I love this vacuum! Please continue with this model! I had to return a Dyson Animal 3 because I couldn’t push it. This one is wonderful! Just like the one i bought 12 yrs ago! Love it

Great vaccum, but the quality of this Dyson seems cheaper than the one I owned years ago. The foot kept coming off the base as I vacuumed. Returned it.

I thought my vaccum cleaner was missing the tool mount and the stair tool attachment because these were shown in the assembly instructions and the product details in the literature that came in the vaccum. I called the help line and was told that those did not come in the box because they had been discontinued. He offered to send me a link to the product listing to show that it clearly shows that those are not included. I am not disappointed about the stair attachment, but to say that the tool mount is not displayed was ridiculous to me. It is shown in the Sam's listing because it shows the tool attachments mounted on the side of the vaccum as the vaccum is in an upright position. To not call out to the customer in an intional way to say, "This vaccum cleaner is knowingly missing a component that comes with all vaccum cleaners" feels deceptive. Instead of handling this as a recall they are trying to make sales at a slightly discounted rate. Regardless of how this vacuum works, I've started my first and last dyson purchase with a horrible taste in my mouth.

Once I bought a Dyson I haven’t bought anything else. I have given them as gifts to family members. I purchased this with with a $100 off because my old one is slowly fading. Great deal! The one complaint I have is there is no clip for the attachment. They show it and the small brush in folder but you have to purchase that separately as told to me by the Dyson representative at a cost $30 dollars. I’ll make my own thanks.

Okay. I bought this vacuum because my other vacuum went out and this one was on sale. I used it for the first time today, and WOW—the suction! I can’t get over how much dirt and hair came out of my bedroom carpet that gets vacuumed regularly. A little embarrassing but I already can’t wait to vacuum tomorrow. I did break a sweat pushing it around because the suction was so strong but it was amazing to see how well it did the job!!

We have always respected the Dyson brand and previously praised both its products and customer service, having owned several of their vacuums and other products over the years. However, our recent experience has been disappointing. We own 2 vacuums and followed all care instructions, yet the wand joint (a glued connection) came apart unexpectedly, and the hose has buildup that is extremely difficult to clean. We contacted customer service regarding a relatively small ~$20 part, but after weeks of back-and-forth emails, no practical resolution was offered other than repeated requests for inspection. Overall, the support process felt slow and unhelpful, and the issue remained unresolved. This experience has significantly changed our expectations of the brand's reliability and after-sales support. We hope this helps other customers consider not only the product reputation, but also the long-term support experience before making a purchase.

I’ve had this vacuum longer than all my other previous ones. The suction is great most of the time. It would be nice to have a 2nd setting, allowing less suction. It’s eaten a lot of carpet fibers and it’s super loud. Sometimes I have to wear earplugs. Another thing, it does not come with a lot of parts- bare minimum. Other than that, it’s easy to disassemble (to get anything that might be caught) and does the job. Tip: check frequently for all the hair it collects and cut it

I had one of the original Dyson and loved it. It lasted forever. Since then I tried their original ball, and the stick, but THIS one is the best out of all of them. It has some insane suction power.
