of 2018 the sprayer hose popped off, I just pushed it back on and kept using it it popped off again the end of February I emailed support on a Sunday night and they responded on Monday, I had a replacement hose by Friday, Christian took care of it so fast.

As a Chef I've been planning to renovate our kitchen for a while, and of course wanted a commercial sprayer for our new large sink. Finding one in the residential market was proving to be a challenge until I came across this one, which is the best of both worlds. It's heavily made, sleek design, and heavy enough to stand whatever I want to throw at it. And the price? Crazy cheap for what it is. I hope it lasts us for years!

This was my very first purchase of a Vigo product, so I was unsure of the quality of the faucet! I was absolutely impressed! Super heavy and durable product here! The photos do this beauty no absolute justice! And works as expected! So much nicer than the Moen faucet the builder installed!

This faucet is everything I wanted, It's been a month since I installed my faucet and it is beautiful and functions great. It's durable and very well made, you can tell the faucet is high quality when you pick it up, it has some weight, it's solid Stainless Steel construction is high quality and a gorgeous design. Even the packaging is great. My neighbor liked it so much, she asked me to install it in her kitchen! I wanted something commercial and different (man-lee), so I did my research and when I saw this Vigo, I knew this was the faucet for my kitchen. I also purchased the Vigo soap dispenser which compliments the faucet very well. The only draw-back I have is the length of the pot filler faucet, a couple inches to short, it should reach to the center of my sink drain. Other than that I will still give a (5) Star Review, I would recommend my VIGO Faucet..!
