This faucet is everything I wanted, It's been a month since I installed my faucet and it is beautiful and functions great. It's durable and very well made, you can tell the faucet is high quality when you pick it up, it has some weight, it's solid Stainless Steel construction is high quality and a gorgeous design. Even the packaging is great. My neighbor liked it so much, she asked me to install it in her kitchen! I wanted something commercial and different (man-lee), so I did my research and when I saw this Vigo, I knew this was the faucet for my kitchen. I also purchased the Vigo soap dispenser which compliments the faucet very well. The only draw-back I have is the length of the pot filler faucet, a couple inches to short, it should reach to the center of my sink drain. Other than that I will still give a (5) Star Review, I would recommend my VIGO Faucet..!

This was my very first purchase of a Vigo product, so I was unsure of the quality of the faucet! I was absolutely impressed! Super heavy and durable product here! The photos do this beauty no absolute justice! And works as expected! So much nicer than the Moen faucet the builder installed!

We bought this for our new house and so far we are very pleased. It is tall but it is beautiful and solid. Feels so much more sturdy that the faucets found in the main home improvement stores. We have had it for 2 weeks and so far I have no concerns. Easy to install. Happy with the purchase.

Bought this faucet for a complete kitchen remodel. This faucet received many compliments. Everyone loves to use it when they are in my kitchen. We had it for over six months now and love it. There was a leak from where the spray head joined with the hose, my husband fixed it by adding a rubber ring and some plumber's tape. No leak since then.

Very easy to install and a great polished look. As a restaurant guy this faucet complimented the style in my home kitchen. I did have one hiccup but that was due to city increase in water pressure and the sprayer popped off the hose...Vigo sent me out a replacement to fix.

Purchased just over a month ago to replace damaged kitchen faucet. Looks outstanding and works well. Sprays easily throughout our large stainless steel sink. Only thing I don't like is that the rubber part outside of the arching coil that goes straight down is not straight. There is an ugly curve once you snap it into place. The website pic makes it look perfect, however, the owner's manual pic shows the same curve. I have to constantly dry and shine it so it looks as it should. All in all, it is beautiful.

This is our second VIGO kitchen faucet. We loved our first one and had many complements on it. The reason we had to get a new one is the sprayer hose failed on it where it connects to the faucet. We have purchased a new one and I have noticed that they have changed the design so that this problem doesn’t happen again. Is this a warrantied defect? Are we able to get the part replaced with the new and improved part? I’m hoping that if this is read maybe someone will contact us. We love our VIGO kitchen faucet and plan on using this brand more and more in the future. Thank you

I am very happy with my purchase. I worked in a hospital kitchen years ago and had a working knowledge of this type of faucet. My husband thinks he likes it and wants to please me and so is trying to wrap his head around the benefits of the faucet. I understand his angst. There are lots of moving parts and, even for myself, there will be a learning curve as to which faucet handle to turn on and leave on and which part you want to grab and where you want to put that part, how high to turn the main faucet on for the job at hand, etc., etc. This faucet isn't for the faint of heart. You have to be of above average intelligence to own one. That said - if you aren't already above average - this faucet will make you smarter over time. It helps to have a gentle touch. you will get less spray around the sink area if you do. It does make the pipes hammer (at least in our house) if you don't have a gentle touch. We will address that with an arrester and all will be well. It's a lot of faucet for a fair price. It seems solidly made - although time will be the true test.

Just installed and turned on works like a charm. The movement of the faucet and spray arm are amazing. This setup will make my wife and my life much happier. When it arrived in the mail I couldn't believe how heavy it was. My only concern is staying secured to countertop. If your fastening design is anything like the faucet then no worries

I bought this faucet a couple of years ago and I love it. It is great quality, much more substantial than the brands found on the shelf of a big box store. Very functional also! After more than two years the small button that gets pushed in by the sprayer handle broke off, so the sprayer would no longer work. I used the Vigo customer service chat to inquire about getting a replacement sprayer. He found my original order and within just a few moments had processed the order for the replacement parts. No hassle, just great customer service! I would buy this faucet again!
